when arriving informed no Wifi at all unless you pay for it individual each , Safe also need to pay for . On your last day at 12pm when checking out your wrist band is cut off no more food or drinks unless you pay for late check out 10 euros an hour . definitely not 5 Star 3 max room was infested with ants , spoke to love holidays REP said he would look into it never heard back from him .We did manage to get room changed . room was clean but old and worn . main reason I booked hotel was jetty in the sea then was made aware is open to the public so at weekend was busy with Local guys with their alcohol. couldn't get sun lounger . Ala carte menu Fish that is it restricted to 2 pieces fried calamari per person we didn't even go after speaking to other guests . Only 1 per holiday so if 2 weeks only one visit Lol not a great loss . the Area also very little shops mostly restaurants and hotels. Food in main restaurant was not to bad good choice hot if catching opening time . Cleaners did I great job place was clean , would I go back definitely not , I have been as honest as I can

Arrived at hotel To find out that no rooms be given though booked beforehand all inclusive. The receptionist cant even speak English and so rude. This hotel very un clean Doesn't look 5 star hotel at all.

Hi. I have bad experience on this hotel. Definitely not 5 star. We was there yearly that check in time. We waiting around 10 hours. When we asked about the room. They tell us is not ready. Around 3pm. They told us they don't have more space. After they send us in different hotel like 4 stars. Again not 4 stars Senza Sunset Beach. Here the room are in very bad condition. 4 people in double room. Never can suggest this network of hotels. Not value the money what we pay for...

The rides and slides were closed, there was not enough information about what was going on, the à la carte dinner was not up to par, but (!) very nice, helpful and understanding staff, quick cleaning, delicious food, amazing sea and most importantly, a great jewellery store with local stones, good prices and amazing Ukrainian staff.
