Sunprime C-Lounge

I had beautiful 5 night experience at the sun prime C lounge, what a beautiful hotel, great food, lovely staff. The hotel is a mission from the airport but worth it for the quality. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe on my hotel grounds and in the hotel and immediate complex however not so secure in the area personally so I did not go out to do any excursions or travel in the area, I would like to revisit with a friend to enjoy some sight seeing etc. That being said the hotel had enough to give me and the strip outside where could walk up and down and the beaches etc My room was beautiful, loved that there was a pillow menu, I did find due to my late arrival I was not offered any food and almost was not given my choice of pillow, when all I wanted to do was sleep, I came to find others who had arrived late had been given food however this was made up for by the rep and I was given late checkout which was great as my leaving flight was later on. The massages in the spa were great, I had the hamam and mixed massage and really wish I went back for a second as experience. The entertainment was okay but the company made it better. Be mindful the hotel can host footballers which meant our usual buffet spot is closed and our menu was reduced for a one breakfast and lunch. The outside bar and food service were lovely, you are never short on being able to eat there. The coffee shop all included was fabulous too.

A Wonderful Stay at Sunprime Lounge Hotel, Alanya We had a lovely one-week stay at Sunprime Lounge Hotel in Alanya at the end of October and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is very nice, with comfortable and spacious rooms and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the food, which was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety of dishes, and everything was fresh, nicely prepared and beautifully presented. We especially appreciated the excellent selection of fresh vegetables and salads, as well as the fresh fish and meat. There was always plenty of choice, so it was easy to find something delicious every day. The desserts were also lovely, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, we were very impressed with the quality, freshness and selection of food. One of the things we appreciated most was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel wasn’t overcrowded, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The location was also very nice. We particularly enjoyed the music and entertainment throughout the day. The DJ playing around the swimming pool during lunchtime was wonderful and created a really enjoyable, relaxed holiday atmosphere. Another lovely touch was the classical music played between 6 pm and 7 pm, just before dinner. It was beautiful, elegant and created such a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere — a really thoughtful detail that we appreciated. After dinner, there was a great selection of live music, with different rock groups, bands and talented musicians performing. It brought a lovely energy to the evenings and gave the hotel a vibrant but relaxed atmosphere. We really appreciated the variety of music and entertainment, with something different to enjoy at different times of the day. I would also like to give special recognition to Meriyem, the physiotherapist and massage therapist. She is absolutely excellent! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and clearly passionate about her work. Her expertise in medical massage and relieving muscle tension is outstanding. She really knows what she is doing, and I would highly recommend her services. Normally, I would be very skeptical about getting a massage treatment at the holiday resorts and at the start I just booked one session to try it out, I was so lucky to get Meriyem in my first session and I ended up getting 5 treatments with her! I’m a former professional athlete and I have experienced a lot of physio & massage therapy in my career. I have to say Meriyem is one of the best that I came across in my lifetime. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return!

Just returned from another fabulous holiday at this incredible hotel. Lost count of the times we have been and it never fails to deliver. The amount of people we meet every time we visit who are returning guests says it all. Every thing about this hotel says quality , but the one thing that stands out above everything else is the staff . They really are the heart beat of the hotel , from the lovely cleaners , wonderful chiefs , bar staff, waiters , waitresses and reception , you really are an absolute credit to the hotel. You won't be in the hotel long before you feel part of this happy family. Thank you to the management team and staff for all the wonderful surprises on hubbys birthday he had a great day. Another excellent stay at the C Lounge, the staff were excellent as normal , the place spotlessly clean. I think the food was better than ever , after a blip a few years ago , the choice and quality of food was excellent. The hair cut was great again and the 3 massages in the spar sorted a niggling shoulder I had for a few months following a fall in the summer . Maybe one of the bands could be better , but it’s a covers band in the middle of Turkey. Over all a great stay , just move it closer to the airport !! lol

First of all, a big thank you to the customer service team and the entire staff. We didn’t set off with high expectations, but we received much more than we dared to hope for. The hotel acknowledged our special occasion in an exceptionally thoughtful way, and we felt their kindness was truly genuine. Even though the long season was already drawing to a close, everyone remained polite and kept a smile on their faces. The hotel was very clean and compact in size. The food was typical of an all-inclusive offering, but of excellent quality. The à la carte-style snack service was good and worked flawlessly. The sea-view room was fantastic, and the beds, in particular, were the best we have experienced in Turkey. There was plenty of hot water, even though it rained for several days. The hotel’s clientele consisted largely of an older demographic, for whom this place is a perfect fit. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We will definitely return. Hotelli huomioi erityisen tilaisuutemme poikkeuksellisen huomaavaisella tavalla, ja koimme heidän ystävällisyytensä aidoksi. Vaikka pitkä sesonki oli jo päättymässä, kaikki pysyivät kohteliaina ja hymyilevinä. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja kooltaan kompakti. Ruoka oli tyypillistä all inclusive -tarjontaa, mutta laadultaan erinomaista. À la carte -tyylinen välipalatarjoilu oli hyvä ja toimi moitteettomasti. Huone merinäköalalla oli upea, ja erityisesti sängyt olivat parhaat, joita olemme Turkissa kokeneet. Lämmintä vettä riitti runsaasti, vaikka satoikin useana päivänä. Hotellin asiakaskunta koostui pääosin varttuneemmasta väestä, joille tämä paikka sopii täydellisesti. Kaiken kaikkiaan voin suositella tätä hotellia lämpimästi. Palaamme varmasti takaisin.
