Titanic Deluxe Lara

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A lovely hotel, but room for improvement. We recently stayed at Titanic Deluxe Lara and overall had a lovely holiday. The hotel is clean, modern and very well presented, and there are some fantastic facilities. However, for a hotel marketed as 5-star and particularly as a family resort, I felt there were a few areas that fell short, which is why I’ve given it 4 stars rather than 5. For families with children, there needs to be more to do, especially when the weather isn’t great. The kids’ club definitely needs some attention. Some areas felt quite tired and run down, and I don’t think you can really call somewhere an “arts and crafts room” when there are just a few colouring sheets and pencils available. The family room was also disappointing, with old, tatty card and board games, many of which had pieces missing. I felt there should have been much more consideration given to children, especially for a resort that caters so heavily towards families. The music played around the resort was another issue for us. A lot of it contained quite strong language, which I didn’t feel was particularly appropriate for a family hotel. There is a bowling alley, but with the size of the hotel, four lanes felt very limited. There was also only one usable pool table, which has to be booked. The kids’ arcade is another area that really needs upgrading, as a lot of the machines were broken or not working. The food was generally good, with plenty of choice in the buffet, although it could become quite chaotic at busy times. One thing that did surprise me was that despite this being a 5-star all-inclusive resort, the buffet is essentially the only inclusive restaurant, with the à la carte restaurants costing extra. So definitely take plenty of spending money with you. We did book the steak restaurant and would definitely recommend it. We also really enjoyed the Asian restaurant. Unfortunately, we were booked into the seafood restaurant but the hotel cancelled our booking due to the weather. As it only operates on certain days, we weren't able to rearrange it before leaving, which was disappointing. The hotel supermarket is also extremely expensive. Honestly, everything seemed to be around €20! From a flimsy water pistol to small squishy dumpling toys, while magnets were around €6 each. Definitely worth bearing in mind if you have children who like to browse the shop! Our room was clean, modern and nicely presented, but quite small. We are a family of three and once our suitcases were in the room, there wasn't a huge amount of space left. One of the highlights for us was booking a cabana, which cost €140. It was a lovely experience and José was fantastic. He was friendly and attentive, but it did seem like he was the only butler covering around 10–11 cabanas. Given the additional cost and the fact that this is a 5-star resort, I would have expected a little more regular attention and more frequent drinks service. However, I do feel José was simply spread far too thinly, rather than this being down to his service. We enjoyed it enough that we actually booked a cabana for a second day. I also really want to highlight Andres from the spa. He was absolutely lovely, extremely approachable and genuinely provided the kind of service I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Every time I saw him around the resort, he remembered my name and stopped for a chat. That personal touch really stood out to me and is something other staff members could definitely learn from. Mary, my masseuse, was also wonderful. She has genuinely magical hands! She was quietly engaging, checked in with me throughout the treatment and made me feel completely comfortable. We had a little chat afterwards and she came across as such a genuinely kind person. The kids’ water park was brilliant and the children absolutely loved it. Just be aware that the area can be extremely slippery, so definitely keep an eye on little ones. Finally, something I absolutely loved was seeing how well the hotel cared for the cats around the resort. As a huge animal lover, it was genuinely lovely to see the cats being looked after rather than chased away. They all appeared clean and well cared for, and it was clear that some of the staff genuinely cared about them. A massive well done to the hotel for that. 🐈❤️ Overall, we had a good holiday and the hotel itself is clean, attractive and has a lot going for it. I just feel that with some investment into the children’s facilities, a better selection of activities for rainy days, more family-appropriate music and a little more attention to the all-inclusive offering, this hotel could really become something special. For me, it’s 4 stars rather than 5, but I would still consider returning. There is a lot of potential here, and with a few relatively simple changes, I think Titanic Deluxe Lara could genuinely deliver the 5-star family experience it aims for.

