Seaden Quality Resort & Spa

We have just returned from an incredible holiday at Seaden Quality Resort & Spa in Side, and we genuinely cannot praise it enough. ​From day one, the hospitality was exceptional. The entire staff and the housekeeping team could not do enough for us, our deluxe room was spotless every day, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Mini bar and snacks was really stocked daily and the food and cocktail choices were extraordinary! ​For any fellow UK travellers wondering about the guest mix: English guests are definitely in the minority here, but it didn't impact our holiday in the slightest. We were welcomed with open arms, looked after brilliantly, and made to feel completely valued and at home throughout our stay. ​Between the unbelievable views, perfect location, beautiful weather, and top-tier service, we loved it so much that we booked our return trip for next October before we’d even packed our bags to leave. ​A massive thank you to all the hard-working staff and cleaners who made our trip so memorable. See you next year!

We will definitely return. I looked at the reviews before I went and was ambivalent as to what to expect, however I needn't have worried. My experience at this hotel was amazing. Yes, we were the only two British guests with the majority of guests being German, but everyone was so polite and respectful, so this didn't bother us at all. From arriving at the hotel the staff were so welcoming, offering drinks, taking care of luggage, and showing us to our room which was ready despite it being early morning. The rooms were big, and everything we would expect from a 5 star hotel. The only glitch was when we opened the balcony doors we looked upon a demolished hotel but to be fair we don't normally sit out on the balcony so it wasn't an issue for us. This room was so quiet which we really enjoyed. Our maid Ashey was a bonus for us, she was a star and so helpful. We loved her flower arrangements on our beds each day. Cleanliness in this hotel is taken seriously, everywhere is spotless. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, we didn't use the a la carte restaurant's as the main buffet restaurant did a number of themed nights which were really delicious. The day and evening entertainment was enjoyable. Good acts at night, foam party and games during the day were delightful. Hats off to the animation team especially Ayykut, Esta and Gamze who all took time each day to come and talk with us. My only negative is about Cilli who we found rude and disrespectful, it was clear she chooses the guests she wishes to speak with and ignored us completely. Our waiter during the day was Server who was absolutely fantastic on his roller skates, always checking if we were ok for drinks. We wish him well on his call up to National Service. We could not find fault with this hotel and will return and definitely recommend.

This is a lovely hotel, with exceptional detail paid to cleanliness. All areas of the hotel are covered by what seems an army of people constantly cleaning and maintaining, and the bonus is they do so in a friendly good natured way so it’s never intrusive. The clientele during our stay was mainly German, but they were respectful and happy to greet and acknowledge the few British people and gave the whole place a nice civilised and non rowdy atmosphere . The choice if food in the buffet dining area was incredible and of the very highest quality , not helpful to the waistline though !!. Overall this hotel is highly recommended for adults and couples with young children , however those with children 7 and upwards might find the lack of play /water park facilities an issue

Easily the best all inclusive I’ve ever stayed in, this is my third time here. It’s is located only an hour from the airport and 10 minutes from some local shops. The staff are friendly and always happy to help you. The evening entertainment is always fantastic. The amount of effort put into events like Oktoberfest. The rooms are stunning and a great size , cleaned well each day and fridge stocked with all you need. If you don’t enjoy the entertainment I’d get a room closer to the front rather than the beach. The beach it right by the hotel and has plenty of bed. There are no lounger wars at this hotel. The swim up bar is fantastic the staff come around on rollerblades to give you whatever you need. The water activities like volley ball and water aerobics are done at the end of the pool closest to the beach. They are not too disruptive and not on all dayAmazing value for money.

We have just returned from 9 nights at this hotel. We stayed here two years ago and have to say the manager has listened to concerns we had about the staff ignoring the English and only speaking in German as it is mainly a German hotel. We love this hotel we aim to go back next year. The food is good à la carte restaurants not so good poor service in the international one so that could do with improvements. Hotel is clean and love the fact you cannot reserve sunbed before 8.30 so no sunbed war. Nighttime entertainment is amazing especially the Michael Jackson show and the drifters. This is the best hotel we have stayed in Turkey and will return again next year.
