TUI BLUE Barut Andiz

Booked the hotel as a last minute deal having visited the hotel twice previously in 2025. There is only one reason (well there are lots actually) for returning to this hotel and that is the incredible service offered by every member of the outstanding team, le by Savas, the General Manager who’s aim is to ensure every guest has the best holiday that he and his team can provide. First impressions, when arriving at the hotel, you could be forgiven for being a little underwhelmed by the facade of the building but as soon as the you are met by Mehmet, bell boy and enter through the automatic doors, you are about to have and initial negative thoughts turned on their head… Mehmet Ali, Emir and the amazing Reception team will ensure every concern or question you may have will be alleviate or answered professionally and with a smile. The hotel is maintained to an immaculate level within the rooms, public areas and all outside spaces and the team sometimes get overlooked compared to the “guest-facing” staff, but they all do a wonderful job. The food in the hotel is varied and of an exceptional standard for a smaller hotel and for this visit, credit to Savas, Veli and his team for ensuring that the focus was maintained on keeping the quality right through to the very last day of the season. Hasan and his team provided a very efficient and industrious service, always with a smile on their faces. Nuri and Mehmet offer a fantastic service both at lunch time and in their individual à la cartes in the evening where nothing is too much trouble and are regularly checking-in to ensure satisfaction is guaranteed. The teams operating all of the bars work so hard to ensure that nobody’s glass goes empty driven by their charismatic and conscientious leader,Ufuk. Special mention has to go to the Bar Captain, Halit, who works tirelessly creating phenomenal cocktails served with pizzazz every time exceeding everyone’s expectations. We visited the hotel as Savas was just completing his first season as General Manager of the Barut Andiz, following a number of years where the hotel has picked up award after award. The biggest compliment I can give him after season one is that it just gets better and better and 65%+ of returning guests can’t be wrong… Well done Team Andiz, keep up the great work and we look forward to seeing you all in April.

We have visited this hotel 10 times, and have another 3 booked for 2026/27. Never known a Hotel have as many returning guests. On arrival you are looked after by Memhet the Reception manager and his team. The rooms are spotless like the rest of the Hotel. Stocked mini bar with a couple of beers, some soft drinks and bottled water. And a bottle of wine. Tea and coffee making facilities, safe deposit box and excellent WiFi are included free of charge. Self service restaurant has a lovely terrace or you can sit inside. Food is beautiful, with a great selection, drinks are served to your table by the very hard working staff. At lunch time you can visit the A la carte restaurant upstairs and you will be well looked after by Nuri and the team. Evening meal is either in the self service restaurant or you can book to eat in the / A la carte restaurants. Plenty of Sunbeds and Towels are supplied. Drinks can be ordered from your sun bed with Ismail the guy who never stops smiling. There are plenty of bars pool bar, reception bar, Andiz terrace, and the roof top bar where the entertainment is normally held. Savas the hotel manager is always on hand you will see him all day long chatting to guests. Outside the back gate a path leads you to the private Andiz beach, free sun beds, cold drinks and ice cream etc are served by a great guy. A walk along the Promenade to shops, bars, and restaurants, and the route to the old town of Side. On site there is a small shop and Spa charges apply. Plus a barbershop and hair salon and nail bar. This hotel is Adults only and so relaxing in like being in paradise.

If I could give more than 5 I would! Well, what to say first? Couldn't stay away. The pull was too strong so we visited 3 times this year. Savas runs a wonderful hotel, the staff are like family. Throughout the day he can be found checking guests are happy. He is surrounded by a team who all have the same ethics. Mehmet Ali and his reception team take care of you from the moment you arrive to waving you off when you leave. They are always on hand to help. Elvan and her crew make sure you will find a spotless room always cleaned to a very high standard. All public areas are treated with the same care and attention. Veli leads the kitchen so the food in both the main restaurant and a la carte's and is excellent, such variety. Hasan gaurantees you recieve service which is attentive and swift. Mehmet and Nuri ensure you feel extra special when visiting the a la carte, both day and night. Ufuk can be found almost everywhere. His team make sure you never have an empty glass and the choice of drinks are plentiful. Halit also deserves a mention and runs the Lobby bar and whether you sit inside, outside or up on the new area, he is there looking after you. Entertainment is varied and very good. Craig and his team ensuring both the daytime and evenings are taken care of. You are also taken care of round the pool and on the beach. If I could only use one word it would be simply WOW!

This hotel is our second home & the absolute “Best”, the staff are absolutely amazing, everything is perfect, 22 visits & back in June. Food & drinks are amazing & the staff do their utmost to make your stay memorable. Love it love love it, see you in June xxxxxxx