I will try to be as fare as possible, comparing this hotel with its sister hotel in Belek, and the Delphin Imperial, almost next door. I will compare and contrast, starting with food. The food is the same ever morning, day and night with no changes, or theme nationality cuisine nights unlike the other 2 hotels, who not only do this but also give a free a’ la carte dining night of your choosing, no charge! Breakfast and coffee station do not open until 8am, unlike the other 2 hotels who have coffee bars opening at 7am, where you can sit outside having your coffee delivered, not here! Dinner restaurant opens here at 8pm which I feel is late, where the other 2 hotels open at 6.30pm. Entertainment, if it rains here which it has for the past 2 nights, entertainment is cancelled, no other venue or options of entertainment available. This morning it was raining, cleared up for noon. No staff to deliver drinks as the hotel sent staff home, running on a Skelton crew where no drinks are delivered. Remind me Titanic Deluxe Lara why I’m paying extra money? The beds are double beds where the other hotels have queen size and very much luxurious. The entertainment is middle of the road at best where The Delphin Imperial is exceptional. This I would rate at 6/10, Titanic Deluxe Golf in Belek 8.5/10 and the Delphin Imperial 9.5/10. I hope this helps people who are undecided moving forward choosing their holiday.

We had a fantastic week here with my husband and our son, who is nearly 17, and we’ve loved our stay. My son & husband played padel - their first time trying it - as well as football and darts. We also enjoyed a game of bowling most nights. The hotel is beautiful - clean and the staff are lovely, attentive and helpful. The poolside drinks service on rollerblades was fun! There was never a problem getting sunbeds, either around the pools or on the beach in the afternoon, although I appreciate we weren’t staying during the peak season. The concierge service via WhatsApp was also fantastic and made arranging restaurant bookings, cabanas etc easy. The evening entertainment was amazing - honestly, the best we’ve seen at a hotel. Some nights felt like watching Britain’s Got Talent! 😂 We enjoyed the buffet, which had a fantastic choice, although it was a little lacking in the traditional full English breakfast items but it was nice to try different things. After a few days it did become a little repetitive so we booked a couple of à la carte restaurants. We tried Yamas, where the food was okay but the entertainment was good, and Beef Grill, where the food and service were phenomenal! At lunchtime, we really enjoyed eating at the beach restaurants. The table service was lovely, the smash burgers were so good, and the pizza and pasta at the Italian restaurant were delicious. The pier cabana was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We booked Cabana 15 for our last day which was quite far out into the water, and it was such a lovely way to spend the day. Definitely worth doing if you get the chance! There are also some nice shops in the hotel, and we thought the selection of bags and watches was particularly good compared to the shopping mall across the road. My husband and son also had a fantastic golf day arranged through Biliyana Golf. They played at The Cullinan, with everything organised including transfers, food and drinks. They had a brilliant day. We’ve been to Dubai a few times and decided to try Turkey for a change this year, and we’re so glad we did. There are definitely similarities with the Dubai resorts, but we thought the entertainment here was particularly impressive. We definitely feel you get more “bang for your buck” in Turkey! We paid extra for a sea-view room and had beautiful views towards the Bey Mountains. The only issue was one evening - the music from the hotel beside us was SO LOUD!! It wouldn't have been an issue normally except for the fact that we had an early flight the next day. The lifts were busy at times, but it was never an issue. And I have to mention the caramel ice cream - absolutely delicious! 😋 There was also a lifeguard at every pool and on the beach. Overall, we’ve had a fantastic holiday. I think sometimes people can find things to moan about anywhere, but for us, it really is what you make it - and this place certainly didn’t disappoint. We’ve had a brilliant week and would happily come back or try the Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek next time. ❤️

Hotel is fabulous the food is amazing the staff cant do enough for you The shows are brilliant i cant praise this hotel enough and this is my 3rd 5 star holiday this year but this tops them all.

Fantastic stay at this hotel, the service was outstanding everywhere never waited for anything. The staff are a credit to the hotel they can’t do enough for you, restaurants, bars, poolside. Good range of entertainment in the amphitheater and Solaris. Bowling was great fun. Top shelf drinks. Food was good especially when they are catering for many nationalities, something for everyone. I highly recommend this hotel.
