TUI MAGIC LIFE Belek

We had a wonderful stay at TUI Magic Life Belek. The hotel has a beautiful location, excellent facilities, delicious and varied food, and exceptionally clean rooms and grounds. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone — from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant, bar, and entertainment teams — was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Alex and Ilknur at reception for their kindness and assistance. I would also like to give special thanks to Filiz, a waitress at the Magico restaurant. She was exceptionally dedicated, friendly, and attentive, and always fulfilled our requests with genuine warmth and a smile in her eyes. Her attitude made us feel truly welcome. I am particularly grateful to the hotel’s medical team. On the way from Antalya Airport to the hotel, I was involved in an accident and injured my finger. Shortly after arriving, Dr. Maksad examined the wound and immediately recognized that it required urgent surgical treatment. I was taken by ambulance to Anatolian Hospital, where my finger was treated and stitched. During the rest of our stay, nurse Ayshe Nur took excellent care of the wound and changed the dressing every day. She was extremely professional, attentive, gentle, and kind. My sincere thanks to Dr. Maksad and Ayshe Nur for their excellent care and support. Their help meant a great deal to me during an unexpected and difficult moment of our holiday. Brilliant 10 night stay at this hotel. The hotel grounds are beautiful and tropical and that’s what I loved about this place. Its spread out with low rise villa blocks 2-3 storey high. Our room was a Club 2 bedroom family room and it was spacious and well laid out. Had two Balconies but they were small really small enough for 2 chairs only. We were on the ground floor no terrace. Room 202 towards back of resort not far from reception. We liked the location it wasn’t too far to everything and it was Quiet. Air-con worked really well. Always loads going on download the TUI app and you can view and book activities. We enjoyed the White and Silver themed party on Thursday nights and the entertainment was pretty good in the Amphitheatre mostly music shows. There was a good circus show too. My kids enjoyed playing football and table tennis they didn’t use the kids club. There was some shops and an arcade on site. The shops sells some nice clothes obviously fake but good fakes. The Spa was awesome me and my wife both had massages shout out to Kadec she possibly gave me the best massage I’ve had. There’s a barber shop on site too. It never felt crowded even though the place was full mid August. Loads of Sun-beds at the beach the ones around the pools fill up quickly but there’s loads on the gardens under trees for shade. The staff were great and couldn’t help you enough. The food was ok, I almost gave it 4 stars because of the food but i couldn’t because we had such a nice time. We always found something we liked as so much to choose from in the main Buffett restaurant. We ate in the green curry specialty restaurant and it wasn’t great. We know our curries and Asian food and this place didn’t have the flavours. Also tried the Levante Turkish Restaurant this was better but still not great just mediocre. We enjoyed the lunches more at the flavour area by the beach. 7 or 8 huts serving different foods just go help your self. Drinks were good my wife enjoyed her gins but if you want premium beers and spirits you have to pay. I’ve scream shop for the kids mine had several a day each. Didn’t have to queue long for the drinks. This is a good family resort with loads going on. Didn’t see any drunken behaviour from anyone and it’s a mixed bag of nationalities mostly German, then Turkish then English and Eastern Europeans. Everyone seemed friendly. It’s a beautiful place.

Our second visit to Tui Magic Life, Belek, and yet another thoroughly enjoyable holiday! The hotel has something for everyone accompanied by excellent, varied food choices and an incredible team; all within a easy reach of the airport. There are far too many people to mention, however its a must to call out Selcuk, Georgie and all of their entertainment team including Kiwi who kept us as busy as we chose to be throughout our holiday. Hopefully Kiwi improves at Beach Tennis before we next arrive :-) Our 13 year old had his own holiday with a great group led by Thise - the WhatsApp group was non-stop with options of things to do and meet up times! Last but not least, the Watersport team! My wife was out every morning with the children on the Banana boat twice a day - incredible value. Mehmet was incredibly patient with my daughter on first try in the water! The atmosphere throughout the hotel is brilliant, with every member of staff being a credit to the hotel. We will be back.

On first impression ( on arrival) the hotel looks ‘good’ but we soon realised that this hotel is soooo much more than that!!! Location- is excellent. Short drive from the airport ( about 30 mins) and only 20 mins from Belek if you want to do any shopping. Belek it’s self I was personally not very keen on but I’m sure that’s personal to me. Room - very spacious, very clean and well maintained. Not the most ‘modern’ looking but the beds are very comfy, towels clean and the maids work extra hard to keep everyone spotless. Also we had room 803 and 821 - very quiet. Atmosphere- very much aimed at families of all ages. Lots of activities, sports and the entertainment team is exceptional and work really hard. There is also areas for a more chilled and laid back vibe. Something for everyone! Food - excellent! Myself and my son have coeliac and must follow a strict gluten free diet and one of our friends son has a nut allergy. Nothing was too much trouble. The chefs in all restaurants could not be more helpful! Wonderful!!! All allergens are listed everywhere. Drinks - plently of selection and the bars are very well staffed so rarely waiting for drinks etc. you can opt to pay extra for branded sports but honestly it’s not worth it. This hotel is amazing but what’s makes it so good is the exceptional level of services and how clean everywhere is. Staff are constantly cleaning and making sure the hotel looks great and ensuring it maintains a high end feel all the time. Yes it was busy but it’s August and school holidays but there was plently of sun beds, nice pool areas and a huge stretch of beach so you can always find somewhere to sit and relax. Also for the number of people the hotel is well spread out and lots of areas to sit so never a problem finding a table in the vending etc. it’s also worth a mention that the pools are well patrolled by lifeguards who ensure people are being safe. Which is also and added piece of mind for parents. If you’re looking for a holiday for kids to be entertained, great food and drinks then this is one for you. Brilliant! Staying at this resort guarantees an exceptional vacation delivered at the highest standard. Cleanliness and Comfort The hotel is kept in great condition. The rooms, as well as all common areas—pools, gardens, and the beach—are cleaned every day. The attention to detail allows for complete relaxation. Dining The food is simply outstanding. With a huge variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and incredible flavors. The culinary diversity will satisfy even the most demanding food lovers. Sports and Water Activities For active travelers, this place is absolute paradise. The hotel offers an extensive sports program, but the real highlight is the water sports package. There are many opportunities for fun on the water. Special credit goes to entire water sports team, that made out stay special exprience! Their friendliness, openess and willingness to support are a clear highlight! Special thanks to Mehmet, who really made a difference.
