Ramada Resort by Wyndham Side

We stayed for 10 days all inclusive. Hotel clean, Rooms are spacious and clean, pool is clean and tidy, entertainment is mediocre, the staff are were friendly from start to finish, food was the same everyday, the omelettes made to order at breakfast were great the rest was usual all inclusive 3 star tepid food, but you won't starve. There's a microwave to heat up the food. There are cats roaming but they're not an issue and I don't like cats. Just wish people wouldn't feed them! The location is rubbish but the number 5 bus gets you outside the hotel to Side €2.50 9am -10pm. The number 5 Manavgat bus is €5. There is nothing to do outside the resort, no pubs or restaurants except the Fizz bar and Titanic, both of which have there own transport and will come and get you. Fizz is definetly worth a visit for food, drink and their beach is so much better than the one at the resort. No stones! Take swim shoes if you're a sea/beach person to the resort beach. The organised trip to the falls is not worth €33 do it yourself using the buses, like we did. Really easy to do. And take lira, so much easier than euros. I wouldn't bother with th à la carte, we went for Italian night on our last night and our friends left before the dessert to go get food in the restaurant, not the best which is a shame.

I would never go back to this hotel. Some staff where rude. And the guests that was staying in the hotel were racist. The looks were undeliverable on top of that wanting to take pictures of us. So uncomfortable. The food was horrible, and they had cats around where you are eating. And flys the WiFi was absolutely rubbish if u wanted good WiFi as they call it you have to pay for it. I did address my concerns still waiting for a response . I've also taken this matter high.

! I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at Ramada Resort Side, Antalya. My first two visits were amazing, which is why I returned for a third time and even booked another holiday for October 2028. Never in a million years did I expect to leave with such a negative opinion of this hotel. I have now changed hotels, and I will NEVER return. The pool staff, bar staff and maids were absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming, and they deserve credit for their hard work. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for reception and management, whose attitudes were nothing short of disgraceful. Our room was leaking water on our very first night, and despite being a returning customer, there was initially a reluctance to move us. The attitude of management was disgusting. We were paying guests asking for a room that wasn’t leaking, yet we were made to feel as though our concerns were an inconvenience. BUT WHAT I WITNESSED DURING THIS HOLIDAY WAS BEYOND APPALLING. I witnessed security staff slap a female guest to the floor, throw her off a chair, and drag both her and her friend out by their hair. From what I witnessed, this followed a disagreement after the woman complained about water leaking in her room and became upset. EVEN MORE DISGUSTING WAS THE FACT THAT RECEPTION STAFF STOOD THERE WATCHING AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. How can this behaviour possibly be acceptable at a holiday resort? Nobody deserves to be treated like this for raising a complaint. There is absolutely NO excuse for what I witnessed, and I sincerely hope hotel management investigates this incident and takes it seriously. I am furious and deeply disappointed. I returned because I genuinely believed this was a hotel worth visiting again, yet the attitude of management and reception, combined with this shocking incident, has completely destroyed my confidence in the resort. Credit where it is due: the pool staff, bar staff and housekeeping team were wonderful. However, the good work of these employees cannot excuse the unacceptable behaviour I witnessed from security or the appalling attitude I experienced from management and reception. I HAD ALREADY BOOKED TO RETURN IN OCTOBER 2028. NOT ANYMORE! I have changed hotels, and Ramada Resort Side has permanently lost a returning customer. TWO AMAZING HOLIDAYS FOLLOWED BY ONE ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT THIS HOTEL. MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW THIS SITUATION WAS HANDLED.

This hotel is not a 3 star. Firstly arrived with my wife who walks with rollater and finds leading into hotel there is stairs and ramps with no handrails. Hotel staff in the main very helpful and friendly. Our room ok and accessible for my wife and on lobby floor but rooms not always clean and very dusty. Food is awful and very repetable and cold on most occasions the only thing was a hot and made on the spot was a omellette for breakfast and also chips for every sitting. This hotel we wont return to, we even went out about 8 times for a decent meal. The entertainment was poor and not really advertised, the pool area ok but water very cold. But review this hotel properly before you go. Ps there is plenty of lifts and shops on site

The location of the hotel is ok if you don't mind d a 20min walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself isnt dirty but needs abit of tlc in places such as the softplay room, the mats are sticking up.and are dangerous if you don't notice. The room was clean but often could smell drains but had everything you needed but could benefit with a comfy matress and was very disapponting that when we arrived late at night there was only 3 beds in the room so they had to bring another camp bed. The bar staff were ok and friendly apart from one bloke called Sabit gave me the creeps. entertainment was good but could have not put us in a room right near it as the boys struggled to sleep before 11pm as they are only 2. The restaurant food was ok if a bit repetitive but our frustration was the highchairs they aren't cleaned properly and everything we were trying to clean them and without own wipes as when you asked for them to be wiped it was too much trouble. There was also either a bug or something going on with the food all 4 of us were ill during the week Wasn't a bad place to stay but won't be back
