Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum

I have been Fistan restaurant twice and it is absuletly amazing restaurant. Staff is kind and very helpful. I have been many Turkish restaurant around the world. Fistan is one of the best one. I really enjoyed from starter to desert. I highly recommend Fistan if you visit Vogue hotel in Bodrum.

Great for families. Great staff

I rarely write negative reviews, but unfortunately this hotel completely ruined our family vacation. It is nowhere near the standard of a five-star resort. The service throughout the hotel was extremely poor. Staff were generally unfriendly and made us feel as though they were doing us a favor instead of providing a service we had paid for. There was virtually no table service—you have to get almost everything yourself. The “all-inclusive” package was also misleading. We were surprised to discover that the à la carte restaurants were not included, which was very disappointing for a resort that advertises itself as premium. There were also several operational issues: * One of the elevators was out of service for more than five days, resulting in extremely long waiting times. * The shuttle to Candy Land was constantly overcrowded. Guests had to compete just to get a seat, and no staff member was there to organize or assist. * The lobby was always crowded, had no air conditioning, and became very uncomfortable. * The lobby bar even switched off the lights at midnight while many guests were still sitting there. As a family with young children, we also found the room design unsafe. The minibar was not enclosed inside a cabinet, making it very easy for children to open it and remove items. The safety box was also left exposed and installed at a low height instead of being secured inside a cabinet. The most frustrating part of our stay happened when we decided to extend our vacation. We booked an additional night, paid for it, and our extension was confirmed. Then, on what should have been our fourth day, the hotel called us and informed us that there was no availability in the main hotel and that we would have to move to a room in Candy Land for the same rate we had already paid. This is completely unacceptable. Once a reservation has been confirmed and paid for, guests should not be forced to relocate because of the hotel’s own overbooking or operational issues. If I were to mention every issue we experienced, I would need another two days to write. The only positive aspect of this hotel is the beach, which is beautiful. Unfortunately, a nice beach cannot make up for poor service, poor organization, and a disappointing guest experience. I would not return, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a genuine five-star experience
