Extremely Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not a 5-Star Resort This was our first all-inclusive resort holiday, and unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. We stayed at Ma Biche Kemer by Werde Hotels expecting a 5-star standard, but what we found was very different. The entire hotel felt old, poorly maintained, and neglected. Many areas looked worn out, damaged, and in need of renovation. The grounds were untidy, with little evidence of proper landscaping or care. Instead of a relaxing resort atmosphere, chickens, roosters, rabbits, cats, guinea fowl and other animals were freely roaming around the property, including around dining areas and guest tables while people were eating. The room was also disappointing. The shower was not working properly, furniture and facilities looked tired and damaged, and right outside our window there was a chicken enclosure. Every morning we were woken up around 4 a.m. by a crowing rooster. Cleanliness throughout the resort was far below what we expected. Trash bins were frequently overflowing and dirty. Public areas often looked neglected. The food was average at best and certainly not what we would expect from a 5-star resort. Outdoor dining areas used plastic plates and cups, which further reduced the quality of the experience. Another major issue was smoking. Guests were smoking almost everywhere, making it very difficult to enjoy meals or outdoor areas without being exposed to cigarette smoke. What shocked us the most was the attitude of some staff members. The reception experience was particularly disappointing. One receptionist, Mika, was exceptionally unfriendly, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout our stay. Rather than feeling welcomed, we often felt like an inconvenience. We also witnessed reception staff laughing at guests and speaking loudly among themselves while guests were waiting. Communication was another major problem. Very few staff members spoke English, and most interactions were conducted in Russian. For an international hotel claiming a 5-star standard, this was surprising and made communication unnecessarily difficult for many guests. The only staff member who truly stood out in a positive way was Ekber from the restaurant team. He spoke excellent English, was consistently kind, professional, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about guests. He was one of the very few bright spots during our stay and deserves recognition for his outstanding attitude and service. We genuinely do not understand how this hotel can be marketed as a 5-star resort. Either the rating is highly misleading or standards are very different from what international travelers expect. We traveled hoping for a relaxing holiday and left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and relieved to go home. This resort completely failed to meet our expectations and provided an atmosphere that was far from relaxing or enjoyable. We would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine 5-star experience. Rating: 1/5 Pros: Close to the sea, and excellent service from Ekber in the restaurant. Cons: Poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, overflowing trash bins, unfriendly reception staff, lack of English-speaking employees, smoking everywhere, noisy animals around the resort, average food, and a very disappointing overall atmosphere.

We rested in Ma Biche Kemer this year for the second year in a row and again in the 2nd half of May. A tour for 2 people for 14 nights together with flight and group transfer, booked in January through Pegas Touristik, cost us about 255 thousand robles. Pegas Touristik didn't let us down even this time: all documents for the tour were available on the operator's site already 11 days before the start; flights, transfers to the hotel and back, as well as accommodation in the hotel - everything went very well. We chose the Ma Biche hotel itself in the 2nd time, as we already knew what to expect from it: yes, indeed, on the one hand, the hotel already needs cosmetic renovation in most of the rooms, but on the other hand: the room is clean: linen and towels are cleaned and changed daily, the room has everything you need: bathtub + shower, proper plumbing, mini-safe, daily refilled mini-bar, TV with YouTube and most importantly free wi-fi throughout the hotel, even though on the beach wi-fi froze more often it this time than last time. Add to this the very friendly staff, who are not tired yet at the beginning of the season and try to please their guests as much as possible; abundant and good kitchen with many dishes, bars with high-quality non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, nice own territory of the hotel, with constantly trimmed and watered lawns and bushes -the most real, although budget 5 stars. And if you arrive at the hotel early and did not purchase an early check-in in advance, as it was in Turkey before and remains so now, you can make an agreement with the hotel staff at the reception (if you ask them correctly) and they will go to meet you and choose a room possibly even better than what you originally booked through the travel agency - that's how it turned out for us this time as well, we arrived at the hotel at 8 am, by 9 am we were already booked into room c with a balcony and a beautiful view of the garden, mountains and sea.. Separately, we would like to thank the staff of the bar and restaurant, who successfully coped with their work all this time, despite the fact that the hotel was quite full of guests. In this year, we again met Fatih, with whom we still got acquainted last year. He was the same Fatih: kind-hearted, charming, alert, always having success, always trying to help and fill your glass and throw a couple of pleasant words with you. Thus, all our expectations from the hotel were met and this time. Although by May 16, the hotel was already 100% full, as opposed to 80% last year, and there were a lot of families with small children who were literally everywhere (this year, the hotel was especially prepared to receive its little guests) - you need to be ready for this, for example, when you go to a restaurant with full dishes, and suddenly a 3-5 year old child appears under your feet running, or dancing, or jumping, or doing all these things at the same time. There is indeed some risk, but children are a holly, so please be careful The contingent of hotel's guest is very diverse: many Russian-speaking people, Poles, French, Germans, and even Turks themselves come from all corners of the country to warm up in Antalya's cost and for Eid al-Adha, especially this year. In the beginning we weren't a little lucky with the weather Unlike last year, this time in the 2nd half of May in Göynük, as in all of Turkey, the weather was not the most hot - so on the 16th of May the temperature of the water in the sea was about 20° C, the air was about 23-24 °C, it was often cloudy and dense clouds that had been clinging to the peaks of the Taurus mountains that surrounded us since the morning, by 2-3 o'clock in the afternoon had already floated to the coastal beach and were lightly drizzling rain In this period, the sun appeared, as a rule, in the morning, and in the afternoon more and more often only in the gaps between the clouds. Such relatively cool weather lasted for 7-8 days, but it was comfortable for trips in the deep of Turkey, so we took advantage of this opportunity and managed to fly to Cappadocia and Istanbul. In the last week, my weather became normal for this region and the temperature of the air during the day already reached 28-30°C, and the sea - 23-24°C, so that we managed to burn and swim in the sea. Summing up everything that has been said above, we were very satisfied with our trip to Turkey this year and the hotel we chose, which we can fully recommend for a vacation on a relatively reasonable budget in the current conditions.

This was my first time in Turkey, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Overall, the experience was good – the food was tasty with a decent variety of choices. Since the hotel had only recently opened after the winter season, not everything was fully operational, so the evening entertainment program was limited. However, during the day there were various activities and games organized by the animation team. The room was small but clean and well maintained, with a very nice view of the mountains. The whole hotel area was well kept, the pools and SPA zone were clean, and the sauna were properly heated. WiFi was stable and reasonably fast. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the city, which makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. Rooms were quiet with no disturbing noise. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and not intrusive. Special mentions go to: Emir (bartender) – very friendly and makes delicious cocktails. On one quiet evening, we had a chance to talk more, and he left a very good impression. Muhammet (restaurant staff) – polite and attentive, always quick to offer drinks and very kind. Overall, the hotel left a good impression. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing holiday with good service.

We stayed at Ma Biche Kemer for 7 nights (April 6–13) and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel staff made our stay comfortable. A special thank you goes to Mika and Mila for their help, as well as the bellboy who assisted with our luggage. We also want to mention the very friendly Fram team (Serge) and the bartender Mirac, who made us delicious cocktails and mocktails. Most of the staff are incredibly hardworking and welcoming. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, and seeing the beautiful animals roaming around was very relaxing. The only downside was the noise from the neighboring doors—the "beeping" sound every time a door opens or closes is quite noticeable. At one point, the door to the next room malfunctioned, which was noisy and annoying, but Mika from the reception resolved the issue very quickly. Highly recommended for the service and atmosphere!
