Ma Biche Kemer

We stayed at Ma Biche Kemer for 7 nights (April 6–13) and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel staff made our stay comfortable. A special thank you goes to Mika and Mila for their help, as well as the bellboy who assisted with our luggage. We also want to mention the very friendly Fram team (Serge) and the bartender Mirac, who made us delicious cocktails and mocktails. Most of the staff are incredibly hardworking and welcoming. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, and seeing the beautiful animals roaming around was very relaxing. The only downside was the noise from the neighboring doors—the "beeping" sound every time a door opens or closes is quite noticeable. At one point, the door to the next room malfunctioned, which was noisy and annoying, but Mika from the reception resolved the issue very quickly. Highly recommended for the service and atmosphere!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and a beautiful sea view. The food was excellent, varied, and of very high quality. The service was beyond expectations — the staff were always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable, with clean and cozy beds. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel! Special thanks to the wonderful restaurant team for the lovely dinner, especially Tufan and the kind lady whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to Mila, the Guest Relations Manager, and Sibel, the Front Office Manager, for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism.

Great property value to money, service is amazing food quality and variety are super,very friendly staff responsive smiley and anticipated, super clean room and public areas, housekeeping service excellent. thank you for Mila guest relations manager and Sybel Hanim FOM, Tofan from the restaurant team and a la cart restaurant manager they were great. Will back again for sure as we had a great time.

We had a wonderful holiday, the hotel was lovely and clean. Food and drink available pretty much all day and night, you did not want for anything. The animation team were great and we really enjoyed doing the activities. The spa was amazing and the massage I had was so relaxing. The evening entertainment was good and the whole hotel had such a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were amazing and everyone was so helpful, would like to say a special thank you to the hostesses Nisa and Cagla, the waiters Sinan and Yilmaz and to Mahmut and Nuri for looking after me so well with my gluten allergy, nothing was too much trouble and all the food was prepared superbly and I was very spoilt. I will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
