Side Royal Palace

This is a great hotel the rooms are a decent size the beds could be a bit softer as hard mattresses . The staff in the hotel are very friendly the entertainment in the hotel is varied from games to live music and karaoke . Good size indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a mini shop for clothes snacks and gifts . We paid £1279 for 2 of us for 7 days through hays travel

I was there for one evening, it went really great and the staff was kind and professionelle,many thanks to the personel that worked in the evening Friday 27th at the baar and to the receptionist Mustafa he's a good worker and was really helpful and kind, good with languages, the hotel was really clean, and the rooms are a comfortable size, the only thing that could be better is the guest relation, she didn't care about the guests or tried to help anyone of them, if that could change the hotel would be perfect whitout any flaws, thank you very much.

Food was very good. Staff are very professional and friendly. Everything is very clean. 5 stars to the entertainment team and their efforts and activities. Sevval and Samira are very professional and friendly in their work. Looking forward to come again to this hotel!!

Hi arrived on 6 Feb for one week on my own i have been to this hotel before with my husband.so I decided to come back for a break after the lose of my husband 6 months when i arrived the reception was lovely i have a lovely room but on the Saturday night thay was live music so i went but everything changed it was music for the German all night and i was the only English person thay staying in this hotel whot a night mere from start to finish so i decided to go to reception and report this matter but the next morning i had to go to see someone about the matter and i explained i am English and would like some English music playing not all German music but after i seen.this person i found out that she is German to so that didn't help it will be brushed under the carpet also garman reserved thay table by giving tips and putting drinks on table for them this is bad enough so be very careful when you book if you are English person look for something else i will be making a full complain i do feel like i should be here because of this

Would recommend to family and friends The food is was delicious and really fresh Entertainment team was fantastic and they mixed with everyone Live shows and live music really good Would definitely come back hear and stay again
