Overall, the resort is beautiful, but unfortunately it is not yet ready to provide the level of luxury service it advertises. Considering the amount of money I paid, I expected a much higher standard of hospitality and guest care. The biggest disappointment was the lack of support when I became seriously ill with continuous vomiting. I was traveling with my 7-month-old baby, who depended entirely on me, yet I received no real assistance from the hotel. No medication or practical help was offered, despite my condition. Another major issue was that there were no suitable food options for my 7-month-old baby. A family-friendly luxury resort should be prepared to accommodate infants as well. Throughout our stay, it felt like the resort was designed primarily for adults. Adults had access to the best pools, beach areas, and the most comfortable sunbeds, while families with babies were left with the less comfortable and less desirable areas. Adults had access to extra bars and restaurants, while I was struggling to find basic food for my baby. The service was inconsistent. Only a few members of the staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Most employees did not provide the level of service expected from a luxury resort. In addition, the food was often served cold, service was not properly organized, and there were frequent mistakes with orders, which added to the overall disappointing experience. The reception experience was especially disappointing. I urgently needed bottled water suitable for preparing my baby’s formula. A male staff receptionist simply contacted one pharmacy, told me it wasn’t available, and that was the end of it. I had to return several times asking for help, but no effort was made to contact other pharmacies or check the hotel’s own storage. In the end, I had no choice but to use regular bottled water for my baby, which caused unnecessary stress and worry, and caused my baby stomach ache! Sadly, despite the beautiful facilities, the service did not match the price or the luxury standards the resort claims to offer. I left feeling disappointed and would not choose this resort again, especially as a family traveling with a baby. Even though most of the guests were families, the resort still felt like an adult-only place. Being there with a child felt extremely difficult and almost like a punishment.

What a fabulous hotel ! We arrived to a wonderful welcome from Fatmanur and Elena which was a lovely surprise. The rooms are very stylish with a lovely bathroom and a chaise and table and chairs on the balcony which was lovely to sit on and look out to sea. The spa is fabulous with so much available with no charge, we really enjoyed using these facilities. The bars were all lovely with a huge selection of branded drinks and the cocktails in the jazz bar were sublime. As it is a new hotel, some of the staff needed a little more training, there are a lot of “ managers “ but they didn’t seem to step in where needed. There are so many pools to choose from but we gravitated to the adult only pool which was lovely with very comfortable cabanas . The regular sunbeds were also really comfortable. The pool was lovely and warm to swim in, even at 8 in the morning. There was waiter service on rollerblades for drinks which was fabulous, they worked really hard. There are so many dining options, we didn’t eat in the main buffet very often as some of the food was luke warm especially the porridge in the morning, however with so many options for à la carte lunch or evening meal we were happy. The food at Incir at lunchtime and evening was lovely but my favourite restaurant was Salkim both at lunchtime and evening, we went many times .We also had breakfast and lunch at Tam à la carte restaurant which was lovely. We tried the Turkish restaurant twice and Bafa once. We also ate lunch a few times at Livar restaurant, we enjoyed having a help yourself salad bar to add to your order. The Patisserie was lovely with really good coffee but we were always too full to try the cakes and chocolate. The grounds are huge and so much landscaping has already been done, in a year or so time it really will look spectacular. It is lovely to walk around the grounds but there are lots of buggies going back and forth which will give you a lift if you require. The hotel is beautifully clean and the staff are well trained and friendly. We didn’t go to the beach but we walked along them and noticed that there is food and drink available near both the family beach ( at Incir) and on the adult beach . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back

We had an amazing week at the resort with 4 days of pickleball coaching and play with Megan Fudge & her family. It was brilliant from the first day to the last we loved every minute of it. The PSO team made our trip a memorable one and the hotel is lovely with really nice pools and a great spa area. The food was incredible and the whole resort was great. Highly recommend PSO travel to anyone who likes a sports holiday in a 5 star resort.
