TUI MAGIC LIFE Jacaranda

We stayed at La Magic Cagaranda for one week, and unfortunately, our experience was mixed. The staff were wonderful—very friendly, respectful, professional, and available 24/7. The food was fresh, healthy, and delicious, and we really enjoyed the daily activities and entertainment. Everything was well organized and on time, and the entertainment team was excellent. However, there were also some important disappointments. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was not at the standard expected from a four-star hotel, and there was sometimes an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Housekeeping also did not consistently provide the basic room amenities. For example, we were given coffee for only about five days during our one-week stay, and it was replenished only one day before we left. We were also very disappointed with the transportation. We paid for private transport and received a private car when going to Antalya, but on the return we were given a large minibus, even though it was only my husband and me. Overall, the hotel has great staff, good food, and excellent activities, but the cleanliness, room comfort, housekeeping, and transportation need significant improvement. It is a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential, and with better attention to these details, it could provide a much better experience.

Hi, I want to share this comment with anyone considering a vacation at this hotel! Let me start by saying it is a terrible decision! I went there based on a recommendation from my sister-in-law, who had visited three years ago! The services offered have changed drastically since then! I am referring specifically to the meals: breakfast is repetitive—the same endless line for fried eggs and omelets, with no other options—and lunch is the same regardless of the dining area; only dinner varies slightly from day to day! There is no evening entertainment whatsoever! The only upside is the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property—I have to admit that! So, honestly, I do not recommend this hotel now or in the future! After I filed a complaint with the hotel, I received just one response: if I am the only one complaining, it doesn't matter!

Hi, We arrived at around 11:10 PM. They were waiting for us with some rather poor sandwiches. There was a huge queue at the bar, and when we finally got to the front, the guy told us it was the last order and sent us to the other queue. At midnight, they literally turned off the lights in the terrace and bar area. The hotel itself isn’t bad, but the service is very poor.

This was our second visit to the jacaranda and it equalled if not bettered the previous trip! The food is amazing, so much variety, the location is set just right with the beach just a short walk or a lift from the golf cart bus. The hotel is spotless clean, the facilities are top notch! Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and the attitude of the staff is outstanding! The guest services team are brilliant! The range of activities is endless for both children and adults and if you are into keeping fit and healthy there are many classes you can book onto via the App with professional instructors. Great beach activities and plenty of sunbeds on the beach for everyone to enjoy and relax. There are water sport activities but these you will need to pay as they are not included in the price. A short Taxi ride to the old town of side is about 24 euros and you wont be disappointed in the shopping or places to eat. (Thyme is a very nice restaurant by the water front) A real gem of of a hotel with just about everything you could expect from a top class establishment. Rooms are good, I guess it would depend on what type of room you stay in, we had a family pool view room and it was perfect for what we needed. It's not the cheapest hotel but well worth the extra pounds for that care free enjoyable experience.! you can splash out a bit more if you want to and have a swim up room! If there was anything the hotel could improve it would be meal times as it can get a bit chaotic if all the guests descend into the the main restaurant at the same time, maybe some time slots that you book into might calm things down? overall 10 out of 10!! Looking forward to returning !
