Riviera Hotel Spa

What a great holiday in Hotel Riviera Spa. Great and friendly staff, good food, good drinks etc. We had a superbe holiday. Rooms very clean and awesome. Pool area was nice. Absolutely fantastic. And yes, hamam was great too. Expecially staff was great. We will visit this hotel again! Greetings from Sister and his Brother

We spent wonderfull week in Hotel Riviera. (Two adults and two teenager girls) Good things: * Location was Great! You can walk easily everywhere * close to Beach and shops (Ataturk street) * Great food, Even teenagers like it! * very clean * good Pools and enough sunbeds * Super room in c block! Our balcony was 60m2 big and we have wiews for three directions! (Corner room in 5th floor) * nice people working there *close to nice park *gym (Even it was pretty small) Not so good things: - noisy restaurant - People booked sunbeds before Hand

Stayed here 25 - 27/02 -25 Perfect accommodation for those who want to live near the sea for a week or two when the heat returns. Also suitable as a transit hotel for 1 - 2 nights during the off-season. Prons: Well-cleaned rooms. Cozy little room with a couch and balcony. Close to the sea. Pools. Close to shopping street with many restaurants. Cons: Breakfast not worth the money.

We were accommodated in this hotel because the hotel where we were originally supposed to be was not opened. During the first 3 days of our stay we were very satisfied, tasty food and good location. However, on the 4th we went on a trip and we were not at the hotel from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. When we arrived in our room, we found the door wide open. We guessed that the cleaner did not close the door behind him. We went to report this fact to the reception, and an employee named Hussey ignored our problem. After two calls, he said that it was the cleaner who didn't close the door and that we can talk to her tomorrow. What would it give us? We wanted to know if someone else came into our room because our private belongings were there. He said he could show us the camera footage and that's what we asked to see if anyone other than the hotel staff was in our room. With so many things and nerves, it is easy to forget how many pairs of earrings were taken or what cosmetics were taken exactly. The gentleman from the reception say that he can show us a recording from the cameras, which he allegedly checked himself and no one is there. After approaching the computer, it turned out that he didn't even show us our floor but some other (we are on the top floor and there are no stairs up, and the recording clearly showed a different floor). When I pointed it out to him, he said he was wrong and casually found our floor. The recording didn't work, it couldn't show previous hours so the receptionist is a liar. The receptionist did nothing to resolve the matter amicably, he said that we can come tomorrow and talk to the consultant who deals with the guest service, because he will not talk to us. We have been in several hotels and we have never encountered such a situation, let alone arrogance on the part of the service employee. Im very dissapointed of the recepcionist behaviour more than that cleaner left door wide open. It would not suprise me if it was 2* hotel but in 4* hotel guests should be treat more politely…

What a great hotel and spa. We went half board and it was plenty with breakfast and dinner as there is loads of restaurants and bars around. You're virtually on the beach, and a taxi rank outside which is cheap enough to get around alanya to do all the sites. There is plenty of sun loungers around all the pools. The beer, wines and spirits are cheap if you go half board. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean with regular room cleaning and beds are comfy with air conditioning in the rooms.
