Voyage Torba

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Voyage Torba. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, the food and drinks are of a very high standard, and the level of service throughout the resort is truly impressive. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your holiday without having to worry about anything. A very special thank you to Natali and Amina, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. They were always available, attentive, kind and incredibly professional. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and their personal attention really made a difference to our experience. This level of service is exactly what makes a beautiful hotel become a memorable one. We leave Voyage Torba with wonderful memories and will definitely be happy to return. We have spent a week at the voyage torba and what an incredible experience. We had the private swim up room which was beautiful. We came to the same pool each day and Harun was simply outstanding nothing was to much to ask he was constantly offering us drinks and snack by day 2 he new our order and would have them over to our bed as soon as he seen us lay the towels on the bed. He was so so polite and friendly always had a smile on his face. He was bringing ice creams and fruit for the children all day long taking his own innitiatve we missed him on his day off as the other staff members were not as good as him he was great. Every hotel needs a Harun.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Voyage Torba. The staff working there made us feel really welcome and cared for from the moment of greeting on arrival till the moment of waving “till we meet next”. We had very responsive and friendly guest relations managers - Leyla and Afag- who were there at any time of the day to take care of all our requests. We truly enjoyed our daily yoga practice with Iryna, who is not only a very good sports coach, but also very kind and friendly person. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day by a very friendly Zhanly. Restaurants, bars and patisserie are beyond compliments both for quality and variety of food and level of service. Big THANKS to the entire team of Voyage Torba for making our holidays very relaxing and enjoyable.

I am very much excited to say big big thanks to the hotel great personal managers Amina and Natali! The hotel itself was the right place for pre school last mini break, but with the assistance of these two ladies became seamless and almost perfect. Breakfast/Lunch/ Evening dining - all at very high level. We are looking to be back next summer!

Having stayed at Voyage Torba from July 11th to 28th across the Sıraevler and Lagoon villas, our experience this year was unfortunately marked by deep disappointment due to the conduct of our assigned guest assistants, Barış and Ahmet. Throughout our stay, we encountered a pervasive lack of transparency and honesty regarding our requests. A major highlight of our trip—a birthday celebration—was arranged in a manner far below the high standard set during our previous visit. The situation culminated on our final day when we requested a late check-out. Having independently confirmed that our villa was unoccupied, we were told it was fully booked. Upon challenging this, we were informed that the next guest was arriving within the hour. When I revealed that I already knew the room was empty, rather than offering a sincere apology, the assistant demanded to know the source of my information. To lecture a guest for two hours on the inner workings of the tourism industry simply to avoid fulfilling a straightforward request—and to respond to valid feedback with dishonesty rather than accountability—is entirely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Despite these significant service failures, several outstanding staff members truly made our stay special, and they deserve our highest praise: Can & Aleyna (Lagoon Bar): Consistently went above and beyond with their warmth, attentiveness, and dedicated care, crafting an unforgettable beach experience for our family. İnanç (Angelina Beach): Provided exceptional, seamless service, ensuring our comfort throughout our days by the water. Hayriye (Housekeeping): Kept our accommodations spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained with meticulous attention to detail. Ms. Gülşah: Offered extraordinarily thoughtful care regarding my daughter’s dietary requirements. Her meticulous attention gave our family complete peace of mind, making a profoundly positive difference in our stay. We were also pleased to see the thoughtful design updates to the Kids Club and the addition of the Teen Club, both of which represent wonderful progress for family stays. At Degusto Restaurant, the culinary offerings and service were noticeably improved and superior to the service levels experienced at the A La Carte venues. Lastly, due to our initial disappointing encounters, we chose not to utilize the photography services this year. Voyage Torba possesses extraordinary assets, beautiful facilities, and remarkable staff members who embody true hospitality. However, the unprofessional conduct and complete lack of integrity from our guest assistants severely compromised what should have been a flawless luxury experience. We share this feedback in the earnest hope that management takes immediate action to restore the high standards of trust and transparency guests rightfully expect.
