We are returning guests to this amazing hotel and have visited as a family on various occasions since our daughter was 2 and she is now 14. We hadn’t been for three years and we were wondering how it would be on our return as we had read there had been a number of changes and some not very positive reviews. Well what can I say, it still and always will feel like our second home. The staff have became like family to us and always go above and beyond to ensure that we have the most relaxing and rewarding holiday. Our assistants Sarvenaz and Bahtiyar were so helpful checking in numerous times a day to make sure everything was ok. Any request we made it was done without any issue. We would highly recommend hiring a pavillion at the beach for the day, it’s a great experience, we hired one for the day and were treated like royalty for the day ❤️🥂 The food options, drinks, patisserie, beach, pools, grounds, entertainment, piers, customer service, Guest relations and lastly the amazing staff are first class. Year after year when we return the staff always welcome us with friendly smiles and remember our drinks before we even say, which for us is first class. Even the ground staff and cleaners remember you! We can’t wait to return which for us will be our tenth visit which we know will be just as special and filled with amazing memories like it always is. Well done to the Voyage and the staff never change! You really have built something special which is very hard to beat!

We travelled as a family of four, with two children aged five and seven, for a week in October 2026. We are fairly well travelled when it comes to family holidays, having stayed in numerous four- and five-star resorts, predominantly across Spain and Egypt. Voyage Belek genuinely stood out, and for one particular reason: the customer experience is quite clearly at the heart of everything this resort does. From the moment we stepped out of our private airport transfer on arrival, to the moment we climbed back into it at the end of our holiday, the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff we encountered. There was a genuine sense that everyone, regardless of their role, took pride in making guests feel welcome and looked after. We have become accustomed to certain supposedly four- and five-star resorts, particularly in Spain, where being handed a lukewarm drink in a plastic cup by a disinterested member of bar staff seems to pass for premium hospitality. Voyage Belek operates on an entirely different level. The attention to detail, the quality of the drinks and, above all, the attitude of the staff were consistently impressive. A small example illustrates this perfectly. During our stay, I misplaced my Apple AirPods. Every member of staff I approached went out of their way to help. It wasn't their problem, and they could easily have directed me elsewhere, but each person genuinely seemed to want to help me find them. That attitude was representative of our experience throughout the entire week. A premium resort for adults and families alike What Voyage Belek does particularly well is combine a sophisticated, premium resort experience with a genuinely family-friendly environment. It feels equally suited to adults seeking a luxurious, relaxing holiday and parents who want those same standards without compromising on facilities for their children. Indeed, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Voyage Belek to couples travelling without children. The resort has a dedicated adults-only swimming pool, adults-only jetty and adults-only evening entertainment. Naturally, travelling with two young children, we didn't experience these facilities ourselves, so I can't comment on them specifically. However, the way the resort is designed gives the impression that adults and families can enjoy quite different types of holiday without getting in each other's way. The aquapark, which is understandably a major attraction for families, is situated within the resort grounds but sufficiently separate from the main swimming pool that you barely notice it when relaxing elsewhere. The adults-only pool is separate again. This is a particularly clever aspect of the resort's layout. Children have an enormous amount to entertain them, but the resort never feels dominated by children's activities. The children's facilities themselves are extraordinary. Our two aren't particularly interested in organised kids' clubs, so we didn't use the club itself, but the range of activities available was remarkable. What impressed us was that our children could still wander into the various activity areas, join in with something that interested them and be made to feel completely welcome. There was no sense that everything had to be formally organised or that the children's facilities were somehow separate from the wider holiday experience. Our Garden Duplex Villa We stayed in a Garden Duplex Villa, which we felt was absolutely worth the upgrade. The accommodation was exceptionally spacious and worked brilliantly for our family. The children had their own downstairs bedroom with two sofa beds, while my wife and I had a separate upstairs bedroom with an enormous double bed. Both floors had their own independent air conditioning, along with separate bathroom facilities. There was plenty of storage, a dressing area and lovely rainfall showers. The room was also exceptionally well equipped. There was a hairdryer, a full range of L'Occitane bathroom toiletries and an impressive selection of additional amenities. These included individually boxed nail files, cotton buds, tissues and various other personal-care items. It was one of those rooms where virtually anything you might reasonably need had already been thought of. The complimentary minibar was generously stocked and replenished, and we even had a lovely bottle of red wine waiting for us on arrival. These are the sorts of little details that contribute to the overall premium experience. We stayed in room 5111, which overlooked the main reception and resort entrance. Admittedly, this wasn't the most picturesque outlook available, but we spent so little time sitting on the balcony that it really didn't matter. Beautiful surroundings — and lots of cats! The resort itself is beautiful. Its extensive grounds are filled with mature trees, landscaped gardens and winding pathways. I found myself comparing the atmosphere to Center Parcs, in the very best sense. Despite being in a large luxury resort on the Turkish coast, you frequently feel as though you're walking through a peaceful woodland retreat. The greenery gives the whole place a wonderfully natural, relaxed atmosphere. One thing worth mentioning is the cats! If you really dislike cats, then this might not be the resort for you. In fact, Belek generally might not be your ideal destination. Free-roaming community cats are a familiar part of life in Turkey, where they are often fed and cared for by local people and businesses, and Voyage Belek is no exception. There are quite a lot of cats wandering around the