Mukarnas Spa Resort

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Murkanas and would highly recommend it, especially for families. There is an incredible amount to do, both for adults and children, and the whole resort is beautifully maintained. Entertainment & animation: The animation team were excellent, especially Umut, who was fantastic with the kids (and adults)! Everything was really well organised, with plenty to keep everyone entertained throughout the day. MC Ozi was particularly impressive, effortlessly switching between languages to make sure guests from different countries could all enjoy the entertainment throughout day and night. The evening entertainment in the amphi was also excellent. The highlight for us was Challenger Extreme – absolutely brilliant and something I would happily pay good money to see again! Food & service: The food was plentiful, great quality and delicious. With several snack bars around the resort, you certainly never go hungry. There were themed nights with so much choice, and the dessert selection was amazing. A special thank you to Kadir in the restaurant, who was an incredible waiter. His service really stood out and helped make our meals even more enjoyable. The service from all the staff was exceptional, from the bar staff and restaurant team to the cleaners and reception staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and welcoming, which really makes this place special. Pools & activities: The resort has a huge pool with lots of fun pool games, as well as a fantastic waterpark. There are indoor and outdoor pools, big water slides and dedicated children’s slides, so there is something for everyone. The facilities overall are excellent. The resort is set in beautiful, green surroundings and the reception area is very impressive. Everything was incredibly clean, well organised and professional. For families, there is so much to keep children entertained – including the funfair, mini club, teens club, bowling alley and arcades. They genuinely have no chance of getting bored! Adults are also well catered for with the beach, spa and plenty of other activities. The resort also felt very safe and welcoming for children, which gave us real peace of mind. It is around 30 minutes from Alanya. We went on three excursions and were picked up directly from the hotel, so the location wasn’t too much of an issue. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and couldn’t fault the service, facilities, entertainment or food. A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special. had such a lovely stay at the hotel and honestly made some really special memories here. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. I especially want to mention Umut. He was genuinely one of the nicest people I met during my stay and made my time at the hotel so much more memorable. He was always kind, funny and so easy to talk to. He really goes out of his way to make guests feel comfortable and welcome, and I’m very grateful I got to meet him. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a lovely experience. I’ll definitely remember my stay and hope to come back one day! <3

I'm going to leave a short review for the ones that don't have the patience to read an essay 😂 Location: 8/10 - The city isn't big but there is a big Bazaar nearby (good prices), also the beach is nice and the water is warm Staff: 10/10- the best staff I've ever seen, their funny and are pretty good in what they're doing. The cleaning staff was excellent, always making sure the room was clean and making us smile everytime we entered the room (towel animals). The bar staff was excellent and they were always fast and polite. Overall the staff were very polite and good, the best I've ever seen in years Rooms: 9/10- nothing much to say, a basic hotel room with all the necessities you need. But it's always very clean inside. (Thanks to the cleaning staff) Food: 8/10- morning food isn't the best I'd say (not bad but it's pretty mid/decent), the desserts aren't wow (except lava cake I had in my first day, it was one of the best), but the lunch and dinner food is pretty fine with lots of different foods. (But the chefs were very polite and nice) Hotel itself & activities : 8/10- very good, but everything shuts down after 12AM (except the hotel restaurant), and comes back to life around 7AM. Perfect for families that want to come and have fun. Overall: 9/10

We had a fantastic holiday experience in this hotel. The service, food, facilities all above and beyond! We will defo come back. My daughter was 12 and found the place amazing! Fantastic entertainment thought the day. Beautiful and clean rooms and all around. Can’t say anything bad about the place.

We just got back off a holiday from Murkarnas spa and resort hotel. We went as a group of 9, the hotel was great The rooms were amazing, especially the sea-view rooms, which were definitely worth the money. They were clean, modern, and stylish. The location could have been better, but there were plenty of bazaars nearby. The amenities were excellent, with a perfect swimming pool and a well-designed aqua park that both children and adults enjoyed. Although the beach was slightly disappointing, the pool made up for it. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The hotel had a modern style, the noise level was excellent for families, and the service made us feel very welcome. The final thing that made our whole holiday was the staff. They made our experience so memorable, and we would like to give a special mention to a few members of the team. Nurdan from the animation team was one of the kindest people we met. The evening pool bar staff, whose names we unfortunately didn’t get, were so much fun and always made us laugh. Emir in the restaurant was such a lovely person, while Ali in the lobby bar was always the funniest and made us smile. Serkan by the pool couldn’t do enough for us, and finally, we would like to mention the lifeguards on the slides. They were thoughtful and kind and really stood out to us. One lifeguard in particular, the one in the photo whose name we unfortunately can’t spell but begins with “A”, made a really great impression on us. His attitude and kindness towards us were fantastic. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more
