I am currently having a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, which makes the experience truly relaxing. The cocktails are absolutely delicious and freshly prepared—especially the Lanbennin cocktail in the lobby bar, which is outstanding. It has quickly become my favorite. The bed is extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained. What really stands out is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. A special mention goes to Tolga from Guest Services, who goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. Any remarks or requests are taken seriously and handled promptly. Overall, it is a fantastic stay—I would definitely come back.

The entertainment team deserves a special mention—Berat and Fatma they brought great energy and made every day fun without being overwhelming. The food is awesome!

Overall very good experience in the low season. The weather unfortunately was still not ideal, so some of the hotel's facilities were still not fully operational (the tennis courts were being refurbished, the entertainment/activities were still limited) but there was a great vibe. The room was very comfortable and the air con worked great (for heating, in this case). The food was varied enough and generally good (with highlights to the grilled chicken and grilled seabream, as well as the crepes for breakfast). We also really enjoyed the patisserie (highest praise to the baked cheesecake). But overall what made this hotel and our stay so great was the staff - everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The few issues we had during our stay were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and it truly felt like nothing was too much trouble. Special mentions to Berat from the entertainment team, who made our stay so much more enjoyable with his happy disposition, and to Tolga the guest assistant, who made sure we felt at home. The only downside I would pointout was the cocktails - we've tried most of the options on the menu and didn't find any we really enjoyed.
