VONRESORT Golden Coast

Very few people on staff understand basic English. The food is not very diverse, most bars do not have imported alcohol, only local. The ones on the beach only have vodka and whiskey. You have to pay for a la carte restaurants, imported alcohol. The hotel staff can get you off from your sunbed and tell you to move, because they have to set up the area for the event tonight, at 2 pm and the event is at 9 pm. And at 14 it is hard to find a good sun bed. I do not recommend it at all, it does not deserve 5 stars and it is not ultra all inclusive.

It was wonderfull. The staff made my vacation very good, Yousef is exelent at entertaiment. I will come back.

It was so good, the staff the food and everything but the wifi is kinda bad in some places. The animation team was so good, funny and entertaining and the best animator was yousef.

The service was amazing. Seriously, whoever trained and picked the staff should get a raise. Everyone is supper friendly and it feels like they actually want to serve you and enjoy their job. The food was really good as well with enough variety that there was always something new but not too much to where you cant be sure a favorite dish from last time won’t be available. My room had a slightly finicky locking mechanism where it’s kinda hard to open it sometimes but outside of that the room was good. The beach was well kept and really spacious, it never was a problem to find space. WiFi was spotty but I would always recommend to just have a prepaid SIM card, especially when you’re paying this much for a hotel. I didn’t get a chance to try out their pavilions but the alacart restaurants were amazing with servers that somehow manage to be even more caring about your time in the restaurant than the main restaurant guys. All the staff knew good German with what I would call serviceable amount of English being the minimum with some knowing the language really good. I don’t really like the traditional dancers/ acrobats you’ll get for their nightly performances but the live music was really good the both times I had the pleasure to attend (every Sunday and Wednesday). Overall I’ll say that I had a great time and definitely don’t regret that I chose to spend my time in this hotel and will provably come back.
