Side Stella Elite Resort & Spa

We stay at Stella Elite beginning of July and our vacation was amazing!! The hotel, food, staff and beautiful weather was 💯 %! We enjoyed every minute!! This was 5th vacation in turkey 🇹🇷 and this one was the best!! The writers work nonstop, cleaning staff was doing amazing job, we feel like part of family!Ali I miss morning talks, you are amazing young man and I wish you the best (Polish lady) .Others ti mention Sema, taxi man 🤣🤣 Erkan,Mahmet Sahn,Berkay (love your professionalism) ALI omg you are my favorite!! Emin,Oguz, Ahmet, Sam, Mert and many more ! Spa staff, Oskar the rest you guys amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel for couples who like good service and excellent food!! Main bar was open 24h and you can choose imported alcohol 🍸 Thank you!!🇹🇷💯😍

Overall, we had a great holiday and left the hotel with very positive impressions. There were definitely far more pros than cons, and we would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for excellent food and an amazing beach. **Location – 10/10** The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the shopping area. Dolmuş stops are only a few steps away. **Food – Outstanding** Huge compliments to the chefs, especially the pastry chef! Every meal offered plenty of choice, and the quality was consistently excellent. The pastry shop deserves a special mention as well, the ice cream and iced coffee were simply unbeatable. Every member of staff in the restaurants, bars and on the beach—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. They create the holiday atmosphere and do a wonderful job representing the hotel. Their positive attitude makes a real difference. **À la carte restaurants** The only thing we didn't understand was the reservation system. Reservations can only be made between 10:00 and 12:00, which means you have to leave the beach specifically to book a table. We believe the management should reconsider this rule. That said, the restaurants themselves are definitely worth visiting. Our favourite was the Turkish restaurant. **Beach – 200 out of 100!** The beach is absolutely fantastic. Clean, comfortable, well-organized—everything was perfect. And Murat, the beach attendant, is simply the best beach boy in the world! 😊 The only small inconvenience is that the shuttle to the beach starts operating at 9:00 instead of 8:00. We walked in the mornings, which isn't a problem if you're reasonably fit, as the beach is quite close. **Entertainment** Entertainment was good. It's not luxury-level entertainment—mostly standard animation shows—but nobody will be bored. The animation team works hard, keeps guests involved, and even organizes trips to nightclubs. A couple of evening shows were genuinely excellent. **Spa** The spa is also good. The only downside is that the indoor pool is quite cold during the summer. We understand why, but when the sea is rough and the outdoor pool is overcrowded, it would be nice to enjoy a warmer indoor swim. **Rooms** Although the hotel is officially a five-star property, the rooms and corridors don't really feel luxurious. The hotel is still relatively new, but in our opinion, the rooms may need renovation in a year or two. It seems that some finishing materials were chosen with cost-saving in mind. The biggest drawback is the size of the French double bed. It is simply too small for two adults. We even overheard several guests asking for an extra bed, which isn't surprising. If we return, we will definitely request one ourselves. Another strange design choice is that standard rooms have only one bedside table instead of two. The towels were inconsistent—sometimes brand new and fluffy, sometimes noticeably worn. On the positive side, there is plenty of storage space, lots of shelves in the wardrobe, many mirrors, and good-quality bathroom amenities. Orthopedic pillows were provided immediately upon request. The minibar was refilled regularly, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. **Reception** One small piece of advice for some of the younger reception staff: even when guests are demanding or difficult, hospitality means remaining patient and customer-oriented. A little more flexibility and empathy would make a big difference. A special thank you goes to Mr. Mehmet from the reception team, who completely changed our impression with his professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. Despite many reviews describing this as a hotel for German retirees, that wasn't our experience at all. There were plenty of young people and guests from many different countries. Would we come back? Probably, yes. But next time, we'll definitely ask for an extra bed! :-)

Rooms was ideal and clean. Cuisine was very delicious and multiple options whatever you like to eat, i was fully ate all my vacation :) Animation crew was so good, specially Celal and Ebrar :) Otherwise i had broken feet and there was no vechile for it, that was sad. But workers helped me for enjoying. Thank you :)

Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Good location. Plenty of sunbeds. Good size pool and pool bar. Lovely room with mini bar. Good variety of food however not much English food. Choice of two A La Carte restaurants and a Patisserie. Rooms served everyday. Mini bar replenished everyday.

Travelled in a group of 15, mixed ages, male & female. Will start off with positives - Lovely new hotel, with lots of potential of becoming a great place to stay, good food choice and some nice members of staff (bar staff in reception area are so friendly & hospitable) big shout out to Maria who was so hospitable & lovely!! Nice pool area with great animation team who are lovely. Very clean & tidy, always see cleaning going on. Negatives- Very geared up for German guests, many staff will turn their nose up when they realise you are not German & pretend they cannot understand you, many a time we were ignored by waiters and the pool staff, who would blank us to serve German guests sitting next to us, on many occasions they world converse with the German guests about us & then laugh etc. Staff at reception, older man in particular very rude, we had issue with some of our rooms which he did not want to address, kept using his hand to Sshh us away!! Myself & friend were given a room which was to side of hotel (no balcony) the room had a terrible smell of sewers/drains. We was not happy so went and complained, the receptionist staff were not happy but eventually offered us a total of 3 other rooms, they were all in the same position but different floors, all had same strange smell which was awful…we refused these rooms & were basically told there’s nothing they could do! We eventually had to pay to be upgraded to a room which was in a different position of the hotel! Staff at the ice cream parlour very rude, young girl who had a face liked a slapped backside once she knew you were English,.,,,we took all our dissatisfactions to our ‘on the beach’ rep and also the hotels guest relation manager, who I must add was brilliant!! She took time to listen to us and we were offered free complimentary massages which was a lovely gesture. She must’ve had a word with the staff as we then noticed a vast improvement on how we were treated,
