TUI BLUE Barut Andiz

I have to say this is a fabulous hotel. From a well traveled 49 year old couple, we have zero to complain about. Adults only hotel, fabulous food, drinks, service, staff, entertainment and location. Anyone who has the audacity to complain about this hotel has not done their home work before booking. If you are looking for excellent quality, rest and relaxation this is the place for you!!! If you want a young roudy holiday........maybe not. Excellent staff quality and service. We will deffinatley be back. We'll Done Andiz, keep up the excellent work xx

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel . As other reviews have said, the frontage of the hotel is not particularly impressive, but that is irrelevant. The hotel itself is very attractive and spotless. There is a very nice pool but we prefer the beach where the hotel's area is looked after by Kadir, who is always friendly and helpful. The walk to side is a very pleasant promenade of 20 to 30 minutes, which is a must to see the museum and historical excavations. The town itself is very attractive with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. Back in the hotel, the biggest issue is that of self-control, or lack of, given that the food is excellent and varied. The chefs, kitchen, and waiting staff really work hard to achieve a great dining experience. The fitness and guide staff provide a variety of activities which you are free to enjoy or ignore if you just want to relax.. To be fair the biggest asset of the hotel is the staff, from the friendly manager to the bar, housekeeping and maintenence staff it it clear that everyone works together to achieve a very high standard service for the customers . We were first-time visitors and fully intend to join the ranks of those that return. Thank you for a lovely holiday that exceeded expectations.

We have just returned from this.hotel in the last week. We had the best time ever. The hotel was excellent. I couldn’t find one fault. The food was of definitely A 5 rating as was the cleanliness of the hotel. The waiters in the restaurant couldn’t do enough to help you with anything, they also did anything you wanted . I would just love to say a MASSIVE THANKS to George who made our holiday so special in everything. My final Thank You has to.go to the hotel Manager Savas. You do the most amazing job and you and all your staff are amazing. I have been too many hotels in the world,but this hotel definitely deserves the most top rating. This is most definitely not even close to 5*. ‘Adults Only’ should read ‘retirees Only’. The good thing is that as the property is so basic there are no social media ‘influencers’ around or videos being filmed. This is likely because of the average age of the guests. Most are from the north of England the rest are German. Astonishingly people bragged about having visited this hotel 5,6,7 times. A couple were on their 15th and 20th stay and another returning in October! We don’t see what the attraction is other than it is very low cost so, it’s a bargain break but that is our opinion based on our experience. The beach is awful and should be avoided. There is only one pool at the hotel and despite stickers on sun-bed tables saying loungers must not be reserved this is totally ignored as are the ‘no-smoking’ signs and staff do nothing about either. Ironically two people had their cigarette packets on top on the sign. There is just one main restaurant (it offers a basic buffet) which closes at 9:30pm and á la carte open for part of the week (which can’t be booked via their much acclaimed TUI app !). Lots of reviews rave about the outstanding staff but we found the TUI rep wandering around and occasionally on the restaurant reception, dismissive and irritating. The guy who manages the Culinarium á la carte was in a constant panic and worked chaotically making it unsettling for diners. The menu descriptions bear no resemblance to the plate that actually arrives. We ordered sweet potato mash, they omitted them from the plate and after we chased said ‘here’s sauté potatoes, ok?’ They ran out of menus and we informed that: “too many people arrived at once” ! Since the hotel coordinates the bookings why not simply print more menus or manage the timings better ! There were two very good staff members, Emir (reception) and Mehmet (Olive á La carte) A manager (don’t know his name) walks around all day, constantly asking if everyone is having a nice time which is pleasant but doesn’t equate to five star. A visit to the in-house spa is ok as it is very reasonably priced and they offer a good range of treatments and always have availability. The weather was very good which stopped us leaving early. The staff do try hard (sometimes too much) and they proudly display numerous TUI awards so it obviously appeals to certain people, the older generation but it’s a no from us and we won’t be returning nor recommending. However, we wish all the best to the team and hope you have a good season.

This was our 3rd visit to thos wonderful hotel. Will be booking again for next year. I cannot emphasise enough how great this hotel is. Hence the vast majority or 5 star reviews. I am very fussy and before visiting this hotel never returned to the same place twice. But this place ticks all the boxes for a relaxing holiday where you feel spoiled by the fabulous staff.
