Our Best Family Vacation at Kefaluka! This was one of those vacations where you understand from the very first minute that everything is perfect. The Kefaluka Resort pleasantly surprised us in every way. I would like to specifically mention its fantastic location: for us, it was very important to get to the hotel quickly after our flight, and its proximity to the airport was a huge advantage. But the hotel's main treasure is its grounds. They are simply enormous, incredibly well-kept, and lush; walking around there is an absolute pleasure. The food here is top-notch! It wasn't just tasty, but also diverse and high-quality every single day. We loved absolutely everything. And the beach and pools deserve special praise. The sea is crystal clear, the water entry is comfortable, and there were always enough sun loungers available. The pools are also excellent, suitable for both adults and children. But the real secret of this place is its soul, created by the entertainment team. We've never experienced such fun and care anywhere else! It's truly a joyful and comfortable place for the whole family. Our vacation with the kids turned out to be the best ever, all thanks to them. Children of all ages had something to do every minute: - Busra — she is simply an incredible girl, very kind and responsive. All the children were drawn to her, and she was genuinely happy to make every new friend. - Fatma — sweet, smiling, and so caring, a true second mom for the little ones. - Kader — an amazing organizer! Thanks to her, we discovered many new things: engaging creative activities, team games, and even relaxing yoga sessions. We wish the hotel continued development and prosperity! It's so fun here and this is the second we came here and the kid club it's so good and also all the stuff. They are so very nice for the kids. For playing painting al activities what they have. fatma and busra kadr they so good 👍 😁❤️❤️❤️

We stayed at Kefaluka Resort in Bodrum and unfortunately had an extremely upsetting experience. During our stay, my wife and our two children, aged 13 and 10, became seriously ill with vomiting, diarrhoea and fever. One of our children is 13 years old and has special needs, which made the situation even more difficult for our family. On the fourth day of our stay, I also became ill with the same symptoms. As a result, our family spent approximately five out of the six days of our reservation ill and confined to our hotel room. We were unable to enjoy our holiday and spent our time doing nothing other than taking medication and trying to recover sufficiently to be fit to fly home. We believe the illness may have been caused by food consumed at the hotel, as this was the only food we ate during our stay. I made a formal complaint directly to the hotel manager and explained the seriousness of what had happened to our family. I also told him that I intended to make a complaint to the relevant health authorities in Bodrum. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed by the response and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Despite explaining the situation and the impact it had on our family, I felt that no meaningful action was taken. For a resort of this size and standard, we expected much better when dealing with a serious health complaint affecting an entire family. Five out of six days of our holiday were effectively ruined by illness. This review is based on our personal experience. We cannot recommend Kefaluka Resort based on what happened to our family and, equally importantly, the way our formal complaint was handled afterwards.
