We had nice time with lots of activities for kids. Most staff don’t speak English unfortunately, but some do. We had during our stay one complaint about some staff not being nice, but there were also good staff like Dogan and Esma that do their best to please the guests. From guest relations mister Murat and the rest also speak good English and ready to listen and help. The roomservice is some days good and some days not that good. Food is nice and lots of choices. It feels like Russian speaking guests get a better treatment but I guess that has to do with communication. The mini bar was full everyday in the room. That was good.

After more than 10 years of holidays in Turkey, staying in hotels such as Paloma, Limak, Sherwood, Adalya and many others, this has been, without any doubt, the worst experience we have ever had. I honestly cannot understand how this hotel can be advertised as a 5-star resort. Our disappointment started the moment we arrived at 7:00 a.m. The reception staff were cold, arrogant and completely lacking in hospitality. We genuinely felt like we were bothering them. We were simply asked to fill in a form and come back at 2:00 p.m. There was no welcome, no introduction to the hotel, no explanation of the facilities, restaurants, bars, activities or opening hours. Even a 3-star hotel usually provides a warmer welcome. The restaurant confirmed this terrible first impression. The service is simply unacceptable. Nobody comes to serve drinks at the table. Dirty plates remain on the tables for a very long time, while glasses that are still full are sometimes removed by the staff. The photos attached clearly show piles of dirty plates left on our table. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be five stars. Our room was equally disappointing. We are a family of five, yet only four beds had been prepared. The bed linen was dirty, the toilet had not been properly cleaned, and the shower drain was blocked. A room in this condition should never be given to arriving guests. The overall condition of the hotel is also very concerning. The attached photos speak for themselves: damaged walls, broken door protections, poor finishes, dirty floors and a clear lack of maintenance throughout the common areas. The hotel feels neglected and far below the standards expected from a luxury resort. The beach was another huge disappointment. The reality is completely different from the promotional photos shown on the hotel's website. The cabanas highlighted in the advertisements are nowhere to be seen, the beach area in front of the pool is almost empty, and the overall atmosphere is nothing like the luxury experience that convinced us to book this hotel. Another unbelievable point is the complete lack of guest information. There is no hotel map, no brochure and no mobile application. When we asked the reception for information about restaurants, bars, opening hours and facilities, we were simply shown a laminated sheet and told to take a picture of it. No explanations were provided. Finally, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was not what we expected for a family holiday. A significant number of guests behaved in a very loud and inconsiderate manner in the common areas. We frequently experienced queue jumping, excessive noise and a general lack of respect for other guests. While the behaviour of guests is not entirely under the hotel's control, we were surprised that the hotel did not seem to enforce basic standards of courtesy and respect in shared spaces. We booked this hotel because of the beautiful promotional photos and the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, the reality is completely different. We visit Turkey almost every year because we have always appreciated the outstanding hospitality, cleanliness and service offered by Turkish hotels. Sadly, this experience does not reflect the high standards that made us fall in love with this country. I cannot recommend this hotel in its current condition. I sincerely hope that the management takes these comments seriously and makes significant improvements, because at the moment this property is nowhere near the standard of a genuine five-star resort. This holiday has been a huge disappointment.

We are a family of five. Children age 6, 9 and 16. We stayed in a villa room which was really nice, clean and modern. Towels changed daily and room cleaned daily. An in room mini bar topped up every day which was included. The pools and daily entertainment were good. Evening entertainment not so good. We visited land of legends in an evening and Belek city centre. We got the bus number 28 from outside hotel for 60 lire per person. Food was plentiful. Restaurant, outside food huts - pizza, burgers, chips, Turkish bread and baked potatoes. Ice cream included form 11-4. My only complaint was the breakfast - lack of cereal. In particular the chocolate one. The hotel ran out a few times. I spoke to Murat in customer relations and he resolved the problem and is so so helpful if you have an issue. He also helped another family with an issue. He speaks great English also. We were the only English family here. Lots of Russian, Swedish and Americans. All in all a great time!

Hotel with very good food, Selectum Standard. We booked the room in villa and they are brand new. I would recommend this type of room. Main restaurant is very big. They have 2 beaches. We had a nice stay here. The people are very nice. Good coffee and cocktails at Cancun. Murat from guest relation was very kind and answers to all our questions about the hotel.
