More than expected: fantastic location just near the beach, very nice green area, big and clean swimming pools including an indoor heated one. The hotel is very clean, food and drinks are fine. Really good WiFi and rooms with great sea view. The hotel personnel is very helpful and friendly. Honestly no points to complain. The place is managed perfectly ! We can recommend it and will gladly come back.

The hotel was okay it was clean and the waiters and desk attendants were pleasant. The food was plentiful but a little samey the desserts had little taste . The weather dampened our stay. The pool was freezing but clean and the inside pool was okay.

The hotel is celebrating its 33rd anniversary this year, which is reflected in its appearance and equipment. Whoever puts the beach and the sea first, misses a lot. The food is good, but with some exceptions, you won't get service without a tip!!! In the lobby bar, one waiter tried to give us an "old drink" that he already had on the table behind the bar before ordering, in the second case he gave us a drink with three pieces of lemon, but all the pulp had already been eaten by the previous guest. We have never ordered anything from this "pig" again. The hotel management solved the situation by offering us new drinks, which in the all inclusive program is rather a good joke.... Surprisingly, the level and honor of the hotel was mainly kept afloat by young waiters and mostly they were part-time students... so what can I add? If you want table service, you have to show up with bills above your head, otherwise you are an airhead for the staff and they just take the glasses away from the tables.

There is really nothing to complain when you are in this hotel. You see only smiling faces. Hotel is in a perfect location. Unlike other hotels in Side region, there is a private beach without the interruption of a road. The view from the rooms is fantastic. There is very sufficient space within the rooms. You do not stuck in a narrowness, instead you would be pleased to spend more time in the rooms.

The hotel looks nice, the reception staff was pleasant, the rooms nice enough comfy beds clean and tidy, the gardens are lovely the gardeners worked hard, the pools was good, the spa centre was nice had a Turkish massage and enjoyed it, the shop on site way overpriced £8 for 2 bottles of coke. The beach was lovely and only a few minutes walk. The food is plentiful but repetitive and got boring. The hotel is more for Germans but they won’t tell you that, the majority or staff was rude to us, at the bar I ordered cola for myself and children he told me the machine was broken and served the German man instead, the machine was not broken he just couldn’t be bothered to serve me. One night the entertainment man went round to every table in the lobby area and gave request forms for music he asked where we were from and when we said England he said oh no we wanted Dutch and walked off. All the music that was played was German we tried to get involved but wasn’t wanted there. On Christmas eve there was a fancy dinner put on again with German music artist all staff wearing Christmas hats and a staff member dressed as Santa totally ignored our 6 English children, nothing at all done for Christmas Day for the English people in the hotel. We made the best of it for the kids Christmas but was a horrible experience. Would never go back even if it was free and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
