Blue Dreams Resort

Really awful experience. We went at the end of the season expecting a nice quiet family holiday. Instead there was a dental student conference being held in the hotel. Really not impressed as these students were being sick everywhere, fighting, stealing all the food (piling their plates high and not eating it, nothing left for the rest of us) Humongous queues at the bar as these students were ordering cocktails and shots. Absolutely no respect for other hotel guests. If i had known this was going on i would not have come at this time. We were not informed of this student event and i feel very let down as we have paid alot of money for this holiday. Also the rooms are dated and smelly. Food is cold. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!

Had an incredible experience here for a few days. The property was well taken care of and the facilities were top notch. The food was fantastic for each meal and had a wide range of options available. As well, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Burak, who was a fantastic manager who cared for the well being of all his guests. Would definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the resort, absolutely wonderful. Specially the arrangements for my husbands birthday, it was absolutely amazing, the room decorations, birthday cake, ala carte, etc. Everything was just beautiful. Our Special thanks to Samira and Sevcan for organising everything so well and making it especial for us. Thanks to all the staff, everyone were very nice, friendly and helpful. Very happy and satisfied.

Avoid Blue Dreams Resort – Very Disappointing Experience I would not recommend Blue Dreams Resort. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the entertainment was poor, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. Several things in the room were broken, including basic facilities that should have been checked and maintained before guests arrived. It felt as though the hotel had little interest in providing a proper experience for its guests. For a resort of this standard, the level of service and maintenance was simply unacceptable. A holiday should be relaxing, not spent dealing with broken equipment and disappointing service. Save your money and consider other hotels. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. The photos and expectations do not match the reality. I would not return.

What a fabulous time we had at Blue Dreams Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived we were treated like Royalty, with nothing being too much to ask for. All staff were courteous & greeted us with a friendly smile throughout our stay. Our room was lovely & spacious with cleaning being done every day, unless we put the do not disturb sign on the door. The bars & restaurants were great with lots of varieties of food suitable for everyone. We never had to wait in queues for food or drinks at the bars. The guest relations manager Fatma was so lovely, always on hand to answer any questions and again, nothing was too much if you needed anything. The entertainment was varied throughout the week & the entertainment team kept everyone happy & involved if they wanted to be. As a couple in our late 60s the resort was very manageable, a few steep steps but plenty of railings to hold onto & also an elevator if required. We had read some mixed reviews before we arrived, however, for us personally it was a great experience & will be definitely booking to go back next year. Fatma & her team made the whole experience at Blue Dreams Resort & Spa a truly memorable one for us both.
