However, the mini-bar was restocked daily only with water, even though upon arrival we had 1 or 1.5-liter bottles of Cola and Fanta. * **Food**: I can compare it to the 10 other resorts I’ve stayed at in Antalya. At Seaden Sea Planet, I found one of the best restaurants. Plenty of food, tasty, very diverse, with a different themed evening every night. I was very impressed with the food—and I repeat, I’ve been going to Antalya for 10 years, so I have solid comparisons. * **Coffee** is the weakest point. Poor quality coffee. The Lobby Bar served somewhat better coffee. * **Desserts**: extremely good. * **Pool**: large, clean water, although one day we found a lot of sand on the bottom, brought in by people coming from the beach who didn’t rinse off before entering. * **Slides**: very nice. There’s one pool with slides for small children and another one for older kids. * **Beach**: This is the biggest downside. The beach has sand mixed with small pebbles that are quite painful to walk on. The sea entrance is also full of pebbles, and the water quickly reaches a depth of 1–1.5 meters after walking just 2–3 meters in. If you have small children, you must stay close to them. During the 7-day stay, we didn’t have any waves, so we swam in the sea daily. There is also a large pier where you can sunbathe. * **Staff service**: very satisfied. The front desk staff spoke English. In the restaurant, all waiters were very friendly—probably in hopes of getting a tip. On the terrace, drinks were served at the table. In the evening at the bar, there was a line of about 10 people, but service was fast. **Ratings I give:** * Location: **8.0** * Food: **9.5** * Service: **9.0** * Pool: **8.5** * Beach: **7.5** --- Let me know if you'd like this adapted into a more polished review format for TripAdvisor or Google Reviews.
Me and my friend travelled to turkey, as 2 19 year old girls. While we were away I received a lot of unwanted attention from members of staff within the hotel. This went from being given a phone number from one of the bar staff and not adding it, to then him approaching with his phone to get my Instagram. To stop being bothered and be able to enjoy the evening I Instagram into his phone and continued on. Within the next 24 hours I was messaged and called many times, despite not responding at all to any messages or even accepting his friend request he still continued. This went on continually by the next evening i had received 10 missed calls and 6 messages. We thought this was as bad as it could get however when we returned to the bar to order a drink my friend ordered just a Fanta, i then asked for a cosmopolitan cocktail which they refused to serve unless it had double the alcohol in despite me very clearly saying no to this. It was almost as though they wanted me to drink a lot ?? This made us feel very worried and unsafe within our hotel, unsure what to do and where to get help from. With it being a member of staff in the hotel we don’t doubt they would be able to access info of which room we were staying in. This completely changed the atmosphere of the hotel for us and left us with constant worry of what could happen. Completely ruining the holiday. We spoke to the hotel and they simply just apologised and said he won’t do anything to me which is quite a poor response to the situation that we were in. I also had the children’s entertainer give a lot of unwanted attention too. Before bingo being told that if i wants a good night i knows where to find him and that he’s everyone’s holiday boyfriend. We are extremely disappointed with the way this ended up. Not only was we left feeling anxious and unsafe within our hotel we also felt as though we had to avoid certain areas etc due to this situation.
I was little bit afraid of all the negative comments that I read. That´s true, the people usually write bad reviews and who is satisfied don´t report it so often. In my experience this is very good hotel in every way. Super nice rooms , cleaned every day, the mini-bar was restocked daily with water. We met friendly staff throughout the hotel, restaurant - plenty of food, tasty, very diverse, with a different themed evening every night.
