Myself, I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing, everyone is nice, the location, weather, restaurants (especially the fact that there’s a lot of them) - everything was perfect. But I couldn’t rest because of my family, who actually hated our stay in the hotel. We had a butler, who we called Chacha, who helped us during our stay. He is an amazing person, and he did nothing wrong to be treated by my family like a piece of trash. I had a good relationship with him, I tried my best to support him because I was almost the only one who was understanding through was he was going with such guests like my family. And because of my family, I understood that I might be hated to by the hotel, because I was living in the same room as them. I remember one morning, when I went to the restaurant which was not far from our room ALONE, and I remember telling the receptionist of that restaurant to not hate me, because I’m not a type of person (and never planned to be like that) who would behave like that to everyone who works in this hotel. I am deeply sorry that I couldn’t do anything myself during that moment, I remember crying myself because I had thoughts that everyone was hating also me, when I did nothing wrong. My family did. We were staying at this hotel from 5 to 18th (?) of July, I left with my mom and my siblings the 15th of July. My name is Amelia (Amieliia), and we stayed for the birthday of my godmother, Ivanna. I am almost certain that the hotel banned us, and I clearly understand the reason for that, but I would like to come back to this hotel myself, without my family members, maybe in few years or so, because I really liked it, but I couldn’t enjoy because of what my family members were doing and I hope that none of them will see this message.If you want, you (the hotel) can write me back (ameliyanirian@gmail.com). Thanks for being nice with me and with my rude family members, and I wish that you never have this type of clients at your hotel ever again. You (especially our butler Chacha) don’t deserve such treatment to yourself. That was inhuman to me. I’m so sorry again for what my family did, and I wish you all best. Lujo Bodrum’s staff lies, its facilities are dirty and basic, and it is totally unsuitable for families. Rooms / restaurants stink and the water supply runs brown / yellow even after running faucets for 30+ minutes. Rooms aren’t soundproof and loud music plays till 2am. Restaurants aren’t all open all the time leaving poor choice for food. Entertainment schedule is not what is claimed. Kids club is only accessible if you speak Russian. We experienced rude staff, further lies from supposedly senior managers, and service far below the quality expected for the price point. After complaining we were moved into a better villa for the final 1.5 days, but this also had broken facilities (eg the jacuzzi bath was blocked), several bedrooms smelled like raw sewage, and again wasn’t luxurious once you look beneath the thin veneer of how it looks. Overall this experience was unacceptable for the money we have paid. Despite this the hotel only offers unspecified “privileges” for future stays, rather than any real compensation. No one in their right mind would choose to stay at this hotel let alone return!

We just came with our 3 children to Lujo hotel in Bodrum last week of October in a villa with private pool in all inclusive rate. For the moment it's the best 5* hotel we did with our family for the following reasons : - All outdoor pools including the main ones, the water slides one and our villa one were heated. At this time of the year it was our first criteria and it's very rare in Europe. - The all inclusive formulae is A la carte it means in the 4 restaurants that were open (2 for the breakfast) you eat like in a real restaurant. It's not buffet. Ex you have Benedict Eggs for breakfast if you want, sushi sashimis for dinner. And food was always very well cooked. All bars same. And pastry corner too. - It's a big hotel with plenty of space, and the beach is beautiful with lot of sunbeds and cabanas. The big différence that makes it 5* is you have a lot of sunbeds with towels ready on it you dont need a ticket, you dont need to run the morning to book you sunbeds. There are enough,. You arrive, a person is putting your towels and someone comes to propose you a drink, that's 5*. - Villa was beautiful with plenty of space, all needed, you want a king size bed you have it, we slept very well, beds were excellent. - Service, all people were very very nice and caring about you. Means you need something you have it immediately. With the villa we had a very nice concierge available for anything, you send a message and you have a buggy to bring you to the restaurant for ex on the minutes. - Family, kids club was very big with consoles, pc gaming, nice activities, music room, games . And water splash was big enough with a huge one starting in a cabin quite crazy. And water sports too. - Transfer to the hotel is included with villa and you have someone that comes with you into the airport with a priority pass to bypass the queue and bring you to the lounge. Never seen that before. So would say the only thing is you need to take the all inclusive rate because price for food in bed & breakfast is very expensive separately. Second thing is to go down to the beach from the villa you are a bit high but that's ok there are elevators that you can take or not a problem by 5mn walk. Sincerely big up, beautiful hotel.
