Kefaluka

This was our 4th time back to this beautiful place. Just coming back for the 4th time tells you all you need to know really. We love it here, as all my last reviews say, it’s a stunning place, each and every staff member works so hard to make it what it is. Food is always good, I have nothing bad to say. Rooms are still a little dated but the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, showers work beautifully and you just can’t beat the view and who comes on holiday to sit in their room anyway. I understand the the hotel is under new management now this year and speaking to many of the staff who I now know and class as friends they all say it’s much better for them now and they are all a lot happier. I can’t fault the place and Im already looking forward to returning for a 5th time soon. Until next time kefaluka, seni seviyourom and every member of staff that works there.

First visit to this hotel and all we can say is AMAZING!! From check in to check out the service was first class. Staff from managers to cleaners go out of their way to make sure you have the best time. Entertainment staff fabulous & make sure everyone is having a good time. We asked for more English music in the Moonlight Bar and next night the dj played 90% English. Thankyou. Evening shows were fantastic. Dancers, Turkish nights, Acrobatic shows live bands & Masquerade Party (which we sadly missed) We visited the Mexican, Italian and Chinese al a carte restaurants while we where there and the food was exceptionally. Big shout to Ramasam (sorry if spelt incorrectly) who served us in all 3 restaurants. He is a legend and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Main restaurant is fabulous always nice & fresh. There are 3 snack bars during the day plus the patisserie. Ice lollies are available all day out of the freezers doted around. Food & drink was one of the best we have had in an all inclusive. Some of the rooms are out dated but believed these are on the agenda for this year. View from your room is WOW. Fridge is filled with water, soft drinks & beer. All replaced when used. The beach is the best I have encountered in Turkey. White sands decking, 3 jettys with sunbeds. If you have children there is loads for then to do and the kids club looked to be very good. Stayed in higher rated hotels in Turkey and I have to be honest and this is one of the best. We have already spoken to our travel agent to rebook. Well-done to all the Kefeluka team you are all doing an amazing job.

We are a family of 5 with mixed aged teens and first time visiting Turkey. We had such an amazing holiday and Kefaluka didn’t disappoint. Firstly we were upgraded to a villa. The staff especially the waiters, and entertainment team were beyond friendly, professional and genuinely really nice people. I would like to especially mention Vaco who works in entertainment. He was the nicest, friendliest and funniest member of the team, look out for him as he will make you feel welcome and happy and ensure you have a good time. The beach and decking were lovely. The pool very nice and clean. The service from the bars, ice cream, pools, hotel, star bucks, coffee shop, room service, mini bar, all AMAZING! The waiters working around offering cocktails all day, an extra bonus, miss those poolside cocktails. You went above and beyond for ALL hotel clients and we couldn’t ask for anymore. The food was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff didn’t stop ensuring we were happy and content at all times. The entertainment programme was fabulous and we enjoyed live shows and music and pool parties, form parties and water polo and volleyball and so much more, it’s genuinely endless. The hotel was clean, toilets always refreshed and kept up with high standards as the overall experience did. The grounds, well kept and beautiful in parts. The sunset and views, beautiful. We will definitely return and thank the hotel for such a beautiful blessing to stay there.

Perfect! Everything is wonderful. The hotel is very modern. Service is good. Food is delicious.

We booked this hotel via travel agency. After I booked it - I went to booking to check the reviews. When I read the negative comments - I wanted to pull back the transaction and change the hotel. On our luck - we could not change the hotel. We were were sceptical. BUT - thanks GOD we did not change the hotel. I am not sure who is writing the reviews - is it the competition fake profiles or someone really unhappy in general - but Kefaluka - was so far - the best hotel we have stayed in. The food - very fresh, so much choice, so healthy, tons of different salads and meze. Meat was perfectly done. Staff - I want to say excellent HR hotel has. The staff was polite, friendly always ready to help. Rooms perfect. Honestly - I do not want to go in details as it will take forever - but Kefaluka is amazing ! Do not take in consideration the negative comments on booking.