The hotel room was comfortable, with a good bed and functioning air conditioner. However, loud music played until midnight every night, which made it hard to rest. The room was cleaned daily, but towels were sometimes not replaced unless we reminded the staff. The minibar was restocked only with water, and the glasses and coffee cups were often dirty or stained. The food was disappointing — cold, bland, and the bread was stale. I wouldn't recommend the coffee either; it tasted terrible. As for Denis Rent a Car, I strongly advise never using their service. It was one of the worst experiences of our entire trip. We rented a taxi for a round trip to Manavgat. When booking, they clearly told us that the driver would drop us off and later return to the same spot to pick us up — we just had to call 30 minutes in advance. The trip there went smoothly in a decent, air-conditioned car. But everything fell apart on the way back. Since we didn’t have mobile internet in Turkey, we called them and waited at a nearby café. We received a message over the café Wi-Fi saying the taxi would arrive in 30 minutes. After leaving the café, we no longer had internet access. The new driver, however, went to a different location and never even bothered to step out of the car or check for us. They tried to contact us only via WhatsApp and internet calls — knowing full well that we didn’t have access. No SMS, no proper phone call, nothing. We stood in the heat for a long time at the exact same place we were dropped off, confused and frustrated. After calling them again, they finally sent another car — this time an old, stuffy vehicle with no air conditioning, and we had to share the ride with another family. This was a total downgrade from what we paid for. And the worst part? Even after their mistake, they refused to give any kind of refund or even a small discount. No apology, no responsibility, nothing. Their customer service was absolutely terrible, and they treated us as if we were the problem. Denis Rent a Car completely ruined our day and left a very bad impression. I strongly recommend that no one use their services — it’s simply not worth the stress or the money.
28.6.- 8.7.2025 We travelled through Invia.cz Sunexpress - ITS from Prague to Antalya. 10 nights/ 9 full days/ 2650 EUR/ 1 adult 1 child. On arrivals it was really hard to find shuttle bus. After 30 mins we found ITS counter BUT they told us to go to parking lot and look for bus number. There was over hundred of buses and it took long time to walk around in the heat with suitcases. We had to go back and ask for direction again and walk around again. Minibus was modern, comfortable and well air conditioned. Hotel is massive and really endless things to do and places to be. Always places to sit indoors and outdoors even as big group of people. There is so much space everywhere. It’s beautiful hotel. Guests and staff mostly german speaking. 24/7 you will find drinks and some food offered but you have to look for it. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is one of the biggest and best I have seen. Really impressive. The restaurant though was extremely frustrating to dine in because we were constantly looking for cutleries. Few times guests took ours from our table or when we went to get more food the staff took it and never replaced it. I also had guests taking my chairs while I stepped away for few minutes. It’s constant battle for something. I didn’t find this relaxing. Waiter Yasar was extremely helpful and polite. At night among other things they display food left over from dinner. As they should. It’s just late night snack and why throw it away? They don’t replenish food much in last 15 mins of the service. But again why? It would go to waste. Next service they display fresh. Between lunch and dinner there aren’t snacks to have which was very disappointing. There are hot dogs, burgers and kebabs but covered in flies or flat bread with really really long wait. Why no fruit and veg for snack? Hamam was written as included but when we went they just pointed us to the stone room with sinks and that was it. Even the sauna/ steam room was not turned on so this should be removed from the package. This hotel never sleeps ever. It’s luxurious but the walls are made thin. I recommend ear plugs and even then we did not sleep! Music till midnight, noises from other rooms, lifts and corridors people screaming in the middle of the night will wake you up. In bathroom we could hear every word neighbours were saying. Staff is not friendly at reception especially Aleyna. Checking in and out she was very unpleasant. I don’t know why because we did not have any requests for her. We got paper with information but really they should smile, say hello, welcome and give basic info where are the restaurants, bars, what time is open where. AND the fact that not all lifts go to our floor. I do not recommend the a la cart Mexican restaurant. It’s tiny without windows. We already had water in glasses, salat sitting there for some time when we arrived. Food was tasteless and service was not pleasant. Waiter didn’t even say hello or bye. It was all SO rushed. We were out in 15 mins and I wish we went to regular buffet instead. The Asian fusion restaurant was better than the Mexican the staff was very pleasant but again the shushi or the food was not great. The bars staff are rough:D throw things around but I guess in the heat and having queue of impatient guests will do it. I also don’t know how long their shifts are or how much they get awarded. I did experience rude nasty guests who were abusive to them. The behaviour of some guests here is appalling to be honest!! The floors indoors are SLIPPERY! Really be careful! I was expecting the room to be bigger. Shower was leaking here and there. Hair dryer is not working much. I did not like the music at the pool. It’s really not pleasant especially all day long. At least if it was Turkish but it was this techno/ pop and CRAZY LOUD. Absolute lack of shade by the pool. We were by the sea most of the time. Sea is kinda clear some days, some days not. Bring shoes for the beach. It hurts in bare feet to walk on the little stones.
