FANTASTIC! From the moment we arrived we felt so relaxed the staff go above and beyond for you (working so hard to make sure you are satisfied) the food is delicious so much choice the cocktails are great too! A few cats are about but they really are harmless and don't do much bother. I recommend it here especially if you have a family! Thank you again DT!

Every time I write a review about coming to this hotel i say we’ve had the best time since our last stay and that couldn’t be truer for this time. What makes this hotel truly special, however, is the people. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make it us feel welcome, and after visiting over several years we genuinely feel like we are coming home again. It really gets harder to leave every time! A special thank you goes to who all who worked so hard to make our holiday our best yet: Ege, Ali, Mahmut, Ebdu, Veysel, Dogan, Ismail, Oguz and so many more! We had the best time ever. We were really impressed with the new menu at the Elixir Snack Bar and the new starters in the main restaurant at dinner. The food was consistently good, we had plenty to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was always freshly cooked. The pool has been remodelled, it looks fantastic and the new sun loungers are also an incredible improvement from what they were! Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard with fresh towels and beds made nicely. It was lovely coming back to a cool room which had been cleaned so well! Thank you all again so much for everything, we can’t wait to see you all again later this year and Mehmet, I can’t wait to beat you at darts next time.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and the standards are nowhere near what I expected from a Hilton property. My friends and I felt unwelcome throughout our stay, and staff frequently spoke about us in Turkish right in front of us, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. From the moment we arrived, there were problems. On our first night, our room wasn't serviced at all. We had to request room service everyday . We had booked the second-largest room, yet there were three of us staying in a tiny room with very little space. We asked to move to a larger room, but the hotel offered no help or solution. Our room’s AC was broken, and one of the sockets it’s been such a problem! The hotel also doesn't allow guests after 6 p.m., which is an unreasonable policy and wasn't made clear before our stay. We had another friend stay in a different hotel who wasn’t allowed in and was also treated horribly by security. Every night when my friends and I returned to the hotel, security would stop our car and question us, making us feel as though we were being singled out. Whereas when other people drove through they were allowed with no problems. The bar staff judged my friends and I for drinking every night, it’s an all inclusive by the way . One of the taxi drivers attempted to scam us and nearly injured my friend by driving off while we were getting out of the car after we refused to pay an unfair fare. Hotel security witnessed what happened but did nothing to help. Later that evening, the bartender joked about the incident, making it obvious that staff had been gossiping about us instead of taking the situation seriously. We also ordered food to the hotel, but reception falsely told us that outside food wasn't allowed. I have never stayed at a hotel with such a policy. When I asked security where our food was after it had already been delivered, they claimed they had never received it. Very few staff members speak English, so be prepared to rely on Google Translate for even the simplest requests. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor, the standards were incredibly low, and we felt unwelcome throughout our stay. As ethnic minority tourists, we received many uncomfortable stares, which added to an already unpleasant experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

This is my second time at this hotel and I was eager to come back until I was told that the room I wanted which I specifically stated in the main building was not available due to - what they say is 100% full occupancy. I was given a room further outside the main building next to tennis courts. The rooms smelled bad. I am a diamond member and stay at hiltons 80-90 days a year all around the world. I have never ever had such experience. I am not coming back to this hotel ever again if they are treating people like me who made Hilton their second home throughout the year. I also had to wait for 30 Minutes when checking in. They gave priority to one of the customers came through a travel agency. It’s not professional.
