I stayed at this hotel for a short time in the summer of 2024. At that time the hotel interested me, I gave it the maximum rating in my review back then and recommended it to others. What has changed two years later? And why is the rating now the minimum despite all its advantages? Read on below.. Check-in – excellent. The reception and Guest Relations staff still do their job excellently: friendly, welcoming, and they speak Russian. Room – clean, everything necessary is there. I didn't notice any change either for the worse or for the better. Restaurant, food and service: the food has become more varied, the service is at an excellent level, the waiters are quick and attentive. Sea and beach: the problem that was here before is still here: the central spots near the sea entrance are poorly planned: the sunbeds are placed too close together and the umbrellas don't let you fully hide from the sun, which makes it very hot here during the day. The side spots on the pier, where there is a bit more comfortable space and you can better hide from the scorching sun, always have to be taken before breakfast, before 7 a.m.; there are few of them and they get snapped up instantly. In other five-star hotels I haven't seen this problem of hunting for comfortable spots on such a scale in a long time. Entertainment: in my opinion it has gotten worse. The programs and evening shows used to be more spectacular and interesting. Yes, there were a couple of interesting shows, but that's all. There are also fewer young people among the hotel guests. I would no longer call it a youth hotel after this visit. The main downside: the incident on 15.09.2026 before breakfast – the boorishness and rudeness of an employee who is close to the hotel management. I could still expect such behavior from a waiter or more junior staff, writing it off as inexperience or a one-off case. But here the problem is bigger. If a shift manager of the entire hotel allows himself this, what example does he set for the other employees? This is the first time I have encountered such hostile behavior and such disregard for the laws of Turkey and of tourism. Not afraid of the cameras or other witnesses, he swore at me outright and wouldn't let me onto the grounds, while using physical force: when I tried to go out to the pool area, he blocked my way and started pushing me back by force, shoving me in the chest with his hands. The Guest Relations staff explained this by saying that drones were filming the beach that day. But that doesn't explain his behavior or why this process was organized so poorly. If they didn't want to let people onto the grounds before 7, they could have fenced off the exit with tape and put up notices in different languages, instead of standing at the exit like bouncers, waving their arms and breaking the law. At the same time, they selectively let some people through, and those they didn't like – no. Later we found a notice in the elevator that said the following: "The filming will be organized in such a way as not to cause any inconvenience or restrict the services provided, and not to affect the guests' holiday." Is that true in fact? Absolutely not!! I wanted to file a complaint about this employee, but his manager asked me not to. I could have insisted on principle, but we came here for a completely different reason – to get positive emotions from our holiday, not negative ones. But will this employee draw any conclusions – I think not, and he will behave the same way in the future. We saw him several times after this incident; he just smirked and had dinner at the same table as the hotel director. That's why, objectively, such a low rating this time (the lowest possible).
We had a wonderful stay, even though the weather wasn't amazing! The room, the food, the location, the atmosphere... everything was excellent! We met up with our friend Hilal Guven, and we were so happy and delighted! Thank you, Hilal, for your service and for the kind of person you are—so friendly and lovely! ❤️
We come first time mylome hotel we loved everything is so beautiful Entertainment team also very friendly yasemin she is so gooddd we love her water gym zumba so good thank youuu my lome❤️❤️❤️
We stayed at the hotel in July 2026. We ask visitors to be cautious when reading reviews of this hotel. I honestly reviewed this hotel elsewhere, but my phone number was used to criticize me and threaten me into withdrawing my review because my feedback revealed who might have written it!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable—this is no way to treat guests!! I was not offered a solution to my concerns on-site. The swim-up pool is overcrowded during the holidays; no one ensures that the rules are followed, and your terrace and bridges are used as play areas by many children and visitors. The evening buffet was usually crowded, and the food was only slightly warm. The walls are very thin, and you can always hear the neighbors. On busy days, the housekeeping staff couldn’t keep up—there was trash left by guests everywhere, especially near the pool bar area and the beach. The beverage fridge wasn’t restocked regularly, and contrary to the description, we didn’t receive our welcome gift—such as wine and chocolate. Positives: the building’s architecture, the cocktails Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
This is my second time at this hotel. It has gotten a bit worse, but it's not critical. If you're going for the first time, it will be great. The entertainment has become much worse compared to previous years. The evening shows are very boring. The food is all very good. Always a variety. You have to take the sunbeds from 6 a.m. Pros: the beach is good, the sea entrance is excellent. The pier is very convenient and beautiful. You can dive. But the sunbeds on the beach are placed very close to each other. Very uncomfortable. There are almost no waves. They built a new cocktail bar near the beach, the choice is big, but they make the drinks carelessly, thinking nobody will notice anyway. There is always a long queue for the flatbreads (gözleme). When I was at this hotel for the first time, this wasn't the case. I still don't understand what went wrong with them. The staff have become very lazy. Not all of them, of course, there were some very good ones too. Overall I liked the hotel, but the incident with a hotel employee cancelled out all the pros, as they say, the holiday was ruined. On 15 September 2026 we wanted to go for a swim before breakfast, but a hotel employee together with security was standing at the revolving door at the exit and not letting anyone out onto the grounds. We objected and asked what the reason was – they just started answering aggressively. Something like: you'll go when we say so. My brother tried to go out – they forcibly pushed him back into the hotel. When people started gathering and protesting, my brother was finally let out, but I, with my bag, was not. As if doing me a favour, he said: go, but show what's inside the bag. Until you show it, we won't let you through. I only got out much later, and they assigned a security guard to follow me and watch where I went and what I did. All of this happened in front of other guests. We wanted to call the police on him, but staff senior to him asked us not to. Later, at Guest Relations, one of the hotel managers apologised to us on behalf of the hotel, didn't deny anything, and offered us the à la carte restaurant as an apology, which was already included in our stay anyway. So if the hotel writes that none of this happened – the hotel management itself apologised to us. I'm giving 1 only because of one employee, for ruining my impression of the hotel. He cancelled out all the pros. I'm definitely attaching a photo of the employee. The video won't upload.
