Pine Beach Belek

Guy at the checkout at reception ruined the experience. Otherwise decent clean hotel with friendly waiters and cleaners and entertainment. Hopefully the reception staff gets appropriate training

Here atm . Arrived last night at 2am. No food was available but the guy at reception gave us a takeaway box each containing a baguette .drink , muffin and banana so was ok . Most of the staff are helpful but came across a few that weren’t that helpful and didn’t know much about local area ! Overall nice and clean hotel . Very big . Private beach area with sunbeds and umbrella.few shops on site so try and make sure you have got everything on your holiday to buy list as there’s nothing outside the hotel. Food is okay , standard all inclusive items but today surprisingly found another area we’re Mr Dinesh suprised us with Indian food. Wow must this must have been the only all inclusive hotel I have been to were I’ve seen Indian food with an Indian chef. I think the Hotel should promote this better as the food was on point !!!! Well done to Dinesh the chef !!! Overall not a bad place !!!

Just returned from a lovely stay at pine beach. Overall had a lovely stay the grounds were beautiful rooms in the main building were gorgeous. The bungalows need updating, we were moved from bottom floor bungalow due to ants ( moved very fast and efficiently which was great) Food was hit and miss spent a week on chips and pizza really ( but I am fussy) Drinks really good! Location good taxi in and out of Belek was €10 and hotel staff organise this. Entertainment was good. Beach was lovely partner enjoyed the volleyball. Negative points, this hotel really didn’t have many English staying the staff also struggled to understand requests or even a conversation. The bar staff also seemed to favour others over us. We didn’t really find anything to do in the hotel other than lounge/ ping pong/ visits to the beach. The water park was great!! Cleaning in rooms also good. No tourist tax which was a plus!! Massive thanks to gabe on the entertainment team he was always so friendly and welcoming and was doing a great job! After staying in other hotels in Belek I wouldn’t rate this hotel a 5* but still had a great time away! .

Had a family vacation in Pine beach on spring holidays! Most of all, loved all the staff team: Kemal and Altynay from the reseption desc helped a lot with earlier accommodation and arrival and later check out that gave us comfort, Albina and Tanya from the kids club were super friendly and attentive towards kids and also Daniil from the coffee shop and all the restaurant staff were wonderful!

We are currently staying at this wonderful hotel and can already say — we really don’t want to leave. The atmosphere here is incredible, and much of the credit goes to the amazing animation team led by Mr. Eray and his deputy Mr. Juma. They create a great mood from morning till evening — always sincere, attentive, and friendly. With them, you truly feel like a valued guest. We would also like to give a special mention to Yulia, the trainer — she is absolutely amazing! My friend and I attend aqua aerobics every day with great pleasure. It’s not just a workout, but a real joy: full of energy, positivity, lightness, and a great mood for the whole day. We would also like to thank all the hotel staff — you can really feel that everything is done with care and heart. The restaurant offers delicious and разнообразный food, and the service is at a high level. Room cleaning is also excellent — everything is clean, neat, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything here is truly made with love, and you can feel it in every detail. We are still here, but we already know for sure — we will definitely come back again ❤️
