Trendy Perge Resort & Suites

In advance, I wish to apologise for not writing this review earlier. As a family we had the most wonderful stay at Trendy Perge. I am going to fast forward to the Entertainment team because not only was our stay at this resort one of the best in Antalya but the amazing Entertainment team alongside some outstanding members of staff made this the most funniest, warm, enchanting, comfortable, attentive, respectful and more importantly such genuine members of staff all round made this a magical holiday for us a family 🌹 The Entertainment staff: Sefa, Devran, Sami, Eren and our water aerobics queen Gul. We cannot thank you all enough for making this holiday just simply outstanding. Your humour, laughter and just general stupidity (innocently) made our holiday and we cannot thank you enough ❤️ Our wonderful hosts on wheels: Celal and Patenci. You were both so attentive, funny and the huge respect given to my mum from Celal. The respect for elders certainly is not missed from Celal ❤️ warm and very genuine. Trendy Perge as a resort; the rooms were very big, not a single speck of dust, spotlessly clean, clean towels every day. Throughout the hotel the cleanliness was 5* plus. The bar areas were as they should be for a 5* clean, not sticky. You never had to wait to long to order a drink and the staff were always on form, friendly and very quick. The outside eating areas were once again very clean and the food was always fresh and presented very well. The dining room always had plenty of choice every single night. The salad bar was a sight to behold! The seating in the restaurant was always wiped down and cleaned to a high standard. There was never a concern to find a table to sit and eat. We will return next year because this resort far exceeded our expectations.🌟 This of course is a culmination of everyone. We stayed in a family room (2 bedrooms). Geat sleeping quality, minibar that was restocked daily. Pool great but a bit chilly except for the heated pools. Great waterslides with no lines ( end od october). Pretty easy to get sunbeds near the pools. Lovely short boattrip to the beach. Good food, good brands of spurits in the bar. Improvements? The juices in the bars could be fresh limejuice etc. Now they serve cocktails with less than good taste ad they use subpar juices. However there is a rescue, one in the bar staff walks around in the lobby bar with a partable bar and presses the juice himaelf. Completely different standard (higher). Food in buffet resaurant could be warmer. To us almost perfect hotel. The small things I mention is definitely fixable.

We stayed for 10 days in a family suite. Overall we had nice holiday, we would say it’s a really solid 4 star not 5 star. For reference we have stayed at Ela excellence in Belek and XO cape Arnna Feithye and Hilton sarigerme all which we would consider more 5 star. Pros - food court around pool, very handy for a quick bite without formality of proper sit down. - nice padded beds around pool - roller skaters around pool give a nice service - beds in the bedrooms are comfy even couch beds are pretty comfortable surprisingly - well stocked mini bar - Attentive staff, they really do their best to accommodate any request you might have - we ate at all three à la cartes and would say it was worth the extra money paid - nice to drink out of proper plastic glasses around the pool as opposed to paper or plastic cups - entertainment team did well to try and involve guest without hassling them Cons - there is no insulation, the noise levels are next level. Walls are paper thin so much so you can hear actual conversations - the pools are freezing, a number of which you literally never see anyone in - buffet gets very repetitive at 10 days hence why we paid for à la cartes even with speciality evenings. Very samey day in and day out. - can be tricky to communicate with staff sometimes, English is limited with many. It’s geared towards Russian guests predominantly - location wise there is nothing in close proximity, taxis will be needed to go anywhere - this is a brand new hotel and already showing serious signs of wear and tear. The standard of the finish/materials is shocking. It will be in tatters before long. Would we come back again? Maybe, but it would need to be at the right price point otherwise no. Top tip- bring good ear plugs you are going to need them.

We had a fantastic stay here early September. We had two swim-up rooms next door to each other, overlooking the pool, good size rooms which got the sun all day so we spent much of our time in the swim-up area. Cleaning was great, with towels changed regularly during the day. We didn't try the al a carte restaurants but we enjoyed eating lunch at the snack bar each day with pizza being a favourite! We enjoyed sitting outside of the lobby bar on an evening which was just the right distance from the entertainment for us. Bar staff in all bars were always friendly and quick to serve us. We experienced outstanding service in the restaurant where the waiter, Suleman, had a table waiting for us with our preferred drinks on many of the evenings - this was really appreciated. Despite being pretty fussy, we always managed to find something to eat. While we were there, we saw some comments from other people who were staying who suggested the main restaurant would benefit from an adults only area and it was good to see that the hotel responded to the feedback and did create an adults only section. We also enjoyed the short trip to the beach on the boat and while the sunbeds there could be better, it was still a pleasant experience. A great hotel for both couples or families.
