Ma Biche Kemer

We had a wonderful holiday. We left Ma Biche happy, even though we went with low expectations. Everything was excellent, from reception to the restaurant staff. I’ve never seen this much variety of meat, chicken, and fish at any other hotel. Nothing was lacking in quality either. The hotel doesn’t have particularly large or modern rooms, but the service, the food, and the staff’s warm smiles make up for everything. We had trouble finding sunbeds on the beach in the mornings since they filled up quickly, but Mehmet Can, always smiling, brought us one every time we asked. We left very happy and want to thank all the staff.

Location- Wasn’t very commercialised however we didn’t mind that. Was a 15 min walk to the closest market. And a 15 min bus to Kemer market on the shuttle bus which arrives every 15 mins out the front of the hotel. Atmosphere- Great, everyone was very nice.we were one of few English speaking families but that didn’t mean we were treated any less. Rooms- Clean and spacious and a free mini bar which was filled every day with different choices of drinks. Value- Good value for money, didn’t have to pay for anything except the spa and the shop which was quite pricey however the purchases weren’t essential. Noise level- Rooms were completely sound proof, our door slammed a few times by accident so thought we would be able to hear others however there was no noise whatsoever and we couldn’t hear the evening entertainment either. Staff- Staff were great especially the restaurant manager Kabu I believe his name was. The week 21/08-28/08 in particular. He always made sure we were seated and brought us our drink which was completely unnecessary but very generous. Animals- there were budgies in the restaurant which were in a tiny cage and had children poking them to the point where they got placed on top of the water fridge. They need more space because with three of them in the tiny cage it is cruel. Also there were lots of cats and bunnies around the hotel and we saw some mistreatment of both animals. We understand that they don’t treat animals the same as we do in England however it was completely unnecessary and unacceptable.

We stayed at this hotel with my husband for 12 days and we only have positive emotions and memories. Excellent service, green grounds, delicious and varied food, and a great evening program. I would especially like to highlight the service. Mahmut Batu is a polite, attentive, and very pleasant person. He always greeted us warmly at dinner, was always happy to help, and arranged a separate table with flowers for us. Also Eko — always cheerful, smiling, and attentive. The guys at the bar remembered the allergy detail, they are friendly and pleasant. Emir, we send you our regards. Near the beach you can smoke a hookah — it was always excellent, and the hookah guy himself is pleasant and attentive. The overall experience of the holiday was wonderful. The staff became like friends to us. We thank you for such a warm welcome and of course we highly recommend it.

This was a wonderful trip to the seaside! What could be better than warm, clear sea, mountains, and greenery? This hotel impressed with its location, friendly staff, and very tasty food. It’s an ideal place for a family holiday with children, as it has 1) animals, 2) a water park, and 3) of course, a kids’ mini‑club. Thank you to Serdar and his team for the positive emotions and sincere love for children — 5/5!!!
