I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, the rooms are old. Moving to another room is a nightmare. They pretend to be helpful, but imagine it takes a day to move from one corner to another!!! Golf cars, assistant, keys... Horrible... No supervisor or manager is helpful... The restaurants act like they're on holiday, but we're not. We can't get our reservations along with our plans, they say they'll plan and do it, I've never had such a stressful holiday in my life. No solutions, no hospitality. They only do marketing with nice photos

We had an incredible stat at Lujo Bodrum. The staff were very helpful and the service was excellent - they couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond. In particular Dennis and Zahanna were great. You are added to a WhatsApp group on arrival with your allocated joy advisors who are there to assist you during your stay and this makes everything very easy , from arranging restaurant reservations, to any queries you may have during your stay. The food was delicious, all restaurants are a la carte , we went early in the season meaning only 2 restaurants were open in the evening (plus Gugu beach club during the day) however , there was still plenty of choice and variety between these. Lots of areas of sunbath and relax , we particularly liked the beach club and the pier.

Writing this message after returning home, as unfortunately our concerns were not properly addressed during our stay. We chose Lujo hotel as a family, investing both our time and budget, but our experience was disappointing. Due to the group guests, we struggled to receive proper service and often felt overlooked. Being repeatedly asked if we were part of a group made us uncomfortable, and communication was difficult as some staff members could not speak English. We also experienced a noise issue in our room, likely related to the groups, and the response was delayed. What disappointed us most was the lack of a helpful and solution oriented approach, we did not feel the level of hospitality we expected. There are many alternatives at a similar price point that offer a higher level of comfort and service. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations of true hospitality
