LABRANDA TMT Bodrum Resort

Hotel was so good we had so enjoy time we enjoy the sun around the pool and anination team always invited us so much activities like zumba , dart , aqua gym , etc thanks for that and also they have evening programme everyday such as dj performance , 80s-90s party , karaoke.. thank u again Dogukan Sofia Busra and nazli love u

My wife and i have been to Bodrum several times over the last 20 or so years but never to a hotel so close to the centre. The location to Bodrum centre is superb. About a 15 minute walk along a road past the port which isn't very well lit at night but pretty none the less. We found this area on our last day, and had we known about it sooner we would have gone there more often. There are lots of bars and restaurants and a really vibrant atmosphere. Nothing like Labranda TMT. There are a few things right with Labranda TMT.........but lots more that were wrong. This hotel was/is advertised as 5 star plus. It certainly isn't. Positives........location, view, gardens, and some staff....Aydan especially was helpful and always smiling. She is an asset to the hotel. Ridvan also in the restaurant. Very good at his job. Tuncay on reception was helpful and his command of English was better than my Turkish. The pool area and gardens were kept spotless by the hard working staff who usually dont get a mention but they played their part in some of our holiday being lovely. Negatives (there ARE a lot i'm afraid......quite an aggressive sales pitch by the Spa team when you go for your pool towels in the morning (first day only). There are rooms in a block on the other side of the road which is accessed by a bridge and we found that some residents with mobility issues had real concerns with this area. The food was terrible with main choices being chicken or liver. The liver was usually dressed up as something in a wrap or "beef with vegetables". Boiled Brussell sprouts was a regular in the morning and pureed potatoes was a frequent option. Onion rings, chicken nuggets or schnitzel served outdoors at the grill were not grilled. The queue for the grill was quite long because the food was hot, not something that could be said for the main buffet....... Salads, cold meats and bread were fresh and tasty but you expect more than this from a 5 star plus. Moving on. No beers in the mini bars in the room. Only Tuborg lager throughout the hotel and local spirits only, no premium brands at all and only one option each for the red, rosé and white wines...oh and by the way, it's advertised with four bars but only one was open when we we there and the main area for "entertainment", the Paradiso was terrible. It was like a cattle shed with too few tables and chairs for the amount of residents and too few staff serving. I appreciate we went at the start of their season but at least have those things that you advertised "up and running" for people. Ice creams between 2 and 6 pm. God help you if you or your kids want one outside of these times although thankfully there was a mini market just across the road where we could get beer, ice creams and some decent wine to rtake back to the hotel. There was also a Migros supermarket just around the beach front area near the port (5minute walk). Next.......no bed linen change for 6 days until we approached reception to ask house keeping to do something. Toilet rolls were few and far between as was a towel change. Two days before we were due to come home we had the housekeeping lady floating about to try and get a tip from us. On the day of our departure as we took our cases to reception she was waiting in the corridor and was walking into the room as we were walking out.... The beach frontage of the hotel is quite pretty and the decking area and sunbeds were good although at the far end of the deck past the Dive boat, there is a manmade sandy area with astroturf to give a more "beachy" impression. Unfortunately the hotel cats use the sandy area as a litter tray so there would have been a few "surprises" in the sand for guests using that area. My wife and i are of an age where when spending a chunk of money on a holiday......you expect "As good as you own home or better". Labranda TMT did not meet the standard. There is so much potential for this hotel and i'm sure with the right management it could achieve it but i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room (after we requested a move to a room with a double bed) was 3224 which was across from reception and away from the Paradiso bar which was a blessing. There are more things that i could go into but i will sound petty and picky so i'll leave the review there as i feel there is plenty there to go on. Sorry.

We had an amazing time there. Excellent Service. I travel a lot. I have to say this place topped it all as far as the service. Front desk people were very helpful. At the restaurant I have to say Aydan made our day with her sweet smiles, unfortunately I don’t know everyone’s names to mention it but overall very pleased. Rooms were a little old but that’s not going to stop us from going back.

Stayed here with my family from May 24-27 From the very first day, the welcome staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel atmosphere was good and well worth the price. The restaurant and food were excellent, even though it could do with a bit more variety. The waiters and waitresses were always there and ready to serve—most especially Aydan, who was extremely helpful and made our stay feel really special. The atmosphere around the pool and beach areas is excellent and offers good value for money. While the hotel rooms are kept clean, they could use some modernization. Overall, TMT is a good hotel— ideal for a family getaway, and for anyone who wants an enjoyable stay in Bodrum at a reasonable price.

Hotel room sorted quickly with the help of Ceylin from guest relations and med the hotel rep both are very helpful and always have a smile and also Aydan and nilsu from the bar and the restaurant who both stood out with their smiles and helpfulness
