Blue Dreams Resort

Well to say this is a 5* plus is completely wrong….where to start The room: nice clean but needs better updates with the finishings, mould in the bathroom, skirting boards not fitted properly. Food: breakfast repeat! Lunch: same every day! No order in the dinning room, the lunch room looking over the beach, tables not cleaned we had to ask daily for cutlery. Dinner: madness utter madness…not enough tables and rude staff. Entertainment: Daytime:darts 3/4 times a day, when they did do a water obstacle course the staff jumped the line leaving the kids waiting, in 7 days this was the only fun things for the kids, the kids club is closed allot and caters for 6 under, my daughter aged 9 asked to play darts after 5 min got told to go the kids club which was filled with under 6 year olds. Night time, 2 shows that were entertaining the other shows were just bands or singers, not enough staff at the only bar so long lines for drinks no table service nor comfortable chairs. The round pool bar had 1 member of staff who took no notice of order so after standing waiting patiently you need to ask again to be served as people jumping the line, the longer your here the glasses get smaller day by day! Ride bar staff. Getting to Bodrum is at least 30 min sat in traffic honestly nice place but the drive in the heat is rubbish. All in all I’d say 4* at best! After visiting Turkey for years we were so excited about this place we feel let down and disappointed, I never leave bad reviews but I can’t abide by rudeness, I’ve been frustrated daily and can’t wait to leave, last year we visited Bodrum holiday resort honestly go there much better for families. We won’t be returning

Stay away from this hotel. Don't let the photos fool you. The rooms are in terrible condition and do not even meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. They are extremely old, poorly maintained, and in a very disappointing state. The refrigerator was hidden inside a cabinet and could not be opened properly. The balcony floor was covered with ants. The room safe was locked from the day we arrived, and despite reporting the issue, it was never fixed during our entire stay. In short, if you book a standard room, expect a room that is comparable to a 2-star hotel—or even worse. The public areas and views may look nice, but the standard rooms are completely different from what the promotional photos suggest. I would not recommend this hotel.

We are just leaving blue dreams as a family of 6 (4 x adults and 2 x children). It’s a beautiful place, lots of food and drink options, and the staff are amazing with children, especially Tekin, he is extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Resort is lovely. Workers are very helpful and welcoming (Tekin). Views are breathtaking. Many choices of activities.

We have had such a lovely week at this resort - the staff were so friendly and helpful, they work really hard. Our room was great, spacious and clean, it had everything we needed. My husband was using crutches and Tekin in guest services was so helpful.
