Отличный отель! Отдельное спасибо бармену/официанту по имени Ahmet, работает и официантом и сам делает коктейли. В отличии от остальных работает за пятерых. Очень быстро, очень вкусные и сбалансированные по алкоголю коктейли. Весь отдых ходим исключительно к нему! Всем советую - ищите Ahmet в Lobby Bar. Сразу скажу, что мой отзыв никто не просил писать - это собственная инициатива. Всем советую именно к нему в плане бара. —— Great hotel! A special thank you to Ahmet, the bartender/waiter. He works both as a waiter and makes cocktails himself. Compared to the others, he works like five people at once! He is incredibly fast, and his cocktails are delicious and perfectly balanced in terms of alcohol. Throughout our entire vacation, we have been going exclusively to him. I highly recommend him to everyone - look for Ahmet at the Lobby Bar! I also want to make it clear that nobody asked me to write this review - this is entirely my own initiative. If you are looking for great bar service, I definitely recommend going to Ahmet.

Wonderful 11-night stay — with a few areas to shine even brighter Stayed: 22nd September – 3rd | 11 nights | 4 adults + 2-year-old daughter We had such a lovely 11-night stay overall! The staff are almost universally polite, warm, and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help — it made such a difference, and we’re so grateful. The hotel itself is clean and well-kept, and with just a few thoughtful changes it would be absolutely perfect. A few things that could be improved: • As an all-inclusive hotel, we were surprised that packed lunches aren’t provided for days out — it’s something we’ve always had at other all-inclusives and would be such a helpful addition. • There’s a nightclub space that only opens once a week, which feels like a missed opportunity. With limited indoor activities for little ones when it rains, turning that space into a soft play area would be absolutely brilliant and so well-used. Photography experience — amazing photographer, deeply disappointing sales rep This part was so mixed. The photographer himself was wonderful — incredibly patient with our 2-year-old, and he’s the first photographer ever to get photos of her without her crying! We were so happy with how he was with her. Sadly the sales rep was completely out of keeping with a 5-star hotel. We were quoted £500 for 2 albums + all digitals, or £260 for digitals alone (he mentioned these are usually £400). After discussing, we were told £360 — but when we questioned that wasn’t what we’d clearly agreed back in the shop, his attitude turned nasty, dismissive, and aggressive. He claimed we’d misheard and even said he just wanted to go home. The way he spoke to us and our family was utterly unacceptable. We ended up paying around €72 (~£60) just for some printed photos — when we were ready to pay for the digital package, he changed the price entirely. It was completely out of order and such a shame after the lovely experience with the photographer. Highlights that deserve a huge shout-out ✨ The tattoo studio — absolutely outstanding work on my leg; I couldn’t be happier and fully recommend them. ✨ Staff went above and beyond for my daughter’s food allergies — especially the snack corner team who happily prepared things off-menu so she could enjoy treats too. ✨ The boat ride to the beach was magical — our little girl even got to “drive” the boat and loved every second! One important note: food labelling is really needed. Not everything is labelled with ingredients, and while we know not all cakes contain milk, without clear labelling my daughter couldn’t safely enjoy any — such a shame and something we really hope the hotel will address. Overall: a wonderful holiday, beautiful hotel, and most people were absolutely lovely. With those few changes — clearer pricing, kinder customer service, better use of space, and proper allergy labelling — it would be truly exceptional. We’d still return, and hope our feedback helps make things even better for families visiting 💛 We generally would of give 5* had it not been for the sales rep in studio area

It was a very nice hotel one of the best from start to finish food excellent housekeeping same entertainment staff 100% especially ozzy so friendly snd very welcoming nothing to much trouble for him always got a smile on his face had my birthday while I was away friends got me a cabana faretin was attending to us he was 100% your entertainment staff are a credit to the hotel

I’d add it as another specific point under the room issues: Extremely disappointing stay – would not recommend I was extremely let down by this hotel. Given the number of positive reviews and the reputation of the hotel, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, particularly as we were travelling with a one-year-old. Communication was a major issue throughout our stay. Many members of staff spoke very limited English, and we were given very little information about the hotel, its facilities and the services available. Rather than feeling welcomed and properly informed, we often had to find out basic information for ourselves. Our room phone also did not work properly. It was reported and eventually fixed, only to stop working again. This meant repeatedly having to go down to Guest Services in person whenever we needed assistance, which was particularly frustrating with a young child. The lighting in the rooms is also extremely poor. The rooms are very dimly lit, particularly in the evening, making it difficult to properly see and find things. This was especially inconvenient when trying to get our baby ready or settled at night. The hotel also advertises itself as being very baby-friendly, but in reality, the facilities for babies are extremely limited. Aside from providing a travel cot, do not expect much. We found the baby-friendly offering to be very underwhelming compared with what is advertised. The main restaurant was another major disappointment. It was incredibly busy and chaotic, to the point that on some days it was difficult to even find a table. The restaurant felt more like a zoo than a relaxing dining experience. Staff were also not particularly attentive. On multiple occasions, we had to find highchairs ourselves, clean them before use and even look for cutlery. This is not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard, particularly one that promotes itself as family-friendly. I also had a very concerning experience with the shop called Chamilia Optic. The shop represented the glasses they were selling as authentic. However, we subsequently had serious concerns about the authenticity of the item purchased. When my husband attempted to return the unused item and request a refund, the shop refused. During the process, he was also asked for his full card details and PIN, which was extremely concerning and completely inappropriate. Guests should exercise extreme caution when making purchases there. Overall, I really did not enjoy my stay. For a 5* hotel, I expected significantly better service, communication, organisation and baby facilities. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Please do your research carefully before booking and do not rely solely on the positive reviews.

Just got back from having spent 10 days at Trendy Lara Antalya. We had such a great time last year that we decided to go back again sept 2026 this year. This is our 3rd time staying. Myself & my husband upgraded to a swim up room, last year we had Kezban clean our room & it was lovley to see her again. This year we had the lovley Selma. She always greeted us with a smile & was always polite & happy & always spoke when she saw myself & my husband, always left lovley towel art on the bed, she is a credit to the hotel, our room was clean & spotless throughout our stay. I gave her a kiss & a hug & said see you next year. There was always plenty of towels so need to take your own if staying in a swim up room. Mini bar was restocked daily & the young tall man who was working in the bar at the swim up suites, what a lovley young man & a credit to the hotel. Always walking about asking if we would like any drinks. The presentation of the food & the way they displayed it was fantastic, something for everyone, so we'll done to the chefts & the kitchen team, they always appeared clean & tidy. The gardeners always wor hard & kept the gardens immaculate. Made my holiday to see the little cat that we befriended last year still there. Upon our check our, we wasn't asked if we enjoyed our stay, or thanked us for choosing Trendy Lara, we said we would like to check out our room, the young man just took our key card & that was that!.. Would i stay again, yes, already booked for nx year. So Trendy lara see you next year.
