Anda Barut Collection

We stayed at Anda Barut for 10 nights and overall had a really nice holiday. We had a swim-out room in the adults-only section, which was a big highlight. The room was great and cleaned beautifully every day. Food was generally good, with Cibes probably our favourite. The buffet was consistently good, whatever meal we had. The bookable restaurants were also worth doing — Kara and Tiger were both really good. We had no issues getting reservations. The cocktails were a little different from what we expected. Most of the popular drinks were batch-made, although they were nice enough, and they also had a good selection of off-menu cocktails if you asked. Berkan in the reception bar was a really nice guy and always friendly. The main downside for us was the sunbed situation around the adults-only pool, with people putting towels down before 8am. Luckily, having the swim-out meant it didn’t really affect us, and there were usually beds available around the other pools and beach. Service was a bit hit and miss, particularly at the buffet and Mansion. There were times we were waiting ages to be served or had to go and get our own cutlery, which was frustrating. We also had an issue with water in the room one day which took a while to sort. Checkout was another disappointment. We messaged reception to ask for help with our bags, but nobody came. It was getting busy and we were worried about missing our transfer, so my pregnant wife and I ended up taking our own bags to reception. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and there were plenty of positives, but the inconsistent service and a few other things mean we probably wouldn’t return.

What an amazing hotel and experience, all the staff are so fantastic and welcoming (Murat at the Mansion restaurant was exceptional) The food was phenomenal and nothing was too much for the staff, we had heard negative reviews about the app and access to the restaurants but our experiences were all positive and we managed to dine in every restaurant.

Our first time at Turkey and at Anda Barut. Appreciate that every one has different expectations but for me everything was five star EXCEPT the food. On day one of our holiday I became unwell in the evening and spent nearly 48 hours being sick, I couldn’t even keep water down - I believe it was food poisoning either from the salad or chicken I had at No Se or eggs in the morning. I did infact speak to four other families who were also unwell. I didn’t find the food to be great there was hardly any veg/ most things were lukewarm and I didn’t like the fact the breads were to be cut by people seen a lot of people not using the towell and just using their bare hands. The Ala cartes where also not what I expected for 5 star- my baby had pasta at the Italian which was COLD, dried out Fagita at the Mexican and bland tasteless food at the Asian- we also struggled to book in the Ala cartes at 10am. On to the positives… the grounds were immaculate, very aesthetic and everywhere was lovely and clean. The entertainment was fantastic loved that they had shows then something afterwards the atmosphere was great. The rooms were nice and the water park fantastic for families. The service was great!

We spent 6 nights at the Bayou Didim. We were complexly miss sold. We booked a Sea View Villa and were given a Garden View Villa.  We have been chasing our £1300.00 back and Bayou have now decided to keep our money, so put another way they have stolen money for something we have written confirmation for but never got. The website for the villas sells you this premium vision, that is not the case. The service is very hit and miss. Missed cleaning of the villa, things not working, constantly chasing for the mini bar to be filled correctly. Waiting 40mins for a golf buggy to get to a dinner, promises made of improvements and not delivered. You are promised a premium experience, it isn’t, there is no difference for a villa guest v a standard room guests it's all words with no follow through. In summation, poor service and a dishonest company - AVOID!

All animation crew were fantastic exspecially SAMET AND SILA THEY ARE FABULOUS WITH ME AND MY FAMILY X
