The beach is nice and the food is good . I think these are the only things positive there. The 5 stars are actually 3. Rooms small and mouldy. The air conditioning did not work 3 days out of 7, the room temperature was 29 or 30°. You have to pay at all of the à la carte restaurants. The only free option is to eat at the buffet. The ultra all-inclusive is actually all inclusive, meaning the cocktails are made with local alcohol and taste like a bad joke. if you want cocktails made with international alcohols you have to pay €9 for each drink. You could only get Stillwater in a bottle. All juices either fizzy or not and sparkling water come from a dispenser. You cannot get bottled ones anywhere in the resort. Beach towels can be changed every day between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm. If it happens that you would like to change them at any other time, you will find it impossible . All in all it would be an okay place to go if the price matched the 3* all inclusive that you are getting. The only problem is you pay for 5* ultra all inclusive and and you do not get your money’s worth.
The service was amazing. Seriously, whoever trained and picked the staff should get a raise. Everyone is supper friendly and it feels like they actually want to serve you and enjoy their job. The food was really good as well with enough variety that there was always something new but not too much to where you cant be sure a favorite dish from last time won’t be available. My room had a slightly finicky locking mechanism where it’s kinda hard to open it sometimes but outside of that the room was good. The beach was well kept and really spacious, it never was a problem to find space. WiFi was spotty but I would always recommend to just have a prepaid SIM card, especially when you’re paying this much for a hotel. I didn’t get a chance to try out their pavilions but the alacart restaurants were amazing with servers that somehow manage to be even more caring about your time in the restaurant than the main restaurant guys. All the staff knew good German with what I would call serviceable amount of English being the minimum with some knowing the language really good. I don’t really like the traditional dancers/ acrobats you’ll get for their nightly performances but the live music was really good the both times I had the pleasure to attend (every Sunday and Wednesday). Overall I’ll say that I had a great time and definitely don’t regret that I chose to spend my time in this hotel and will provably come back.
Was a good experience and i will recomand you, All was perfect, the food, cleaning, and the staff very professional. You do a really good job guys :)
Worst resort ever , rude staff , small rooms , almost nothing to eat . Worst experience with a Turkish resort for my entire life . Only expensive and nothing back for money
Overall - excellet hotel, food, drinks, pool, beach, animation team, shows, etc. Really nice time. 3 things That make me concerned: 1) I felt National segregation, especially from bartenders side. Focus mainly on People from germany, england, mainly beacuse of nice tips. Crew is focused to serve them just to get more money. And here is a tip: better to give tips in pounds or euro, not local money lira - they seems to be unhappy, even pissed off to see their own money. We decided to give tips for cleaning staff, gentleman grabing trash from pool, ladies in reststurant for cleaning dishes - they are always happy to see tips. Info to management - please guide your staff that behaviour is not nice, it generates bad emotions, espacially in other Nations than german and UK, or russians. 2) dont even thing about working internet, WiFi. Maybe near pool where router is probably located. I know That we are here to spend time on beach, pool. But sometimes you need to send mails, contact family, friends or even Check news, read or watch something to rest from the heat and Sun. Info to management - i would sugest to boost a bit this aspect by adding few spots in corridors. 3) laungages in usage - hotel says that they speak german, eng, etc - not True, maybe 10% of all staff speakes eng but in basic level. When u use more than basic words like please, thank you, one cola etc they brains are close to explode. Many Times i ordered one thing they gave me other. I learned german in high school but i was able to speak better than them. Info to management- Put some effort to hire someone with language or teach them simple communication. It is really unnoying. Besides these 3 things - everything other is just the best!!
