Terrible Experience – Do Not Book This Hotel This hotel was closing for the end of the season, and it felt like they had already stopped caring about their guests. Before our arrival, we had booked several à la carte restaurants. However, nobody informed us that these restaurants would be closed. We only discovered this when we arrived at the restaurant itself. The children’s area with the slides was also partially closed, which was another disappointment that was never mentioned before booking. Our room experience was even worse. We had to move rooms four times because of severe sewage problems and terrible smells. Instead of solving the issue, the hotel kept moving us from one problematic room to another. Only the fourth room was finally acceptable. The biggest issue started when I accidentally left my wallet at the hotel. To be fair, the hotel immediately contacted me via WhatsApp and informed me that they had found my wallet. The staff member was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, we had already boarded our flight home from Turkey. I contacted the hotel and asked if they could send my wallet to me. I offered to pay all shipping and handling costs myself. Surprisingly, repeated they refused. After several emails, the answer was still “no.” Only after my wife posted a review about our experience did the hotel suddenly contact us and agree to send the wallet. This made it seem as though action was only taken when a negative review was involved. They even asked us to remove the review once the wallet had supposedly been sent. Weeks passed, and there was still no wallet. When I requested tracking information, I received no response. After numerous emails and mentioning that I would involve the police, I received a shocking reply: they claimed the wallet belonged to someone else. This made no sense because they had previously sent me photos of the wallet containing my own driver’s licence. Later, they informed me that the employee responsible had been dismissed and that they no longer knew where my wallet was. After many more emails, I asked either for my wallet to be returned or for reimbursement of the costs involved, including replacing my documents, cash, and wallet, which totalled approximately €300. Eventually, I received an email from the manager, Mr. Ulken Yildirim. He assured me that everything would be resolved and that I would be reimbursed as soon as management approved the payment. That was over three months ago. Now, almost six months later, I still have neither my wallet nor any compensation. All I have received are promises that were never fulfilled. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future guests. Do not book this hotel. The biggest disappointment was not the room problems or the closed facilities. It was the fact that the hotel repeatedly promised to resolve the situation but never kept its word.

We are currently staying at Vogue Supreme as a large group of guests and feel compelled to share our extremely disappointing experience regarding the overall service level at the hotel. The service in the restaurant is very poor. Tables are not properly attended to — cutlery and glasses are not refreshed unless guests explicitly ask, and even basic attention from staff is missing. Drinks take an unreasonably long time to arrive, often requiring multiple reminders. Bar service is also very limited. There are almost no snacks available, and the cocktail selection is far from what would be expected from a resort of this category. Wi-Fi connection is highly unstable and disconnects every 30 minutes. Even after reporting the issue at reception and having it “reconfigured”, the problem remains completely unresolved. Our initial accommodation in the villas was unacceptable — the condition of the rooms was very poor, with outdated and damaged interiors. After requesting a better room and being shown a superior option in the main hotel (with a wardrobe), we paid an additional fee. However, we were then placed in a different, lower-quality room than the one we were shown. Luggage delivery took an extremely long time and lacked coordination. Any request at reception requires 30–40 minutes to process. Every day, multiple simple issues turn into long waiting periods. Staff often simply sit and type on the computer while guests wait without updates or clear communication, which is extremely frustrating. Today we requested scissors in advance due to an urgent need to cut medication packaging for a child. We waited nearly 50 minutes for delivery. Food quality is also inconsistent and in some cases unacceptable, with several meals appearing to be of poor or even spoiled quality. Overall, this experience is especially disappointing considering we are a large group of guests and expected a much higher standard of service, efficiency, and hospitality. At this point, the entire group is deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the level of service provided.

We paid 450£/ a night for the worst service ever, hotel is wayyyy overpriced when you pay that much money you would expect a 5 star hotel but none at all, the family rooms where big but not that luxury lots of tacky work done inside, open arrival in our room the mini bar was empty, no room slippers were provided no mugs or glasses in the room no iron, no tv remote, I requested a baby coat it wasn’t there it was 5 of us they only gave 2 towels, we asked for all this to be fixed no one took it seriously only after 2 nights they started to bring things along, stayed for 5 nights not even one day been able to have a hot shower because they have hot water problem that they didn’t seem that they do care about fixing it, at the dining restaurant it’s chaotic the staff arguing in front of the guests, by the time we are able to find a table to sit down the food goes cold and when we find a table we had to clean it ourselves because rarely anyone is around to do their job, none of the staff looked happy or welcoming everybody was hating their job you could feel a lot of tension in the atmosphere, a lots of cars and trucks carrying work at the hotel I was always worried about my kids running around and felt like I’m in construction site, couldn’t enjoy any outdoor places because everyone was smoking crazy even with babies around it would have been great if the hotel thought about none smokers and reserved a place for them in the beach or terraces, and the big shock and disappointment it was candy land, only few rides were included but the rest you have to buy separate tickets and I was shocked that the food and drinks you have to pay for, 5£ a small popcorn 😤 anyway I’ll never waist my money over there again last year with half the price we had an unforgettable holiday in Antalya at kirman sidera hôtel so next time I’ll do a smarter choice and don’t fool for the social media trends
