My mother, Olga, stayed at the resort at the end of September 2026 and had an absolutely fantastic time. An excellent week’s holiday in Turkey with Tui Magic Life Belek team. Things that are excellent at the hotel. (And there is a lot!!) All the staff are all great, friendly and helpful. From the bell boys and reception staff that greet your arrival, to the cleaners, grounds team, entertainers and restaurant/bar team. All of them go above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The ‘magic’ restaurant is brilliant. We had breakfast and evening meal in here most days. The range of food is extensive, catering for all tastes and pallets. If you can’t find something you love in here you’re beyond fussy as an eater. Special mention for our evening waiter who served us most days called Orhan. We were a party of 20 and he got us a table sorted where we could all sit together. He made sure we had our drinks constantly topped up and looked after our table really well, every night. All the sports facilities are great and in immaculate condition. There’s tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts and a well equipped gym too. There is also a cycling station. We did an intermediate cycle out with one of the hotel guides. Around 45km. We were in a group of around 20. It’s catered for more serious cyclists as you push along as a group and mountain bikes are provided as it’s a mixture dirt tracks and roads. Our bikes were sized, had our names on for us and perfectly maintained. You’d want to bring your own cycle clothes as the longer rides are 2-3 hours. (Cycle shorts for sure) Two of the cyclists in our group found the pace a little too much and returned to the hotel shortly after we set off, but our son who’s 15 years old completed the ride with us ok. (Although by the end, he was ready to finish) The water sports station has a huge array of well kept equipment. (Windsurfs, catamarans and canoes) There’s also daily banana boat rides, water skiing and wakeboarding available off the beach. Just sign up in the morning. The beach has loads of sun loungers and a dedicated swimming area which is lifeguarded too. Although… (top tip) if it’s breezy you’ll find more shelter in the garden area just behind the beach for sun bathing whilst still having good proximity to all the facilities around the beach area. The lunch time snack areas by the beach and slides are great and serve all inclusive snacks and drinks for most of the afternoon. All of the pools were spotless and the younger members of the group loved the water slides. I’d say they’re not heated but we’re still in the 23-25C temperature range. Plenty warm enough for the children to spend hours in a day during the week we were there. At the bars the range of all inclusive drinks and cocktails is massive. There are also premium bars serving drinks you pay extra for. We never needed them. The steam room and sauna are good and we paid extra for a Turkish Bath (hammam) which was an amazing experience. The Turkish speciality restaurant on-site called Levante is worth checking out too, and you get one meal in there as part of your all inclusive package. It’s was delicious. The garden which runs throughout the resort is a botanists dream and beautifully kept. Our room was clean, included a fridge, kettle and air conditioning. The en-suite had a large shower enclosure and plenty of hot water. If there was minor point, I could imagine the beds wouldn’t be to everyone’s liking. But we slept ok on them all week. In summary we had a super week here as a group of 20 (5 families) and I would definitely recommend the resort for anyone looking for an all inclusive holiday in Turkey. You’ll have a superb time. We were a group of seven adults and two children (aged 12 and 14). The hotel was a great choice for us all as there was plenty of activities for us all to join in with when we wanted too experience things like water skiing, canoeing, the water slides, banana boat, yoga, Pilates and the gym (to name a few!!). The staff all worked so hard, and they were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Julia who ran the daily darts which we all enjoyed.Julia was also so thoughtful remembering one of our family members had a special birthday and brought fizz and glasses to us all! Also Eren in guest services helped us with bookings to make the birthday extra special and he was so helpful and always cheerful! The grounds were exceptional, the rooms cleaned to a very high standard. The food in the main restaurant was always consistently good, the choice was great and every meal was enjoyable. The waiters looking after us were amazing every single meal. The only negative for us was when the wet weather came, the hotel has limited areas to sit with a full closed roof so the main restaurant was manic, we had difficulty finding a table and had to delay our meal whilst waiting for a table. On the rainy nights the staff worked so hard to keep the tables clear, and they always had a smile even though they must have been exhausted. It can get cold on an evening (late October) and sitting outside without a heater can get chilly, so try and find a heater to warm you whilst you sit and enjoy the evening. Overall we had a fantastic holiday, its a busy place and not somewhere we would usually go but we would certainly recommend it for families - thanks to all the staff

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing family holiday – we can't recommend this hotel enough! We spent a week at TUI MAGIC LIFE Belek in October with our 18-month-old son, on what was our very first family holiday, and we honestly couldn't have chosen a better place! The hotel is spotless, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. There was always something new to try, with an amazing variety of dishes ranging from sushi to traditional Turkish cuisine. Every meal was something to look forward to! What really makes this hotel special is the people working there. From the gardeners who keep the grounds looking absolutely beautiful, to the housekeeping team who make everything so clean you could practically eat off the floor, to the chefs and restaurant staff who work tirelessly to make sure everyone is happy and nothing runs out – you can really see how much effort goes into making guests feel welcome. As a family with a toddler, we were particularly impressed by how child-friendly the hotel is. There is so much for little ones to enjoy, including a water park, slides, a playground, lovely paths for walks and a kids' club. Our son was a little too young for the kids' club, but it was lovely to see how much fun the older children were having there. The entertainment was also something special and different from what we've experienced elsewhere. Silent disco, white party, foam party and amazing acrobatic performances – there was always something happening! It's clear that the team go above and beyond to make sure there is something for everyone. One of our favourite things was how lovely everyone was with our little boy. Staff members were constantly smiling at him, saying hello, playing with him, offering him fruit and even kicking a ball around with him. These little gestures meant so much to us and made us feel genuinely welcome as a family. The location is another bonus, with The Land of Legends just around 15 minutes away by bus. The bus runs approximately every 20 minutes and costs around €1.50 per person, making it really easy and affordable to visit. Finally, I really hope that the people working at this hotel are treated and paid as well as they deserve. They work incredibly hard, often behind the scenes, and are a huge part of what makes this place so special. They deserve so much appreciation for everything they do. We came for our first family holiday and left with beautiful memories. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so wonderful. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️

I tried to leave a review from our stay last October but whenever I look back to check it conveniently disappears. I wouldnt return here. Management are not nice and confrontational to staff when they raise issues. Onsite doctor is a rip off scam. Food far too oily and made my husband sick! Lack of customer care. Unheated pools in October for a 5 star hotel, really?! They are unusable - freezing cold! Beach activities beware health and safety standards dont exist, had an awful parasailing experience with my 11 year old. Everything feels like a scam here.
