Staying for 10 nights in a Cedar House with forest view. Accommodation: I think if we were to book again we’d upgrade to a lagoon view and have one of the small pools on our doorstep. The cedar houses were really nice with 2 pull out beds that the kids said were comfortable. Some areas like the bathroom could do with a bit of tidying up but on the whole we like the room. For us the upgrade to the cedar houses paid for itself as we booked the Al a carte restaurants 5 out of 10 nights and this would have cost us more than the upgrade in room. Bed was massive and comfy enough but very firm. Mini fridge in room with lots of soft drinks and water available. Pools: The smaller lagoon pools were lovely and very quiet, often we were the only ones there as I think people preferred the main pool. This could be because these small pools are not heated and definitely colder than the main pool which was quite a nice temperature. The lagoon pools all had their own bar and Elif at the Jazar bar made the best pornstar martini I’ve had in ages. Was a nice area if you just wanted peace away from the main pool which had a bit more atmosphere but could be busy and loud with the music playing. Water parks: Water park was great and our 5 year old went on everything with arm bands on and an adult with her in the donut rides. The lifeguards pay attention and do whistle at children not doing as they are told. That water also seemed to be heated and even on cooler days was ok to be in. So many rides to choose from and both kids loved it. Open 10-12 and then 2-5 but sometimes they closed it early for some reason. The bar there was good and Baran was lovely and make us ‘the special’ and dif little extra details to try and impress us. The smaller splash park looked great and I think even our 8 year old would have like it but the water was freezing and they quickly had enough as they were cold. On the hotter days it was fine. You can only get in and out through the kids club so it feels safe but can’t take drinks in so I think for grown ups it’s not the best place to spend lots of time as it’s a bit isolated but some really good big slides for toddlers and plenty to keep them happy. Kids club: We used a few times for our 5&8 year olds. Both of ours loved it. Open 8-midnight. The play station rooms are for age 7+ and you have the option of letting them have red wristband so they can only be in the kids club room where they run a full schedule of activities or a green wristband which allows them outside too in the play area and slash park which had a life guard. They did lots of activities and it felt very safe to leave them. They called us after 1 hour because our 5 year old missed us but when we got there she was still very much enjoying an activity. Mini disco is also in this area with a little show afterwards. The staff there were lovely and very attentive to the children. Beach: It’s quite stoney but some areas of decent sand. Plenty of sun beds. 2 piers that you can go on with sun beds and a bar which was lovely and ladders into the sea. We also did parasailing from the tram based down there. Was a great experience €140 for 1 adult and 2 children. Restaurants: The main buffet restaurant was good, we never struggled to sit inside or outside. Service in the whole was good but if you wanted a refill we would have to ask in the evenings. Lots of choice for us and our fussy kids. Al a carte restaurants. We didn’t have to pay extra for these as we stayed in the Cedar Houses. Easy to book just my messaging on the hotel WhatsApp with sittings at 19:00, 19:30 & 20:00. Welldone steak restaurant - our first and by far least favourite. If we’d paid extra for this at 50€ each we would have been disappointed. It wasn’t clear from the menu what the kids could have and they would have liked a steak but this wasn’t offered and instead it was pasta or meatballs. The meatballs seemed to be like mini burgers that we were all offered and some sausages. We ended up having to go to the main restaurant afterwards so they could eat. The starters/sharing board was nice but the whole thing felt extremely rushed, they were friendly but just missed the mark. They seemed to have confused being efficient with making you feel very rushed and that you needed to eat and leave. The steak we had was nice but it didn’t feel like a relaxing time as a family. Gusto Italian- so so much better! Our favourite. Had singers in the background performing and service was excellent. Kids ate off the main menu and had pizza. The tenderloin beef was better than the steakhouse. Constantly filled out glasses up, lovely food and we just really enjoyed it, so much so went back again. Sea Club seafood restaurant - again we loved it and was probably the best service we had the whole holiday. Food was excellent. Kids had fish and chips and chocolate fondue which went down really well. Maybe the best setting too with views over the sea and again singers in the background. This would have been 50€ each but I felt like it would have been worth it. If we could have squeezed in a second busy we would have. MYHN Turkish - be prepared to eat! So much food. Was really nice but we honestly couldn’t eat it all. So many little dishes to start then salads and mains. Service was really good. Kids didn’t eat great but we knew they wouldn’t as it wasn’t really their style of food. Lunches: little street food style places like Mexican, fried chicken and kebabs, noodles and satay skewers (be prepared to wait for these), fruit cups and smoothies, ice cream all based near by the main pool. Welldone did burgers and chips to eat in or take away , these were really good. The Starbucks by the pool was a nice extra to have. Entertainment: We didn’t see all with having the kids but the ones we did see were really good. Some performance shows in the amphitheater around 9/9:30 and then band music performers on the other stage next to the bar. Husband did darts ect in the day and lots to do. The entertainment staff were lovely. If fitness is your bag they has an outdoor area that did morning yoga ect. Extras: I used the spa and had a massage and facial, nearly 2 hours of treatment time for 125€ and it was lovely. We both used the gym but it was so so hot as the AC wasn’t on in the morning when he went. It made it not a nice place to stay as it was just too hot to work out in. We ended up running outside as it actually felt cooler. The WiFi on the whole worked ok but in some areas like the water park wasn’t the best or a bit slow. Check out was 12:00 but we weren’t getting picked up for another 6 hours. We used the showers and changing facilities for the indoor pool and stored luggage at reception. Couple of bits…… think the hotel needs to think harder about sustainability. They still use plastic straws, plastic cups for fruit cups, plastic spoons and thin plastic disposable cups for poolside drinks instead of potentially hard plastic washable cups. Overall we had a brilliant holiday and would definitely return.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exemplary, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff truly care about their guests and go out of their way to ensure that tourists are comfortable and fully satisfied. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.
The hotel is really good for a family vacation. Cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially supervisor Gulzat and maid Elif, who helped us with everything we needed. We stayed in room 5108.
Where do I even begin.. location of the hotel is amazing, big mountains near by, you can see Antalia from the beach.. the atmosphere is spectacular - pine trees, palm trees, greenery just makes this place special. Rooms are very good too, cleaned up, looked after. Noise levels I think have a perfect balance - during day time there is some music near the main pool (but I have to say, music it self could be better). Then there is a DJ, who plays near the main pool bar from 16h to 18h - very good music, very good vibes it should play a lot more I think.. services are very good too. Good bartenders, waitress, animators. Special thanks for bartender Yusuf - this guy really knows how to do proper coctails, amazing job. Another special thanks is for animator Ekrem.. without this guy, the experience wouldn't be the same.. the energy, the vibe, the friendliness.. just amazing person. You can usually find him in darts activity :) Thank you very much Ekrem for making this holiday special! In conclusion I would say, that the value of hotel is really fair, even good - amazing food, variety of daily activities, quality services. Thank you Nirvana, will be back!
We just got back from a week staying here as a family of 5. Writing this review as the hotel should be recognised. I was worried it would feel too big but it’s just the right size. The service, food, drinks and cleanliness are excellent. You are so well looked after from the moment you arrive. Our teens loved the water park and main pool. We loved the secluded quiet pools, something for everyone. They have thought of everything with coffee pop ups, drink fridges everywhere so no long queues at the bars. The cocktails are wonderful. Food and entertainment the best we have had. We loved the water sports available too. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday where you will be very looked after in a beautiful hotel book it! We would love to return
