Amazing place! Rooms are very clean, staff is so friendly, Food & Service is excellent. Animation Team from Ibo is wonderful every day from the morning until the evening they have a program with sports, games, shows for kids and adults It is an amazing team. Half of september this year we will go back to this hotel as we liked it so much!

Great hotel with good facilities. I wouldn't say it's 5 stars though. The entertainment staff were very friendly. There was a timetable displayed near the reception and the pool. No one informed us about the amphitheatre around the corner. Some of the staff were really friendly, but some weren't. What would help is if they were able to converse in English as trying to communicate was very tricky. The beach was lovely and the staff looked after it well, however there was an issue with the stray dogs and cats. Whilst I like animals, I wasn't very keen on seeing one of the dogs using the front of our beach as its toilet. I reported it to the staff to pick it up but nothing was done. This happened twice. There are children and adults using the beach, and that's something that didn't appeal to me. On the whole, the food was great, lots of variations on starters, mains and desserts. Lots of drinks as well. Might be a great idea for the reception staff to explain a bit more during check in and telling the guests more about the entertainment, where things are etc. The sauna and gym area were nice and had a great vibe to it. Some of the entertainment staff we came across mainly Ava and Alysa were very friendly. The lady near the aqua park who served the drinks and snacks was very friendly too. The beach is lovely but there are pebbles so I would recommend you bring beach shoes as well as sun screen from home as it's extortionate here. Things to look into to get to 5 stars would be: 1. If every staff were able to just say hello to guests (in Turkish or any language) that would really help. 2. While stray dogs can't be really banned, please dedicate some staff who can look at the beach and see if any poo needs clearing up as it's horrible for children to step into it and deal with it. On the whole a very family-friendly hotel, with lots of food and drinks variety, entertainment for the little ones, a mini-club and activities during the day. We loved the darts and aqua aerobics. There's a lovely lobby you can relax in as well after your meals. The aqua park was excellent. I didn't see my boys for a few hours. Lovely area on a pier to relax on. Beautiful weather all around. Great value hotel. Thank you.

We are truly enjoying the amazing service at this hotel. The entire team is dedicated and works nonstop. There is absolutely nothing missing — everything you could possibly want, from food and drinks to entertainment and relaxation, is right here. 🍽️🥂 A special thank you to Esra from the fish à la carte restaurant, who made our experience even more special. 🐟❤️ Granada was simply perfect! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive, and always smiling. It really feels like paradise here! 🌴✨

We have just returned from this hotel as a family from the UK and can honestly say that this hotel can be improved in so many ways. The hotel itself is very much aimed at Turkish visitors, many staff do not speak a word of English or even understand it all making it near impossible to ask about simple things. Food in the buffet was the same every single day, no theme nights or cuisine change for 7 days straight which is very dissapointing for a 5 star hotel. I have been to dozens of all inclusive hotels in so many countries and pretty much all hotels have theme dinner nights. Nothing changed even after speaking to guest relations. No personal touches at all by management or staff, not 1 person asked how our stay was, not even when we checked out. I would not reccomend this hotel as a British family as we felt very isolated.
