TUI MAGIC LIFE Masmavi

We are a British couple husband/wife in our late 50's. We had a fantastic 7 night stay late September. The hotel is absolutely huge and caters for everyone, we thought going when we did it would be less crowded but this didn't seem to be thd case, there was lots of holiday makers onsite but despite this it never felt overcrowded, sun beds were easily accessible no matter what time of day you wanted one. There are plenty of tables in the main Restaurant Magico. This is the buffet restaurant and each night is a different theme of dinner choices. They cater for all tastes and the food and service is excellent. Waiting staff are always onhand to take your drinks order. We ate at 2 a la cartes during our stay, the Turkish on Levante and the Steakhouse. Both were excellent and I highly recommend. The private beach and sunbeds are lovely and large canopies stand over thd sunbeds which shelter you from the midday sun. The beach bar has a cool vibe and the beach restaurant serves food from 12:30-4:30. Ice cream cones are available most of the day. The Wunderbar serves coffee, alcohol, lovely patisserie cakes and waffles. We was unaware that the hotel is probably 80% German, but this was never a problem and everyone we encountered were polite and friendly. Lots of lovely cats are around and these are both friendly and well looked after. Children are also well catered for with an abundance of activities and games to keep everyone occupied. As many people have stated before, the staff are the biggest hit with the hotel. Everyone was super friendly and polite and would greet you with a hello or smile Entertainment was also great with nightly themed nights which got everyone in the holiday mood. We were given a 2 bedroom room in the main building, suitably away from the music if you wanted an earlier night. Entertainment went onto about 12am. Breakfast is served from 7-11 Lunch from 12.30-2.30 Dinner from 6.30-9.30 This was in the main buffet restaurant. But no matter the time of day you can get food from somewhere. I can highly recommend the Tui Magic Life Mavmarvi hotel and in my opinion more than worthy of all the 5* reviews

This was our second time staying at Masmavi. Everything was wonderful in 2022, but this time, in 2026, the hotel has risen to the “excellent!” category. The staff was courteous and cheerful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was varied and beautifully presented. I’d like to give special mention to the gardeners. The landscaping and cleanliness of the grounds are magnificent! There’s an incredible number of lounge chairs on the hotel grounds and on the beach. The entertainment and evening shows are simply spectacular! Hotel staff member Maryana will make sure none of your requests go unaddressed. Throughout the week, we felt well taken care of and saw the work of a well-organized team. Very good service by waiters, good and diverse food. High quality (sport-) entertainment. No fights for sun beds, like!

We had the most incredible stay at magic life masmavi. The hotel staff were brilliant and nothing was too much. The food was definitely well above what I expected in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed in. There was about 7 different stations all with different foods. Fresh cooked fancy plates made up in front of you looking like Michelin star restaurant food. A whole section of the restaurant for kids with their own child child sized buffet counters so they could help themselves easily. The restaurant manager went above and beyond for me and my daughter, made us a fresh meal when we turned up late to lunch, made us packed lunches for the plane and gave my daughter some honeycomb as a present to bring home. He was the loveliest guy and greeted us at every meal. The photography guys in the hotel were amazing too! Got an amazing video made of my daughter going down the water slides and jumping in the pool and just generally loving life. The photos aswell from white night I ended up purchasing as they were just beautiful on the red carpet and the team gave us a brilliant price. The actual photographers were friendly and fun, making my daughter laugh and greeting us every time we walked past. The entertainment and the entertainment team were unreal! The staff spent the days decorating the outdoor entertainment every night for the theme of that night and this was massively over the top theme decorating not just a few props here and there it was amazing. The best entertainment we’ve encountered by far. Everyone was up and dancing and joining in from white party to Turkish belly dancing to a silent disco. It felt like being in a club but with your kids and the kids were loving it. The facilities onsite were great. So many places to choose from to eat. Ice cream on tap in vanilla strawberry and chocolate whippy in a cone. There was a fries station by the pool and a restaurant looking out onto the beach where they had a small stage playing live music while you eat. The beach is on site and it’s a private beach. There’s no exits anywhere that any kids could get out of without a staff member seeing so a very safe hotel if you have 9-14 year olds who want a bit of independence but you don’t want to be worrying. There was a foam party on the beach which the kids absolutely loved. Loads of sports activities for adults, kids, teens and families to get involved in together including cycling, water aerobics, water polo, tennis courts and football courts. The drink selection was brilliant, cocktails, shots, spirits, beer, wine and kids cocktails all included in the price. When you arrive the staff drive you on a little buggy with your luggage round to your room and take your luggage in for you. The cleaners come in every day either decorating beds with flowers or creating towel models which is a cute touch if you have children. There are a few restaurants on site which are an extra charge including a steak house which we went to. Me and my daughter had a fillet steak each and they come with jacket potato and veg as well as bowls of fries AND bowls of spicy wedges. Far too much food for 2 people. Our bill came to €80 roughly and the steakhouse manager gave us the meal complimentary which really made us feel special. All of the staff in the restaurants are very attentive noticing when you need another drink and asking if everything’s ok and clearing plates quickly. There is a kids club which looked good but we didn’t use it. We went to land of legends and came back in the evening after having wet hair all day and we were both a bit cold so asked for an extra quilt and the guest services brought us both a dressing gown and an extra quickly which was lovely. Room are topped up with Fanta, Coca Cola sprite, sparkling and still water in the mini fridge. The shop on site is very overpriced. €10 for a chocolate bar or a bag of takis. €25-€50 for a pool floaty. Take plenty of snacks with you if you can because this hotel doesn’t have any local cheap shops nearby and with kids it ends up costing a fortune. There was also an arcade, electric cars and trampolines for kids where you buy credits to use on them. There’s a playpark for the kids too. The waterslides were brilliant. There’s only 5 but we found this to be plenty and they were fun. 24 hour all inclusive was brilliant too and included bottled water which sometimes comes at an extra charge which is annoying but not here. All in all we had the most amazing time. I’ve never been back to the same hotel in my life but I would definitely consider going back here. The general grounds and being so close to the beach was also beautiful, flowers and crocheted animals everywhere. And not a cockroach in site for the people who moan about cockroaches when they go to a hot country 🤣🤣 but we did see a few little lizards that were cute. I think I’ve covered everything but if not just know it’s a 5* hotel for a reason.

Just finished a week long holiday here. Hotel has exceeded expectations. So many activities for all ages. Quiet area for adults which was important for us. Food was great, though the Teppenyake was a little underwhelming as I dont eat meat and there were little alternatives for these dishes. Curry house was great. Rooms are very good and spacious and cleaned regularly. I cant commend the food enough. Octoberfest was a real delight and they went over and above for this. A special mention to Melike who was so helpful on reception for us.
