Solo English traveller, firstly 2 hours transfer from airport, beachfront lococation was fantastic, food average, room good but bed too soft, this hotel is not ideal for English tourist as 98% German and staff speak German but barely any English. Had a relaxing holiday but would not return to this hotel.

Really good hotel, good food, very luxury hotel, also really good personal! The only wish would be if they had specific places for smoking.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay!! Clean rooms, super friendly staff, turkish bath & spa, tasty food and wonderful beach side! I believe it's a good place if you are looking for relaxing and disconnect from big city life. It's really worth booking a table at their turkish restaurant (Divan). Super tasty food prepared from a chef, we enjoyed a lot the freshness, tenderness and quality of food (When we comeback I am eager to taste Poseidon, their other restaurant). They're testing the model apparently, so don't rush and enjoy you full course meal. The buffet service was always great, and I could taste a super variety of food including a tasty kebab (Pro Tip: Squeeze some lemon on top of fresh kebab - you will tank me later) Honourable mention to all staffs (Good Job!!) - super friendly, helpful, and ready for any assistance. Most of them also speak German which is nice :) (I could train my basic german skills), and the best part happened when we arrived around 01:30.a.m. - Mainly my wife is pregnant and she was starving, after finding our room, the staff promptly showed us the restaurant for some food (not only snacks! but we could properly eat) - Thank you so much guys! much appreciated Lastly, all drinks, beer, beach service, Spa & Turkish bath (note: Spa and turkish bah are paid separately, but it's worth it - you can fully relax) were excellent! You can find Carlsberg, Weinhestphan, 1664, Guinness! along with a good variety of wines, prosecco and drinks (Fun Fact: I taught one of the staffs how to pour the perfect Guinness like in the UK, which was super fun!) we would definitely comeback!

This is the 8th time we are visiting this hotel and I think we can consider ourselves as regulars now. The sea and the beach is perfect. They have a very long coastline, where walking/running in the mornings (or any time during the day) is very very pleasant. The sand is soft, very clean as well as the water (we'll share some videos of it, with the fishes). Walking in the water or the sand feels like you are walking on a very soft rug, very pleasant to the feet. Regarding the rooms, they are very clean and smelling nice. Most of them are directly looking at the sea. The hotel is right next to the sea, so it is an incredible setup. You have a perfect view of the mediterranean like nowhere else. The open buffet selections are very rich and both the quality and the taste of food is amazing. They have a different concept each dinner and we were always looking forward to the next days menu. In terms of animation, they have some light entertainment after dinner, and other than that it offers you complete peace which is what we are always looking for. They have renewed gyms (in both hotels) which definitely helps in motivating to go and burn some extra calories. The staff was always smiling and helpful we never needed to struggle to find someone. In addition to the open buffet they have all day round food (hamburgers, pizza, snacks, drinks, sweets), so you can always find something that you can enjoy. Even in the mini fridge is rich (and free obviously). They have recently introduced coffee shops where you can chill and listen to nice music and again access all sorts of drinks salty sweet snacks. Definitely we'll visit again. 10/10 points from us.

We spent 8 nights at this hotel on an all-inclusive package and was very satisfied with the experience. Visiting in the off-season provided a quiet atmosphere while still offering good weather. Staff were consistently professional, check-in was efficient, and service throughout the stay was reliable. Meals offered a broad selection, with fresh options at each service. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and the property overall was kept in good condition. For anyone seeking a calm, straightforward all-inclusive stay without crowds, this hotel is a strong choice.
