Megasaray Resort Side

Title: Amazing Holiday – Food, Drinks & The England Boys Were Unforgettable! 🇹🇷🍻 We had an absolutely brilliant stay at the Megasaray Hotel in Side, Turkey! From start to finish, everything was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The food and drink were excellent 🤤🍹 — plenty of choice, something for everyone, and the drinks were always flowing! Whether it was meal times or relaxing with a few drinks in the sun, we were never disappointed. But honestly, the highlight of the whole holiday was the entertainment from the England boys! 😂🍻 They made the trip unforgettable with the laughs, the banter, and the atmosphere they brought every day. They really made the holiday something special, and we’re still talking about the memories we made! The hotel itself was great, the atmosphere was brilliant, and there was always something to enjoy. It’s the kind of place where you arrive for a holiday and leave already wanting to come back. Massive thanks to everyone who made our stay so memorable, especially the England boys for keeping us entertained throughout! Would we come back? Absolutely! 10/10 holiday. 🇹🇷☀️🍺

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! The facilities were great, and the overall service was excellent. We especially loved La Prima A La Carte the meals were incredible and the service was superb. It’s a must-try during your stay! Most importantly, we want to give a heartfelt thanks to Hilal and Veronika from Guest Relations. They were super attentive, sweet, and always ready to help with a warm smile. They handled every detail with such professionalism and made our vacation seamless and relaxing.

We had an unforgettable vacation and were absolutely delighted with the hotel! From the very first minutes, I felt the care of the guests and the high level of service. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, well-groomed and green, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The rooms are spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Every day, the cleaning was done at a high level. Nutrition deserves special admiration. A huge selection of dishes, excellent food quality and great taste. Every meal was a real treat. The a la carte restaurants also left the most pleasant impressions due to the excellent cuisine and excellent service. The beach, pools, entertainment and animation program are organized wonderfully. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and carefree holiday for both families with children and couples. Throughout our stay, we felt welcome. I would especially like to note the professionalism and goodwill of all the staff. The staff is always smiling, attentive and ready to help in any situation. Special thanks to the staff of the guest relations department Hilal and Veronika. Thanks to their attentiveness, sincere care and willingness to help, any issue was resolved quickly and easily. They made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Such employees are a real decoration of the hotel. We sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quality vacation, a high level of service and a warm atmosphere. We will definitely come back again and will be happy to recommend this hotel to our friends and family! ❤️🌴☀️✨

There were good and bad points at this hotel. Check in was smooth and quick and the room was modern with nice balcony. The pools were clean and plenty of beds. The bars were all good, especially the Aqua bar..... special mention for Bekir A..... top waiter/barman. The entertainment at the Aqua bar was good.... better than you normally get at an all inclusive. There are shops all around and it's the first time in Turkey we've been left alone to browse with no hassle and all clothing marked with the price, made a nice change. Now the not so good. The cleaners of the rooms were poor..... there was a lot of dirt and dust under the bathroom cabinet when we arrived and it was still there when we left. The food was mostly the same every day. It was OK and your not going to go hungry but could be better. The beach was a short walk away but we never went so I can't really comment on that although I did hear they did very nice pizza down there. To sum up i think the hotel offers value for money but just falls short on a few things that would push it to the next level.

I I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Megasaray Resort Side. First of all, I would especially like to thank Elif and Tolga from Guest Relations for their kindness, attention and sincere hospitality. They made my stay even more meaningful by remembering and celebrating Teachers’ Day with me. As someone who has been a teacher for 50 years, this thoughtful gesture touched me deeply and made me feel truly appreciated. Their warm and friendly approach is a wonderful reflection of the hospitality of the hotel. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Nina and Diana at Reception. Their friendly, helpful and professional approach made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always attentive and ready to assist whenever needed, and their kindness contributed greatly to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you also goes to Mehmet, one of the bellboys, for his kindness, helpfulness and warm attitude. His assistance and friendly service were greatly appreciated and added another lovely touch to my experience at the hotel. The rooms are very beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. Everything was clean, spacious and thoughtfully arranged, making it very easy to relax and enjoy the stay. I would also like to express my special thanks to the entire F&B team. The staff are extremely helpful, attentive and always ready to assist guests with a friendly smile. Whenever we needed anything, the team responded quickly and professionally. Their positive attitude and excellent service made our dining experience very enjoyable. The food is delicious and offers a good variety. We enjoyed the meals very much, and the quality and presentation were impressive. There was always something enjoyable to choose from, and the restaurant team worked hard to make every meal a pleasant experience. Overall, Megasaray Resort Side is a place where guests can truly feel welcomed and cared for. The beautiful rooms, delicious food, helpful F&B team and, most importantly, the warm and personal attention from the Guest Relations, Reception and Bellboy teams made our stay truly memorable. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to Elif and Tolga, Nina and Diana, Mehmet, and the entire Megasaray Resort Side team.
