Voyage Torba

The best hotel we have stayed at in Turkey. Everything is of the highest standard. Their commitment to guest relations deserves the highest praise. We spent a week-long vacation there with our two children. One of our sons has been diagnosed with celiac disease, and the way he was looked after far exceeded our greatest expectations. Not only are gluten-free meal options available, but dishes can also be prepared according to a child’s specific preferences—such as fries, pasta, pizza, breaded chicken, and more. Simply fantastic!!! The TUGI Kids World is another highlight where children can feel like they are in paradise. It offers a wide variety of activities, numerous board games, and the chance to build with LEGO bricks—an experience we haven’t encountered anywhere else. The overall level of cleanliness is excellent, and the abundance and variety of food are so extensive that there simply isn’t enough time to try everything. The hotel certainly deserves the highest possible rating, as it meets the expectations of even the most demanding guests.

This is our second trip to Voyage Torba. Everything was great. Our assistants Orhan & Ezgi were so helpful answering all questions and making our dinner reservations. My 2 boys begged to go to kids club everyday which they never normally do. Ozan was great at helping find the boys something they liked if the scheduled chasing their favourite. We also really appreciated attention Ismail gave us at the 24 hr restaurant. It was our favourite breakfast spot.

This is our second time visiting Bodrum, and we’ve had another wonderful holiday at Voyage Torba. We honestly don’t want to go home! The staff here are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They also handle unexpected situations promptly and efficiently, which we really appreciate. We visited during the October half-term Halloween holiday, and the weather was fantastic. Two of the swimming pools were heated, as was the children’s water park, which was also open during our stay. The Kids’ Club staff deserve a special mention. They are caring, dedicated, and responsible, and our children absolutely love spending time there and taking part in all the activities. The Kids’ Club offers childcare from 9 a.m. until midnight, which is a huge plus for families with young children. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Before our trip, we read many reviews praising the food, so we had high expectations. Unfortunately, we didn’t find the variety particularly impressive, and the food selection was largely the same throughout our six-day stay. There also wasn’t a great variety of activities for adults, and the evening entertainment was a little underwhelming, with no particularly impressive shows or special performances. Overall, Voyage Torba is a wonderful choice for families, especially those travelling with children. It’s ideal for people who enjoy a relaxing, peaceful holiday rather than a lively atmosphere with lots of entertainment. Despite a few shortcomings, we’ve had a lovely stay and would certainly remember the excellent service and fantastic Kids Club!

Far exceeded our expectations — already booked to return! We travelled as a couple from England and stayed in a Lagoon room at Voyage Torba. From start to finish, the whole experience far exceeded our expectations. This is easily the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Turkey. The all-inclusive offering feels truly premium. The drinks were amazing, the service was fantastic, and the staff were consistently polite, welcoming and accommodating. We mainly ate in the à la carte restaurants and absolutely loved them. They’re well worth the money, and we’ll happily pay to use them when we return with the children next year, as we’ll be staying in more standard rooms. We only visited the buffet once for breakfast, which was also very good, but with the 24-hour à la carte restaurant and poolside snack service, we barely needed it! The Lady Gaga night was incredible — it genuinely felt like a proper show you’d pay to see in London! As we were only there for a few days, we didn’t get to see much of the other entertainment, but we’re really looking forward to enjoying more when we return. The spa was another highlight. We had a lovely Turkish bath and massage for two, which made our stay feel even more special. A very special mention has to go to our assistant, Serkan — the best in the business! He really went above and beyond for us, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We absolutely adored him, and by the end of the holiday, he felt like a friend. We’re really hoping he’ll be looking after us again next year. We loved it so much that we booked again as soon as we arrived home, this time for a family holiday next October. We were so impressed with this hotel. The staff here are exceptional and nothing is any trouble, the service is the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The personal assistants, bar staff by the pools/beach and restaurant staff are all amazing. Big shout out to Ilayda for making our kids feel so welcome and special. The guys around the beach and heated pools are so attentive and will get you anything you want. The food is also excellent and I highly recommend the steak à la carte restaurant with incredible service and the mexican à la carte is also fantastic. The staff in the 24 hour restaurant at breakfast were also very accommodating. Great selection of cocktails too. The heated pool was a massive plus for us as we visited in shoulder season so the kids really enjoyed the pool. The beach was also really nice and relaxing with crystal clear water and plenty of sunbeds. Nighttime entertainment was very good and we watched a couple of great shows while we were there. Rooms were cleaned very well but I did notice a couple of maintenance issues in the rooms that needed a little tlc but nothing major. Design and layout of the hotel works really well, it’s very compact and the 2 storey buildings make the whole place feel like a village rather than a large scale hotel.
