LUSSO Sorgun

Dear hotel team, thank you very much for the nice time in your hotel! It is our second holidays in Lusso Sorgun within an 1,5 months. Some moments to share. Reception: We had an early arrivals after an exhausting night flights, and the reception staff was extremely helpful to provide us with a room as soon as possible. First impression drives the whole holidays!Thank you very much Mustafa, being that professional, helpful and friendly, beyond the expectations. All minor requests or issues were solved immediately. Unfortunately, you cannot say that for the other reception staff, who were lack of interest or even interrupting the guests, which is not acceptable. Accommodation: We stayed in two different typers of rooms: Luxe Suites and Sea view standards. Both type of rooms were very comfortable, well equipped, new, super pillows, extremely comfy bad, bed linen, etc. Bath amenities are fine and good quality, except the lack of hair conditioner in the shower. Small bottles are not comfortable to use. There is too much of Aroma in the hotel, sometimes it is very disturbing, you cannot eventually breathe. Mini bar: filled everyday with the standard soft drinks in glass, snacks and nuts. Housekeeping: here is the big room for an improvement, glasses and ashtray were almost never cleaned, water in flowers were not changed even once. Bed linen and towels were changed properly. Laundry: Two times we used the service, one of it the dress for ironing was damaged and the hotel still insisted to pay for it. Animation: Calm and invisible, in line with relax hotel concept. However, if you want to have any sport activities you can always find it. Evening shows could be more professional and attractive. The entertainment manager Mustafa is really a mood maker, very gentle, involved and friendly. F&B: one of the best part of the hotel. The main restaurant is very comfortable, beautifully served, and food has great variety and quality, sweets, fruits are so fresh and delicious!! Food serving is in small portions which makes it far more enjoyable and looks attractive. Mr. Rıdvan really takes care of the guests and the food outlets. Beach restaurant is also very good for having lunch, nice menu and service. Very very nice Gözleme spot! One of the definite recommendation is the Ricco Bar at lobby: fine hand made chocolate, variety of strong alcoholic beverages, Movenpick ice cream, luxury ambiance will provide a lovely experience. The À la cart restaurants are not interested and impressive. Guest assistants are not able to sell them as they don’t know and never tried it themselves, so they are not able truly recommend it. We have visited the Turkish cuisine restaurant, it was just ok, but not more than that. Guest Assistant service: we were not happy with the service provided; one of our friend had birthday, and the organisation was truly weak, champagne and birthday cake were not delivered at birthday, other than that nothing was offered, flowers were fresh. Mrs. Sumeira and Mr. Nihat were the ones who really tried to help, always smiling and affable. Thank you! Beach Facilities: excellent clean beach, no card towels, always place for stay, we loved the beverage service, very convenient. As a conclusion, both of our stays in general are very good and we would definitely recommend this hotel! It’s qualitative, new, very well maintained. However, people / team are very big part of the vacation experience, and only facilities are not able to compensate the lack of hospitality. See you again & we wish you great success in the future! A special thank you to Sabri Balta, Operational Manager, whose passion, professionalism, and genuine kindness stand out. He is an inspiring leader who clearly cares deeply about both guests and his team. His dedication and personal approach make a real difference, and he leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets. In my view, he possesses all the qualities needed to lead the Side/Sorgun establishment at the highest level. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I'm having good holidays at lusso. The staff is very welcoming. I like my room and we also appreciate the delicious food they have everyday. The hotel has good service and I also appreciate spending time with Rokya in archery. She is so friendly and always checking in to see i we're doing well and enjoying our vacation. And we won't go to forget that we really appreciate.

I would like to say that the aqua gym is the best I have ever attended, especially with Sofia. She is such an active, friendly and enthusiastic girl who makes every class enjoyable! All the staff at this hotel are fantastic and truly deserve to be mentioned. The food is great, with plenty of delicious options for everyone. I would definitely recommend visiting Lusso Sorgun. It’s a wonderful place with excellent service and a great atmosphere!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and there was a good variety of choices. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings, and the entertainment. The kids' club was also great. The animators were friendly, energetic, and attentive to the children. There were different activities during the day, which made the holiday even more enjoyable for families. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing vacation and would be happy to come back again.
