Kefaluka

This was our 3rd trip with a few years gap between. Each time we have been it has been a different holiday experience. The first time (11 years ago) our kids were kids and we had a fabulous family holiday. The next time we came was in 2023 and the kids came with us as young adults and it was a great grown up party holiday. This time 2026 it was me and the hubby….a couples holiday! We had a really relaxing but fun time too. The entertainment at this resort is so much fun and they really look after all guests. However they invite you to take part but understand if you prefer to just sit by the pool. There is so much food options in the buffet and we did two Alecarts the Fish and the Mexican. The whole staff team in restaurants, bars, cleaning areas are so friendly and welcoming. The hotel has been updated in so many ways and they are always keeping everywhere clean. Special shout out to the happy man who cleans and chats to everyone around the pool everyday. Couldn’t understand everything he said but he always has a smile ,a thumbs up and is a credit to The Kefaluka. We have been to Turkey 8 times over the years and The Kefaluka is the only hotel we have ever been back too. My husband is very fussy and what was lovely, while we were there this time was to hear him say “I Love it here!” We will come back again and are so grateful for all the happy memories The Kefaluka has created for us. During our stay we met all the animation team who included us in all the activities we wished to participate in. We’ve had great fun while at this hotel, made even better by Kaan, Yigit, Ege and sevgi. The hotel itself is incredible and feels like a town within the hotel. The restaurants are great and so are all the waiters. Thank you Kefaluka, you have been a dream.

Horrendously loud music and entertainment all day and night, there's no respite and it can be heard all across the other side of the bay. Also an ugly looking hotel, very drab grey colour.

Absolutely outstanding hotel the rooms are spacious and clean only downside balconies are small. Mini fridge filled daily with water beer and fizzy drinks. The shower is so good, toiletries provided also. Food is good and plenty of it you will not go hungry here,snack bars which do burgers chips, pizza, doner, salads, patisserie, pancake house , and à la carte restaurants we went to the Mexican which was really nice. Starbuck is onsite in reception area, this is included in the all inclusive, has lots of bars to choose from the drinks are good and alcohol is branded I can’t comment on the wine as I don’t drink it. Batman Eren Alan in lobby bar was great, really good barman and very friendly, along with the rest of the them in that bar. Has a sports bar which on same floor has a cinema, bowling, pool, shooting not all included in all inclusive. Beach is really nice plenty of sunbeds and a big jetty, views are stunning and crystal clear sea. Pool towels included. The pool area is very clean lovely big pool with bar in centre (not a swim up bar) one heated pool, by slides which go into another pool, jacuzzi bit as well, and a water park for children (and grown ups) big play park for kids also, football pitch & tennis courts. Animation team are outstanding very friendly and work hard evening shows where so good we have been to Turkey a lot and this was the best we’ve seen. During day they do standard things, volleyball, water polo, Zumba, archery etc There are no shops outside of hotel you can get a taxi into Turgutreis which was a set price of 650 lira took about 10-15 mins. There is a barbershop, jewellers, and another shop in hotel. We have no complaints about this hotel at all and would go again if the price was right!
