We experienced serious hygiene and room safety issues during our stay. In our first room we encountered numerous cockroaches, and in the next room we found dozens of small flies on the bed. The last room we stayed in was flooded, leaving all our belongings soaked and covered in muddy water. Due to these issues, we were forced to change rooms three times over the course of three nights. Throughout this process, the written incident report we requested was not provided. Unfortunately, all these experiences resulted in a very disappointing holiday.

We have rely enjoyed our short stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff efficient and the pool and beach areas very good.

Hotel is impressive at first arrival but overall needs updating and looks tired The room is lovely but not the cleanest The hotel is closing down in a couple of days and you can tell daytime eateries now closed. Ran out of sauces, ice lollies etc! It could be so nice as has all the facilities but the food is a major let down it’s always cold maybe as not the turnover but we hate cold food and don’t really cater for the English Would I come back - no! Hotel could be amazing if refurbished and food was better

Terrible experience – never again! Our stay at Selectum Noa Belek was very disappointing. The hotel looks nice and big, but that’s unfortunately the only positive aspect. • We noticed that Russian guests seemed to receive preferential treatment — for example, they were often served drinks in glass cups, while others received plastic ones. • Almost no one speaks English, making communication very difficult. • Cleanliness was poor, and unfortunately our whole family got a stomach bug after eating at the hotel (vomiting and diarrhea). Our 10-month-old baby required hospital care with IV fluids, and my sister’s child also became unwell. • When we asked for a short late check-out (2 hours) due to our baby’s condition, we were initially asked to pay €50. Only after speaking with guest relations were we allowed to stay longer without charge. Overall, the hotel is poorly managed and disappointing for the price. I would not recommend it, especially for families with young children. Several other reviews also mention stomach illness.

Well where shall I start? The hotel sells itself very well on the love holidays website the reality is somewhat different, rooms really nice no complaints there it’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel the food is just fill your belly food same over and over again, stews stews and stews! Not great! Nothing catered for the English for breakfast only eggs and toast and a cheese toastie! We sat in the pool bar a lot of the time but the music was so loud couldn’t hear each other speak and the same repetitive Turkish music I know we r in Turkey it would have been nice for a bit of a change now and again! Overall very disappointed would avoid
