TUI BLUE Barut Andiz

We arrived back this morning from a fabulous 11 night stay. We have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions so we had high expectations. We hadn’t been back for 4 years! Well we are only disappointed we hadn’t been back sooner. We felt like VIP guests. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Customer service is Excellent. You are totally spoilt for choice every time you enter the restaurant. Breakfast lunch and dinner had so much to choose from and prepared & presented to a high standard. Even down to the choice of glasses they present your drinks in . Attention to detail goes a long way in my book. So well done Andiz! We can’t wait to be back next Year. Your hard work hasn’t gone unmissed. Savas & the whole team you’re doing a fabulous job. Our holiday was amazing Thank you again xx

We have just returned from our second, and not the last visit to this fantastic hotel as we are already booked to return in July 2027. The only downside is that we only discovered it in 2025 and not before ! From the moment you arrive, until the moment you leave, you are properly looked after with a smile from everyone . The level of service, the superb food, and the excellent drinks, the daily activities and the entertainment provided by the hotel are a credit to the entire team ! It filters down directly from the hotel manger Savas who regularly and with a smile walks round ensuring your stay exceeds your expectations. With a 60-70% guest return percentage you can tell that they get most things absolutely right! There are really too many staff to mention, but Ismail at the pool , Halit in the Lobby Bar ( the best cocktail maker on the planet ) Burak in the sunset bar, Hassan in the main restaurant, Nurri in the A La Carte, and of course Gorgeous George who is everywhere, Docan the entertainment Guy , to Emir in reception who allocated our fantastic rooms ! It’s just a great place to be. We are very much looking forward to returning in 2027 for visit number 3.

Amazing holiday at this wonderful Hotel. All the staff go above and beyond to make you feel part of the Andiz family. The food is wonderful and the two A la Carte restaurants have amazing food. We cant praise this hotel enough , we will be back next year.

First time in Turkey and we have to say it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Everything about it was stunning, food, entertainment, location, cleanliness etc. the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Savas, the Manager, walks around day/night talking to guests checking everything ok. It’s not just a job to him or his staff, they are all very personable so if there are any complaints whatsoever they are dealt with during your stay. We will certainly be returning next year for sure.
