Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort

Our 4th time visiting and yet again the best hotel we have been too, unbelievable customer service as usual! Had an amazing week!

We are on day 4 and I rate this hotel 110 percent out of a 100!!! I can’t find fault with a single thing! If I can afford to come back again though I would book a room with a hot tub on balcony which is what I thought I was going to have when I paid 678 euros to upgrade from a lagoon terrace and I’d book in enough advance to get a sea view . I’m a bit gutted I didn’t get either of those after spending £12,000 pounds for 3 adults and 2 kiddies . A lot of the lovely people here are very well off , where as for us this was for my 50th birthday so it was a special occasion, so I’m uncertain we could afford to come back , but if we do, I’d 100 percent love a sea view room with jacuzzi. So let me describe the hotel and staff , they are all absolutely amazing beautiful people. They can’t do enough for you and I feel special by the way they treat us all. The food is on another level. I have been lucky enough to be able to stay in some beautiful hotels over the years due to working very hard for the last few years .. we stayed in the palm (Dubai) the royal (Dubai) and I’d say this hotel is actually nicer than the royal because of the staff and how they make you feel! Nothing is too much!!! Check in was amazing, quick, and we got Prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries! Which my 10 year old loved! My son (14) loves the games room and the staff round the pool. (Especially Usef) he’s so friendly and can’t do enough for us.. the and beds are plentiful and comfy with cushions .. you get to chose what pillows u have on your beds! The cocktails are amazing and so is the breakfast and the restaurant 24 is absolutely amazing choice for a 24/7 restaurant!!! So so happy so far with our stay! They even have chocolates included and reformer Pilates included!! Oh and the indoor and heated pool are a must for the winter months!!! Xxx

We have visited Maxx Royal several times over the years, and once again, our stay was absolutely exceptional. There is a reason why we keep coming back: the level of service, attention to detail and genuine hospitality is truly outstanding. A very special mention must go to our Maxx Assistants, Esra and Omer Emre, who took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. They were always attentive, helpful and available whenever we needed anything, making everything effortless for us. Esra has also been our Maxx Assistant during previous stays, so it was especially lovely to see her again. She has always been incredibly kind and professional, and it is genuinely a pleasure to come back and be welcomed by familiar faces. The food is exceptional throughout the resort. We enjoyed every restaurant we visited, but the buffet at Azure deserves a special 10/10. The quality, variety and presentation are fantastic. We were also so happy to see Marvina at the pasta station again. We remember her from previous years, and he she is always just as friendly, welcoming and lovely. The restaurant staff in general deserve huge praise: the waiters are incredibly attentive, kind and helpful, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The housekeeping is excellent. Our room was always immaculate, and the standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional. One of the things that makes Maxx Royal so special is the entertainment and atmosphere. It really feels like a dream. We particularly loved spending our afternoons at the beach, relaxing with the music and atmosphere in the background. Those little moments are exactly what make a holiday here feel so special. And for families, the Kids Club is simply incredible. Our children absolutely loved it. There are so many fun and creative activities that they never wanted to leave! They even had a circus during our stay, and there is a dedicated children’s buffet inside the Kids Club, which is such a fantastic touch for families. Every member of the Kids Club team was wonderful with the children. It was also lovely to see one of the Kids Club manager again. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she is the Turkish lady who usually wears the navy-blue shirt and beige trousers. She has been there during our previous stays and, amazingly, she always remembers Adam and Lina. That personal touch means a lot and says so much about the people who work at Maxx Royal. The waterpark is fantastic and another huge hit with the children — and even the food there is excellent. Dino was also so much fun for our son and became another highlight of his holiday. What really sets Maxx Royal apart is that it is not simply a beautiful luxury resort. It is the people, the consistency of the service and the feeling of being genuinely looked after that make you want to return. Seeing members of staff whom we remember from previous years, and having them remember us too, makes every stay feel very special. We leave once again with beautiful memories and already looking forward to coming back. ❤️ Maxx Royal continues to be one of those very special places that is difficult to say goodbye to.

Our stay at Maxx Royal Belek was already exceptional, but our personal assistant, Oussama, made it truly unforgettable. From the very first day, he was incredibly kind, attentive, professional and genuinely caring. He always went above and beyond to make sure that every wish was taken care of – often even before we had the chance to ask. One of the most memorable moments was our 8th wedding anniversary. He arranged the most beautiful surprises for us: a delicious cake and champagne waiting for us at breakfast, a beautifully decorated room, and roses waiting for us during dinner in the evening. Every detail was thoughtful and made our special day even more magical. What touched us most was that his attention wasn’t limited to us as a couple. He also thought about our children and repeatedly surprised them with little toys and thoughtful gestures in our room. Those small details showed us that he genuinely cared about making our whole family happy. Throughout our stay, he was always there with a smile, incredible attention to detail and a level of personal service that is truly rare. He didn’t simply make our holiday more comfortable – he made it extraordinary. By the end of our stay, he no longer felt like just our personal assistant. He felt like a friend. And that is something we will remember for a very long time. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels, but the personal connection and genuine care we experienced here were something truly special. We honestly cannot imagine having another personal assistant on our future visits. We sincerely hope to see him again on our next stay at Maxx Royal Belek. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us and our family. You played a huge part in making our anniversary and our entire holiday absolutely unforgettable.

We just arrived with a family of 4 adults and a kid. There were a few small things which needed attention and the hotel management and team were very proactive in addressing our requests. The level of professionalism and care is truly unmatched. Every detail mentioned was taken seriously and was addressed promptly. The staff is incredibly polite, friendly and caring. They come up to us quite frequently to ask about the level of comfort and whether anything is needed. The main restaurant is clean and serving is impeccable. Different cuisines are presented: Asian, Turkish, Greek… Eastern European cuisine was a little pleasant surprise :) The variety of fruits provided is great: a lot of different berries, exotic fruits like mango, maracuya, dragon fruit. The territory of the hotel is quite large and there is a lot to explore, which is a nice bonus. It feels like a week is not enough to explore every corner of the hotel area to fully enjoy it. Overall highlight of our stay is incredible management, genuine care, detailed attention to asks and proactive steps to make the stay truly exceptional. On top of that, they prepared a nice surprise for our 2 yo kid, which was incredibly cute and lovely.
