Susesi Luxury Resort

We visited the Susesi during the last week of October. We instantly fell in love with the facilities and staff. The hotel and grounds are stunning and nothing is too much trouble for it's incredible staff. The choice,presentation and quality of the food is superb and we especially enjoyed afternoon coffee in the patisserie. Thankyou to everyone at the Susesi and we can't wait to return.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Susesi travelling as a family with our two daughters 11 and 15. We had a swim up suite which was huge. Plenty of space for us all and more. There were welcome bottles of drink, flowers chocolates fruit laid out for our arrival and we had two mini fridges that were always restocked. It was always kept brilliantly clean and what really makes this hotel is the staff. All staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. From the minute we arrived we were looked after with welcome drinks and welcoming smiles. Ömar from customer relations looked after us particularly well sorting out our À la carte experiences and some special touches as we’re celebrating our anniversary. We are huge foodies and all the food areas were great. The buffet had so much choice. The À la carters were all great especially the Italian. The cocktails and drinks were all great with named brands for the spirits and the wines were also good. There were plenty of sun beds at the pool and the beach so you never had to rush. There was a conference on while we’re were there but to be honest this added to the atmosphere rather than a negative. We enjoyed the Turkish spa and massages which were fabulous. We thought we had spoiled ourselves since visiting 5 star hotels in Mexico and didn’t think this would meet are expectations but it surpassed them and we would definitely return. If I had to critique anything the pools were a bit cold but we travelled in October and it’s to be expected. There was a heated indoor pool available and the sea was a bit warmer. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and we were sad to leave.