resort, but we found them completely charming. The ones we encountered appeared well fed and cared for, were friendly and never caused us any problems. They were certainly never aggressive towards our children, who were absolutely fascinated by them. Our children loved spotting the cats around the grounds and occasionally getting the opportunity to give one a gentle stroke. I suspect that in ten years' time, when our children reminisce about this holiday, they will remember it as the holiday with all the cats. And I mean that entirely positively. They really added something quite special to the experience for our family. Food and drink The food and drink offering is excellent. The choice is extensive, the presentation impressive and the drinks menu fantastic. I was particularly pleased, and somewhat surprised, to discover Guinness available on draught! It's another example of the resort offering those little touches that elevate the experience beyond a typical all-inclusive holiday. Across our entire week, we felt we had probably only experienced around 50% of everything the resort had to offer. There is simply so much available that seven days isn't really enough to appreciate it all. Two areas for improvement We genuinely have very little negative to say about Voyage Belek. However, there are two areas where I think management could make some meaningful improvements. 1. Swimming pool temperatures The main swimming pool is arguably the centrepiece of the entire resort. It is enormous, beautifully designed and exceptionally picturesque. Unfortunately, during our October stay, the water temperature was approximately 24°C, which, in practical terms, is simply not particularly pleasant for leisurely swimming. Our week was blessed with reasonably good weather, with daytime temperatures ranging between approximately 23°C and 27°C. Perfectly pleasant for sitting around the pool, but not quite warm enough to make plunging into 24°C water particularly appealing. Consequently, this spectacular main swimming pool was almost completely deserted for much of the week, which seemed a tremendous shame. Towards the end of the holiday, I found myself daring my seven-year-old son to swim a length of the main pool with me, almost as an act of gratitude for the wonderful surroundings we had enjoyed all week! But after ten minutes, we were both more than ready to get out. To be fair, the Garden Pool was heated to a perfectly comfortable 28°C, as was the children's splash park. These were very welcome facilities and demonstrated just how much difference those additional few degrees made. Unfortunately, the Garden Pool becomes completely shaded by around 3pm during October, which somewhat limits its appeal during the later afternoon. The other disappointment was the aquapark. Although the children's splash park was nicely heated, the water in the main waterslide landing areas was around 24°C. This meant that our children were reluctant to use the slides, not because they didn't look fantastic, but because they knew they would be plunged into cold water at the bottom! I appreciate that this is probably far less of an issue in August when the air temperature might be 35°C and everyone welcomes a refreshing dip. However, in October, with daytime temperatures in the mid-20s, we genuinely felt that heating the main pool and waterslide landing pools by just a few additional degrees would have made an enormous difference to our enjoyment of these otherwise outstanding facilities. It seems such a shame to have invested in these spectacular pools and slides, only for guests to be reluctant to use them because of the water temperature. 2. À la carte restaurant reservations The second issue concerns the restaurant booking system. Before travelling, our understanding was that restaurant reservations operated on a rolling next-day basis. In other words, you could use the resort app to book a restaurant for tomorrow, provided you made the reservation before 4pm today. That seemed perfectly reasonable and gave us no particular reason to worry about securing restaurant bookings before arriving. However, when we arrived on Sunday, we discovered that the system actually opens reservations on Friday for the entire following week. You can probably see the problem. By the time we checked in on Sunday afternoon and downloaded the app, guests who were already at the resort had enjoyed two days' head start in securing tables for the week ahead. Unsurprisingly, virtually every à la carte restaurant was already fully booked. What realistic chance did we have of securing reservations under those circumstances? As a result, we found ourselves contacting the resort through the app almost every day, effectively asking whether there had been any cancellations or whether an exception could be made so that we could experience the restaurants. To their enormous credit, the staff were incredibly helpful and ultimately managed to accommodate us in most of the restaurants we wanted to try. Once again, their willingness to help was excellent. Nevertheless, the uncertainty was frustrating and seemed entirely avoidable. It hardly seems fair that guests arriving on a Sunday or Monday should find themselves at such a disadvantage before their holiday has even begun. A rolling next-day booking system, or perhaps reserving a proportion of restaurant availability for newly arriving guests, would seem a much fairer approach. Importantly, this is a criticism of the booking system itself, not the staff, who did everything they reasonably could to help us. Would we return? Absolutely. Neither of these criticisms should overshadow what was otherwise an outstanding holiday. Voyage Belek is a resort that clearly understands what genuine five-star hospitality should feel like. Beautiful surroundings, outstanding food and drink, exceptional children's facilities and, most importantly, a team of people who seem genuinely committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. For adults seeking a premium holiday, or parents who enjoy the finer things in life but still want their children to have a fantastic time, it strikes a particularly impressive balance. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would love to return ourselves. The only reason it won't automatically become a permanent fixture in our annual holiday plans is the unpredictability of October weather in Turkey. We were fortunate to enjoy a lovely week, but conditions either side of our stay were considerably less settled. Having young children, we tend to favour destinations such as Sharm el-Sheikh for a more reliable chance of warm swimming weather during the autumn and Easter school holidays. That said, whenever we consider returning to Belek, Voyage would unquestionably be the first hotel we look at. Ultimately, the thing we will remember most isn't the impressive buildings, the restaurants or the swimming pools. It's how consistently well we were treated by the people who work there. And that, to me, is what makes a truly excellent resort.
