TUI BLUE Barut Andiz

First time visiting turkey. Have to say after have tried other countries this hotel really stands out. And I think the team is what makes it so special. Everyone is welcoming and warm. TUI blue rep Dungo have run almost every activity. Always energetic and positive and keeps up the good vibes going. Also had lunch at the a la carte, which you get one time for free of you stay for a week - a staff member named Nurettin is a truly great person who just makes you feel very special. And of course the rest of the team, Sav and his team are really lovely people and the bar team works tirelessly to get the drinks and the cocktails going. The evening entertainment we had three bands during our 7 day stay, the music felt a bit samey, but I think it was just the week we got. Still good fun. I felt the programme during the day could have had a bit more activities, as having tried few tui blue, this hotel probably had least different activities during the day. But having said that it is the end of the season and possibly that is the reason. Nevertheless, I loved that there is a fridge always stocked with sandwiches and the water. I think that is great that you don't need to keep asking staff to get you more water. I really like that. Location could not be better, basically on the coast, we would take few walks each day just to enjoy the view. As I said, this hotel really made the stay great and for the first time we are actually considering coming back to the same place, which we never have before.

Once again this hotel exceeds your expectations and delivers through the staff and management superb service. Fully recommend the hotel and the staff who go over and above in delivering superb service - roof top bar - Barak thank you and all the staff . The hotel provides gluten free options despite one sad customer complaining - my wife is coeliac and she found sufficient gf choices at breakfast and at dinner and the service staff gave her was excellent. We will be back in the future and having been to many hotels - Barut andiz is a ‘stand out .’.

Another fantastic two weeks at the Barut Andiz – our 4th visit! My wife and I spent two weeks at the Barut Andiz at the end of September, and once again, we had a fantastic holiday. This was our fourth visit, which says everything about how much we love this hotel. What keeps bringing us back is the overall experience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent, the drinks are great, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is first class. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s that personal touch that really makes the difference. The pool area is lovely for relaxing, the beach is just a short walk away, and the location is ideal for getting out and about in Side. We also enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the quality of service, which make it so easy to settle in and enjoy every minute. Having visited four times now, we know what to expect, but the hotel continues to deliver. There’s a reason we keep coming back, and it’s not just one thing – it’s the whole experience, from the staff to the food and the feeling of being somewhere you genuinely enjoy. A huge thank you to everyone at the Barut Andiz for helping make another holiday so enjoyable. We’ve made some lovely memories over our visits, and we’re already looking forward to returning again. Our 7th visit to this great hotel. That and the 3000+ positive reviews probably say it all. However just had to add more. We arrived mid evening, stopped at the downstairs (pool) bar for a drink, were greeted by barman Harun, who remembered us and said “welcome back to Andiz family”. Next day we were greeted warmly by Savas and Nurettin, followed by Ufuk (George) and Mehmet (usually at Olive restaurant). How they remember you I do not know but they genuinely do. It is the staff who make this hotel, all friendly, hard working and cannot do enough for you, clearly following the example set by Savas. We had a small problem with the shower on day 2, reported it to reception early evening not expecting it to be looked at that day, but it was fixed by the time we went back to our room 2 hours later. The staff you do not necessarily come into contact with (maintenance, gardeners, cleaners, kitchen staff) all work hard and contribute to making this hotel what it is. Not forgetting the young lady with the big smile who replenishes water and other drinks in your room fridge daily. Everything was as good as our last visit, the main difference we noted was the food. There is a new head chef who has made his mark. The lunchtime menu upstairs in Culinarium has changed with many more items as well as two daily specials. It was popular keeping Nurettin and other staff very busy. The food offerings the in main restaurant in the evenings now regularly include “show cooking” with items such as pasta (with choice of sauces), shepherds pie, beef Wellington and tandoori Turkey. There was also a lovely roast dinner on Sunday lunchtime (probably for the British) with home made yorkshires that were much better than you get in many English pubs. A lovely time again, hope we will return before too long

5* PLUS Once again my mum & I stayed at the Tui Blue Andiz in April 2026 to celebrate my mums 84 th Birthday. I cannot express enough how amazing this Hotel is from the minute you arrive until you leave all staff including reception, cleaners, waiters, chiefs, grounds staff, beach guys, are all friendly, professional, happy and give 110% in the service they provide. I want to give a special mention to Burak at the Roof Terrace Bar (Burak makes the most amazing covktails. Ismail (Pool Area) who never seen us without a drink. Mehmet (Main Restaurant) always greeted with a warm, friendly smile and provided excellent service. Nuri (Olive Restaurant) who made my mum’s 84 Birthday extra special. Harun (Pool Bar) So happy, friendly always provided drinks with a smile. And of course not forgetting Savas The Manager who always had time to stop and chat making sure everyone was happy with the service this amazing hotel offers and was genuine, approachable, friendly, brilliant.
