Swandor Hotel & Resort Topkapi Palace

Returned last week from this fabulous hotel with our 6 & 8 year olds. Can’t recommend it enough. Some tips… take plenty of suncream and your own floaties as expensive in shops, luckily we did. There is food available 24/7. If you feel overwhelmed in the main restaurant then go the the side one once it closes, still plenty of choice. We loved the beach bar of an afternoon for a late lunch and taking some bread down the pier to feed the fishes. Loads of entertainment for kids day and night. We went in kids club and stayed with our children a few times, was a nice break from the sun. We tipped our maid 200 lira per day and she left loads more in our mini fridge. Loved the patisserie, the kids slides and all the themed nights, especially the kids festival! Only downfall i would say is all the pools (apart from the kiddie ones) are 1.4 meters deep so our kids couldn’t stand up in any, i barely could myself, otherwise amazing hotel. Would definitely return! Jealous of anyone who has a holiday booked for this hotel! ☀️☀️☀️☀️

It was cool cuz we economed 200 bucks! Also, of course, cuz its a restaurant- food was tasty. Really cool experience!

This hotel is decent 4 star and with some additions could be a 5 star. It's extremely clean and the staff work very hard. Rather unbelievably when you check in you are given literally no information. Your room keys and towel cards that is it. Not even directions. We assumed there would be an info pack in the room with meal destinations and timings, bars etc but no, nothing at all! There's a couple of large boards in the grounds with maps on and that is it. Not even check out time I had to google that. It's a great pity because clients will definitely be missing out. There is a choice of 3 places for lunch but you have to figure this out your self. The patisserie is a very well kept secret. The bar on the pier started to open in the evening while we were there but nothing was said, we found out by fluke as we went for a walk. There is no service at the pools, you have to go to the nearest bar, which are actually quite a distance. We have previously stayed at 5 stars in Lara Beach and Side, the difference is noticeable. The food is of a good standard and choice. The entertainment is good and the Pier is a huge plus. I enjoyed time with my family but I wouldn't return to this Hotel chain. Delphin and Barut are superior.
