Another fantastic stay at Anda Barut Collection ❤️ We have just returned from our 4th stay at Anda Barut Collection, and once again the hotel has exceeded our expectations. Having stayed here three times previously, we already knew the standards were extremely high, but this year the experience was better than ever. The food was excellent, and in our opinion noticeably better than the last two years. There was a fantastic choice throughout the hotel, and one of the things we were particularly pleased with was the availability of the à la carte restaurants. Despite being a larger group of eight, we had absolutely no issues securing reservations and were able to enjoy some fantastic dining experiences throughout our stay. As always, cleanliness was exceptional. The entire resort is spotless, from the restaurants and public areas through to the pools and our room. You can really see the effort the team puts into maintaining such a high standard across the whole property. The addition of the Barista Bar is also a fantastic touch. The coffees we had there were genuinely lovely and it quickly became one of our favourite places to stop during the day. We were also lucky enough to attend the special Chef’s Dinner during our stay, and this was a real highlight. The food, service and overall experience were absolutely fantastic. It was clear how much thought and effort had gone into the event, and it was a really memorable evening. One person who deserves a special mention is Bihter from Guest Relations. She has been fantastic to us over the years and is a huge reason why we continue to return to Anda Barut. She is incredibly helpful, personable and genuinely makes you feel looked after. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for her, and her attention to detail and willingness to help make such a difference to the overall experience. She is a real credit to the hotel. As returning guests, it was also lovely to see some familiar faces among the staff, and even better when they remembered us too. That personal touch really does make Anda Barut feel like somewhere we are coming back to rather than simply visiting again. We once again leave feeling that we have made the right choice by returning, and we honestly cannot recommend Anda Barut Collection highly enough. We had a nice holiday at Anda Barut, there are a lot of positive aspects but also some things that need improvement: Positive: - very nice and well kept grounds - cleanliness in the room and in public areas was (with a few exceptions) very good - we loved the system with the walk in restaurants, which allows you to decide spontaneously where to go for dinner. We hardly ever had any waiting time. - staff is very friendly and helpful - very nice room in adult area, walk in wardrobe was very good - assistance through Whatsapp was very good, answers always came very fast - we loved the adult only areas (pool, restaurant, beach). It's very nice for couples to always have quiet places Negative: - food quality is not consistent. We sometimes order something which was great, when you ordered it again it was basically a different dish with a totally different taste and ingredients. Also in general even if it was not completely different, dishes changed a lot and often didn't exactly match the description on the menu. Please: what you offer as Burrata has nothing to do with a real Buratta but rather looks and taste like cottage cheese. You wouldn't expect a five star hotel to use a product of such low quality. Also a little more variety between the menus of the restaurants would be helpful. There is too much which is the same in each restaurant. Especially more different salads would be good. - also at the buffet, if you come half an hour before closing time, many dishes were already empty - there should be more options to get fruit when the buffet is closed. We often went to the Italian restaurant only to get fruit, but there again sometimes as early as 3 pm fruit was almost gone and if we asked for more they told us 'it's finished ' - same story in the patisserie: there was often nothing left but ice cream at around 4 pm. The ice cream is not good, it's actually not really sweet. - as we only drink zero calorie drinks we loved the 'sekersiz limonata '. Unfortunately we sometimes had to walk all through the hotel to search a bar who actually had it. It's one of the cheapest drinks, please make it available everywhere for people who don't drink alcohol. - temperature in the gym is much too high (24-25 degrees). We were told it can't be changed. Please educate yourself on what a good temperature for training is. The heat in the gym borders on what training makes actually unhealthy and will very negatively impact your recovery. That's a big no for us. A good gym doesn't help if it leaves you completely shattered - we very very often had towels with long black hair on them. It really feels disgusting if you shower and after drying find foreign hair on your body. Staff should really wear hair nets in the laundry. - the body wash and body lotion are of very bad quality. The body wash doesn't really foam which means you need an extreme amount of it, the body lotion doesn't absorb in the skin. - many places around the hotel are hardly lit in the