TUI MAGIC LIFE Masmavi

Just got back from TUI Magic Life Masmavi, had a great time. Whilst the overall holiday was superb, we found the staff themselves were the shining stars. The Public Relations Manager, ULAS YAMAN was fantastic, helping us throughout with our departure, also you young and pretty TUGCE (Guest Services) was fantastic. Our waiter at the beach bar snack restaurant and in the Main Dining Room Emrullah Necati Hamit was outstanding. The room cleaners were fantastic and left us gifts on our departure. The nighttime entertainment was first-class throughout, watch out for the motorcycle show in the Amphitheatre The half a dozen swimming pools, for both adults and infants alike were spotless, with lifeguards on duty throughout, and a daily change of towels at the towel station. There must have been 200 sun loungers on the private (guard-patrolled) beach, and another 150/200 in the areas of the main pools. There is a deal of wildlife sharing your hotel with you, and the hotel prides itself on their recycling record throughout. We stayed in room 7286

A positive stay, my only suggestion is that the “family pool” should be the 16+ pool since it’s located next to the 16+ bar. Hotel caters more for German clientele but had a lovely stay non the less Melike on reception was very helpful

Fantastic family holiday – outstanding staff and NO SUNBED WARS! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was our first family holiday to Turkey — myself, my husband and our children, aged 12 and 9. We usually stay in five-star hotels, but this was our first five-star experience in Turkey, so we don't have another Turkish hotel to compare it with. We had a fantastic stay at TUI MAGIC LIFE Masmavi. The hotel is beautiful, set in stunning, immaculate grounds, but what really makes it special is the staff. They were exceptional — friendly, welcoming, happy and genuinely engaging with both adults and children. The restaurant staff were brilliant, remembering your drinks and often offering another before you'd even finished. Everyone around the hotel would smile, make eye contact and say hello. The Guest Services team deserve a special mention too. We were approached two or three times during our week by the Guest Services Manager and other members of the team to ask how our stay was, whether we needed anything and if there was anything they could do for us. I've never experienced this level of personal attention at a hotel before, and it really made us feel valued as guests. A special shout-out to the gentleman at the Wunder Bar — unfortunately we didn't get his name, but he was always so friendly, funny and entertaining. He did a great British accent! Our son played family football with his Dad once and the entertainment staff remembered his name for the rest of the holiday, always saying hello when they saw him. There was plenty for children to do, although for children who don't enjoy kids' clubs, I think a few more daytime activities in the pools would be a great addition. The amphitheatre shows were fantastic. The dancers, acrobats and entertainment were brilliant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the shows. After the shows, we did find the music a little repetitive on a couple of evenings, so perhaps having a little more variety afterwards would make the evenings even better. We also thought the foam party was a great idea, although our children didn't particularly enjoy it being held on the beach. They found the combination of foam and sand uncomfortable, especially when it got in their eyes, so they only stayed for around five minutes. Having experienced foam parties at other hotels where they are held in the pool, we personally think this would work really well at Masmavi too. The water slides were also opened for one evening during our stay, which was a lovely extra for the children and they really enjoyed it. One suggestion that could make an evening like this even better would be to have the nearby Aqua Bar open, perhaps with some music playing. It would give parents somewhere to sit and enjoy a drink and some atmosphere while still being able to watch the children enjoying the slides. Another thing we really liked was that, despite staying during the six-week summer holidays, and being there towards the end of the school holidays, you could still find plenty of quiet areas around the hotel. The buffet could get very busy at peak dinner time, particularly between around 7:30–8:30pm, although we always found a table, we'd recommend going a little earlier or later if you prefer a quieter meal. Outside of those busy periods, though, we found some of the bars and other areas surprisingly quiet. We went to the buffet for lunch and there was hardly anyone there. The beach buffet restaurant was also excellent and was another lovely option. The bars on the evening around the entertainment area were good, never needing to wait too long for a drink, it didn't seem busy at the bar at all. One of the biggest positives for us was the complete lack of sunbed wars! We could arrive around 9–9:30am and easily find four loungers together, and even when moving pools around 2pm, there were still loungers available. There really seemed to be plenty for everyone. There are just a few things future guests may want to be aware of. The swim-up/lagoon rooms are slightly different from what we'd normally expect from a traditional swim-up room. Some are upstairs with stairs down to the pool, while the ground-floor rooms have terraces with sunbeds immediately outside which aren't exclusive to the room. This was one reason we chose a different room type. Our two-bedroom family room was comfortable overall, although the children's pull-out beds would probably be more suitable for younger children. Our daughter is 5ft 2" and was a little too tall for hers. Our balcony was also quite small and our particular view was over a concrete roof and the tennis courts. We we're disappointed with our view and would recommend anyone staying in this building to request a room overlooking the gardens which was a beautiful area with tall palm trees and hammocks, a wonderful quiet place to relax and read a book. We really enjoyed breakfast and lunch, while dinner was a little more varied in terms of what appealed to us personally. We'd have appreciated a few more consistent familiar choices for children, such as pizza and chicken nuggets. Similarly, we knew premium drinks weren't included in the all-inclusive package, but we personally found the included cocktail selection could have had a little more variety. It would also be nice to have cocktails available at the Aqua Bar by the slides, rather than just wine and beer. During our stay, the majority of guests were German, with a smaller number of English guests, but this wasn't an issue whatsoever. Everyone we met was friendly and lovely. Overall, we absolutely loved our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are great, and the staff genuinely make this place special. Their friendliness, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile are what, for us, elevate Masmavi above many other five-star hotels we've stayed at. The resort is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place. One of the biggest advantages is the location—you don't have to spend hours on an airport transfer, so your holiday begins almost immediately. What truly makes this resort special, though, is the people. Every single member of the staff greeted us with genuine smiles, kindness, and warmth. You can tell they really care about making every guest feel welcome. A very special thank you goes to Marianna, who looked after us from the very beginning as soon as she heard we were from Poland. She stays in touch throughout your stay via WhatsApp, which is incredibly helpful for Polish guests who don't speak English or German. Knowing she was always just a message away made us feel completely at ease. The resort itself is beautifully maintained. The gardens are immaculate and cared for by the friendliest gardeners, who always had a smile on their faces. We also absolutely loved the little water stations for animals around the resort—it may seem like a small detail, but it says so much about the kindness and care this place puts into everything they do. We also want to give a huge thank you to the housekeeping and cleaning teams. They work incredibly hard behind the scenes, and their efforts certainly don't go unnoticed. Our room was spotless every single day, and every corner of the resort—from the pools and pathways to the restaurants and public areas—was kept impeccably clean. Your dedication is a big part of what makes this resort feel so welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Then again, we barely spent any time in the room because the resort has so much to offer! It's so large that every day we found a new favourite spot to relax. Whether you want lively pools with activities and entertainment or complete peace in the adults-only (+16) areas, you'll find exactly what you're looking for. The food was outstanding. Every evening brought a different themed dinner, so there was always something new to enjoy. We especially recommend the Teppanyaki restaurant. Although it's an additional charge, it's worth every penny. Watching the chef prepare everything live right in front of you is not only delicious but also an unforgettable experience full of laughter and amazing flavours. There is never a dull moment here. The hotel offers endless activities throughout the day—from sports and games to evening shows, discos, and entertainment for everyone. Finally, we want to say the biggest thank you to Arina, Can, the rest of entertainment team and the entire teams in the bars and restaurants. You weren't just amazing staff—you made us feel like family. Your warmth, energy, kindness, and genuine care made this holiday unforgettable. It's incredible that after only one week, saying goodbye felt like leaving dear friends behind. We already miss you all so much.
