Kids like it a lot. Good family hotel. A small problem at start with rooms however they solve it very quick, thanks to Ufuk Bey at reception.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel and were very happy with our choice. From the very first moments, you can feel that the staff genuinely care about their guests. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is well organized. One of the highlights was the beautiful hotel grounds. They are green, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing walks. Everything is conveniently laid out, so even when the hotel is busy, it never feels crowded. The beach is clean, spacious, and there are always enough sunbeds for everyone. We also really enjoyed the water park. It is modern, colorful, and offers great fun for both children and adults, making it a perfect place for a family holiday. A special thank you goes to the animation team. They truly work with passion and create a wonderful atmosphere every day. The kids' club is fantastic, with fun games and creative activities where children are well looked after by the animators. We also loved the sports activities. Ever We also loved the sports activities. Every day there was something different to join. The classes with trainer Yulia were especially memorable. She is energetic, positive, attentive, and knows how to motivate everyone. We especially enjoyed the aqua aerobics and Kangoo Jumps sessions. The food in the main restaurant was excellent. There was a wide variety of delicious dishes, and everything was constantly replenished. The restaurant itself is spacious, bright, and clean, making every meal enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, housekeeping was done regularly, and the staff were always ready to help. Another big advantage was the presence of Russian-speaking employees, which made communication much easier and more comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing holiday. This hotel exceeded our expectations, left us with nothing but positive memories, and we would be delighted to come back again.

I travelled as a single mum with two teenage boys, we have had a fantastic holiday. Every single member of staff is kind, thoughtful, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay the very best. Food is plentiful, fresh and huge variety. Plenty of different places to eat and so many different areas to spend the day. We loved beach days with water sports, chilling on the sunbeds on the pier with its own bar. Other days at the waterpark with fantastic snack bar with everything kids and adults alike would want to eat. Plenty of lovely fish, meat, vegetables etc but also plain pasta, hot dogs, nuggets and burgers. Delicious ice creams, chilled coffee shops, beautiful grass areas by a lovely Mediterranean restaurant by the beach. Huge pools, salt and fresh water, table tennis, games room, football, tennis, yoga, rifle shooting, archery and more. Entertainment team are brilliant and organise lots of games but you can chill by the relax pool if you want peace and quiet…we went there every evening after the boys played football. We stayed in the bungalows, room was spacious, big comfy beds and cleaned every day. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and constantly being attended to, no rubbish etc. They have big golf buggies that take you around the complex whenever you want and lovely gardens to walk in. Beach is lovely and sandy. Also indoor pools either sauna and Turkish baths. We stayed 6-13 July and always got sunbeds and found places to chill. We will definitely return and cannot thank ALL of the staff enough for such a memorable holiday.

Try Kangoo Jumps with Julia—she's great!

The traditional kitchen of chef Dinesh Bhandari is phenomenal. He makes the best vegan options, they are fresh and delicious. I'm not a vegan but I opted for his vegan options of food because of great teste. It should be on menu of every guest who stays here.