evening which makes walking around really dangerous. I once twisted my ankle really badly because we just didn't see. We used the mobile torch but even that wasn't enough in many places. As we usually stay at Regnum Carya, Maxx Royal or Gloria Serenity in Belek we of course compare to top hotels in Turkey, but also Anda claims to play in the top league and hopefully takes constructive suggestions into account. We would love to come back if prices reflect the difference to a hotel like Regnum. We especially would like to thank Ali Çetiner who took care of our requests before, during and after our stay. Third time at this wonderful hotel… myself and hubby first came in September 2024, then September 2025 and we are currently still here and due to go home 14th September. In all 3 years we have been privileged to stay in Adult Penthouse with Private Pool and I can honestly say that it is well worth the money 🥰 There have been some positive changes since last year, such as the à la carte booking, which operates a no reservation at most. Staff continue to be an absolute delight, especially Nazam on reception, who is an absolute credit to the hotel. The waiting staff serving outside in the buffet are brilliant too. Ipek, that serves at the Adult section beach bar is also extremely proficient and friendly. So attentive. Cleanliness is top notch in this hotel and personally I think the quality and variety of food is outstanding. The only very slight gripe that we had was that this year, there were no spirits in the room but this was counteracted by one night we came back to our room and there were treats of all descriptions and a bottle of chilled Prosecco that we in turn drank on the patio of our room, gazing at the stars! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for young families. Having stayed at IKOS, Mitsis and a couple of other all-inclusive resorts over the years, this year our priority was finding the best possible family experience, particularly for our 7-year-old son. This hotel really delivered. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the choice and quality of food were excellent, and the whole experience felt very well thought out for families. We stayed in a Community Swim Up, which was such a good choice for us. It had a lovely, chilled vibe and gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy our own space without feeling like we needed to be constantly on the go. The kids' facilities are brilliant. We all loved our daily visits to the waterpark, and the evening funfair meant there was always something fun to look forward to. Our son had a fantastic time, but there was also plenty for us as adults to enjoy and plenty of opportunities to relax. And the coffee shop is unbelievable! 😋 We definitely made good use of it throughout our stay. We also booked the Michelin-star dinner while we were there. As it is adults-only, the hotel immediately offered time at the kids' club for our son. It was actually the only time he went to the kids' club during our holiday, so we weren't sure how he'd feel about it. We needn't have worried — we collected a very happy child afterwards, which says a lot about the staff and the experience they provide. There are a couple of small areas that could be improved. The wine offering is house wine only. We're used to having a little more choice, although we knew this before travelling and, to be honest, the wine was perfectly drinkable. A sparkling rosé option would have been a lovely addition, although we certainly enjoyed plenty of cocktails instead! The restaurant reservation system could also be improved. We did manage to visit every restaurant, but it was only with some help from the concierge, who were incredibly helpful in making it happen. One thing that really stood out to us was how accommodating and considerate the hotel was. We accidentally knocked a glass over in our room and it smashed across the floor. The immediate response was to first check that we were all okay and then make sure the room received a thorough deep clean. It was a small incident, but the way it was handled really demonstrated the level of care from the team. We travelled during the peak summer holiday period and were pleasantly surprised that we could always find a sunbed. There was some typical sunbed reservation behaviour, but it was never a major problem. Having our own deck with the swim-up room also meant we never felt the need to get up and out early to secure a spot. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday. This was our first time visiting Turkey and our first experience with the Barut chain, and we couldn't have asked for a better family experience. We would particularly recommend it to families with younger children. The combination of fantastic facilities, friendly staff, great food and plenty of opportunities to relax made it a really memorable holiday for all of us. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay the only fault is booking the restaurants was near on impossible only managed to get in after going to reception to book. This is a shame as they were over half empty every night we walked passed. Kibra and Entas at the adult only pool were absolutely amazing the service was so fast and they work so hard
