Megasaray Resort Side

There were good and bad points at this hotel. Check in was smooth and quick and the room was modern with nice balcony. The pools were clean and plenty of beds. The bars were all good, especially the Aqua bar..... special mention for Bekir A..... top waiter/barman. The entertainment at the Aqua bar was good.... better than you normally get at an all inclusive. There are shops all around and it's the first time in Turkey we've been left alone to browse with no hassle and all clothing marked with the price, made a nice change. Now the not so good. The cleaners of the rooms were poor..... there was a lot of dirt and dust under the bathroom cabinet when we arrived and it was still there when we left. The food was mostly the same every day. It was OK and your not going to go hungry but could be better. The beach was a short walk away but we never went so I can't really comment on that although I did hear they did very nice pizza down there. To sum up i think the hotel offers value for money but just falls short on a few things that would push it to the next level.

I I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Megasaray Resort Side. First of all, I would especially like to thank Elif and Tolga from Guest Relations for their kindness, attention and sincere hospitality. They made my stay even more meaningful by remembering and celebrating Teachers’ Day with me. As someone who has been a teacher for 50 years, this thoughtful gesture touched me deeply and made me feel truly appreciated. Their warm and friendly approach is a wonderful reflection of the hospitality of the hotel. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Nina and Diana at Reception. Their friendly, helpful and professional approach made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always attentive and ready to assist whenever needed, and their kindness contributed greatly to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you also goes to Mehmet, one of the bellboys, for his kindness, helpfulness and warm attitude. His assistance and friendly service were greatly appreciated and added another lovely touch to my experience at the hotel. The rooms are very beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. Everything was clean, spacious and thoughtfully arranged, making it very easy to relax and enjoy the stay. I would also like to express my special thanks to the entire F&B team. The staff are extremely helpful, attentive and always ready to assist guests with a friendly smile. Whenever we needed anything, the team responded quickly and professionally. Their positive attitude and excellent service made our dining experience very enjoyable. The food is delicious and offers a good variety. We enjoyed the meals very much, and the quality and presentation were impressive. There was always something enjoyable to choose from, and the restaurant team worked hard to make every meal a pleasant experience. Overall, Megasaray Resort Side is a place where guests can truly feel welcomed and cared for. The beautiful rooms, delicious food, helpful F&B team and, most importantly, the warm and personal attention from the Guest Relations, Reception and Bellboy teams made our stay truly memorable. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to Elif and Tolga, Nina and Diana, Mehmet, and the entire Megasaray Resort Side team. Your kindness, professionalism and sincere hospitality made a special occasion even more special for me. After 50 years in the teaching profession, I can say that being remembered and appreciated on Teachers’ Day meant a great deal to me. Thank you for making me feel so valued and special. I will remember this beautiful experience with great happiness and would be delighted to return to Megasaray Resort Side in the future.

Megasaray is really amazing hotel. High quality food and beverage. Location is perfect, near to titreyengol. Beach is 200 meters away but there is shuttle every 5 minutes. Most importantly personal is so kind and helpful. Thank you for everything.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The territory is well maintained, the atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly and tries to help with any questions. I especially liked that the hotel regularly hosts interesting events for guests. Oktoberfest turned out to be very atmospheric and fun: music, good mood, active program and excellent organization. It was really nice to spend the evening in such an atmosphere. I would also like to thank the Guest Relations staff, Hilal and Veronica, who are very attentive, friendly and always ready to help. Thanks to such employees, the rest becomes even more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a great Oktoberfest!

Megasaray resort side is very good hotel. Location is perfect nera to Titreyengöl. Oktoberfest was amazing organizasyon. That was perfect!!! General Hotel is so clean, beach is clean but little bit far away but there is shuttle... Personel is so kind and professional especially thanks for Tolga and Elif...
