The hotel is lovely, and we are having a wonderful time; it is the third day of our vacation, and everything is going smoothly. The service from the waiters is excellent, and Mr. Çağrı, the snack chef, is incredibly friendly and approachable—many thanks to him. Furthermore, the entire place is spotless, and the food is prepared with great care; a big thank you to the team leaders and to Mr. Ali Bulut.

Hi we both had a wonderful weeks holiday our 2nd time returning to this hotel we enjoyed the welcome from all the staff who work so hard to accommodate all your requirements food excellent specially the presentation at both Al-Carte restaurants service top notch also all the bar staff very helpful with your drink requirements rooms very clean and tidy each day good hoping to return next May if a better choice of superior room available keep up all the good work to all the staff to many to mention and spell there names except all guest relations in particular Ozlem and her wonderful team hope to see all again next year thanks Jim & Marilyn

As you enter the hotel it is obvious it had been refurbished. Looks smart. Reception staff polite but we were given no informatiom at all regarding facilities. Some of our group had small rooms with just a window facing a brick wall. Our room was a large, basement conversion with 2 single beds, the ceiling fan was repaired as it was dripping water had reqursted a double. My bedding felt very damp that night. The ground work around the hotel had many potholes etc. Entertainment was very minimal, , lighting to our room was dark and the uneven gound caused me to fall twice, that was the entrance from the side of the hotel, to get to out room from the pool side we had to endure old rickety loose wooden steep steps. The food was very good but every time it was cold.....thank the lord for the microwave. No water on your tables, staff were pleasent however it felt understaffed. Certainly NOT 5 star. None of our rooms appeared as they do in the ads.

Hotel itself was ok but definitely not 5 star as stated more of a 4 . The food was not great as there was choice for us vegetarians but most dishes were cold and bland . Overall the Staff were excellent and they get my 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. Location of the hotel is not ideal as nothing around for couple of miles and about 40 mins walk along the beach . Drinks were good and available 24/7. Bottled water was also provided by the hotel and other issues was most staff just spoke broken English and were hard to communicate with. Also no Staff on hand to give out any information or Advice about local facilities and had to look for it ourselves. Well last bit least is Overall we enjoyed it and inspire of telling them ahead of arrival and on arrival that we were here to celebrate our 43rd Wedding Anniversary not special treatment or even a happy anniversary wishes from any staff. So I am a bit pissed off with this hotels management. That's All Folks .

Nice hotel. the staff are great, so helpful and polite, although, not much English is spoken here.Facilities are good and it is clean. Room was ok. we had problems with the electricity and the safe showed an error when we needed to get our documents out. These issues were swiftly sorted out by the staff. There was a permanent smell like bad plumbing in the entire block of the old part on the third floor, which permeated into the room and was unpleasant on times. Great location, beach is ok, with plenty of sunbeds available, however at the main pool he beds were crammed in together , so very little space and privacy.You had to get there early if you wanted a space of your choice. the usual sunbed problems as with most hotels The downside, was the food. We saw so many positive reviews of the food, but the reality for us was different. It's basically the same dishes every day, and everything seemed to taste the same.Food was often luke warm, and mashed potatoes one evening were cold The drinks however were excellent and came promptly when ordered. Improve the food and this would be an excellent hotel.
