TUI BLUE Barut Andiz

Another fantastic holiday here but we never expect it to be anything less than brilliant this is why we choose to come each year! Rooms are cleaned daily the maids do a fantastic job throughout the hotel There’s always a great atmosphere you can tell the staff are happy to be there and nothing is too much trouble for them. Choice of food is plentiful and the choice of drinks is never ending There are too many amazing members of staff it would be too much to mention them all but they’re led by a fantastic management team and a friendly welcoming manager (can’t remember his name 😉) Until next year thank you all so much for putting up with our nonsense Cinderella

I’m sure this review will not be popular as I seem to be in disagreement with so many of you We returned yesterday 31st October. My partner booked this as a birthday treat for me having seen so many excellent reviews so we had nigh hopes Firstly I can not fault the staff, from the lovely lady who cleaned our room and greeted us with a smile every morning to the very busy bar and waiting staff who went about their duties in a very pleasant and professional manner The surroundings were welcoming and spotless so for that you are to be commended My issue is with two things Firstly the loungers by the pool are far too close together, we ended up practically breathing on the complete strangers next to us making it a very uncomfortable experience Secondly we became aware of an increasing number of guest complaints regarding sickness, most days we either overheard guests complaining to the reception or we were told in conversation I might have thought this unlikely until I became violently ill myself, this completely ruined the last two days of my holiday I understand viruses spread in close proximity but the hotel seemed to be doing nothing about this outbreak other than putting sanitizer on tables in the restaurant I won’t ever return this is not the experience I expect on holiday

Just returned from our 3rd visit to Barut Andiz with family and friends we had an amazing time once again thanks to Savas and his team cannot praise them enough the rooms, the food, cleanliness and entertainment all great. Looking forward to our next visit April 2027. Karen & Steve

I've just returned from 8 nights at the TUI BLUE Barut Andiz, and what a fantastic hotel! The hotel is smaller than most of the others in the area, and I genuinely believe that's what makes it stand out above and beyond the rest. The hotel is absolutely spotless, and the staff are all fabulous. I didn't meet a single member of staff who wasn't friendly, attentive and accommodating. The manager is also incredibly approachable. He walks around the hotel throughout the day and evening, taking the time to chat with guests. It's something I haven't experienced in other hotels I've stayed at, and it really does make a difference. The food... well, that's where it all goes wrong if you're trying not to put on weight! The food is outstanding. The choice, the ingredients, the flavours – wow, just wow! This is the first holiday we've returned from where I've already started booking again for next year. That says it all! The bar staff are equally fantastic. There's a wide range of drinks and cocktails, all individually made. None of that already-mixed rubbish you sometimes get elsewhere! You can choose from white or rosé sparkling wines, as well as a selection of regular wines, and everything we tried was lovely. Honestly, don't go if you're not prepared to put on a little weight and enjoy yourself! (It's OK to let go now and again!) I did manage to make it to the gym three times during our 8-night stay. The gym is well equipped and, again, better than most hotel gyms I've been to. You can actually do a full workout in there. The beach is just a short walk away, and the staff there are fantastic too. It made me smile because, although there's a wide range of drinks available, at certain times throughout the day you're also offered ice lollies, and later on you're encouraged to have your daily vitamins, with fresh fruit being brought around. It's all just perfect! I also visited the spa and had the most wonderful experience. I had the best full-body and head massage I've ever had. The young lady who treated me was exceptional, especially considering her petite frame. I came out feeling like a new woman! I could move my arms, shoulders, back and neck as though I was young again. There's also a unisex hair salon offering a wide range of treatments. All in all, this hotel has absolutely everything going for it. Fantastic food, wonderful staff, great facilities and those little extra touches that make a holiday special. We're already looking forward to returning next year!

A very unpopular but true review of our experience at the Andiz. Let me start with the positives:- The staff are all amazing - smiling, helpful and extremely friendly. A big shout out to Harun at the pool bar and Kadir at the beach, above and beyond!! They all work a lot of hours from morning to late night. The hotel is very clean. The bathroom is good with a large, powerful walk in shower. The Hammam and massages at the hotel are wonderful, I had a few! Unfortunately, the last one I had, the lady must have been outside for a cigarette and the smell was quite off putting. The cons:- The hotel is marketed as a foodie hotel but we found the food not very good and always luke warm to cold, very disappointing. The pool - signs everywhere saying towels will be removed by 9 if not on them, this was not done. Sunbeds doubled up and so close together, not comfortable. Even on the beach the sunbeds were so close together that if the people next to you put the umbrella up you were in the shade. The rooms were quite small, small beds and extremely noisy. 3 times I complained that there was furniture being dragged around from 7ish up to 2am! I was told it was from the bar, the bar was below us? I was also told it’s from the roof top bar, we were nowhere near that either. I should have been more persistent and got a room change. I did ask, 1 year before going for a quiet, end room, got neither. Sadly I will not be returning to the Andiz. I wish you all the best as I know many of your guests love the hotel and just keep on returning.
