Excellent location, very good atmosphere, everything very clean, very good amenities. Excellent food and service! Some improvements to the beverage list - wines, rums, for example- would increase the satisfaction level even more. Our assistants, Afag and Leyla, were truly dedicated and provided exceptional assistance!

We visited this hotel in May as a family of four, two adults in our late 20s and our parents, and overall had an enjoyable stay at a decent price. The weather was lovely, although we did need a jacket in the evenings. Facilities & location: The resort is a really nice size. The facilities are spread out without feeling too large, and everything is easily walkable which is great for families. We mainly spent our time at the beach, either on the grass or along the promenade, and had no problem finding comfortable sunbeds when arriving around 9–10am. The beach itself was in great condition and the sunbeds were particularly comfortable. The main pool did get quite busy, especially with families (we did not sit around it), although there are a few other pools around the resort. These weren’t heated when we visited, but I imagine they help spread people out during the busier summer months. There was plenty of entertainment, including evening shows and various activities. My sister particularly enjoyed the paddleboard safari. The waterslides were also great fun, although we did notice there wasn’t a lifeguard monitoring the top of every slide, there was only one covering the top two slides. The gym was a decent size for a hotel gym, although it could get quite busy between around 7:30–9:30am. Lots of classes but the timings did not suit us. The hotel is also close to the village of Torba. I enjoyed going for a run locally and found a trail with some beautiful views, so there are opportunities to explore beyond the resort too. Rooms: Our first impression of the rooms was slightly disappointing. We were allocated a ground-floor room, which meant it was quite dark and our garden didn’t really get any sun. The beds were also quite hard. That said, the room itself was a good size and spacious, and our block was in a very convenient location. The air conditioning was also adequate. If visiting during the summer, I would personally request an upstairs room if possible, particularly if having a sunny outdoor space is important to you. Bars: The cocktails were a real highlight of the holiday. There was a great selection and, in our opinion, the cocktails were better than those we’ve had at some ultra-all-inclusive luxury hotels in Europe, including some we’ve visited in the past (including Ikos). Being able to order cocktails on the beach and have them served in proper glasses was also a lovely touch. Restaurants & food: There are lots of places to eat and drink throughout the resort, including a sweet treat bar, juice bar and coffee shop. We didn’t use the main buffet, so can’t comment on that. Our favourite place for breakfast and lunch was the fish restaurant. The views were fantastic and the atmosphere was much more relaxed than some of the busier restaurant areas. The quality of the food was generally good and we enjoyed many of our meals, although we did find the restaurant choices became somewhat repetitive during the week for vegetarians. We felt that vegetarian and vegan options were quite limited overall, and there wasn’t any food you could order to the beach. Unfortunately, food allergies and dietary requirements were the biggest disappointment of our stay. One member of our group has a severe, anaphylactic allergy, and on multiple occasions food was served contaminated or incorrectly prepared, meaning they couldn’t safely eat it. This made mealtimes quite stressful and we had to speak to staff about the issue several times. The Teppanyaki in particular isn’t suitable for guests with significant allergies or dietary requirements. Five out of the six people in our wider group don’t eat meat, but the chef cooked all of the food , including raw chicken, on the same cooking surface directly in front of us, which made us feel very uncomfortable. We also experienced an issue at the Turkish restaurant where food was incorrectly labelled on the online menu. Something advertised as vegetarian actually contained pastrami, meaning we accidentally ate meat. This was particularly distressing given the dietary requirements of our group. The staff did apologise when we raised these issues, and we were told that the hotel is still working on improving its vegetarian and vegan offering. However, we really feel that the restaurant and kitchen teams need better training around allergies, cross-contamination and accurate food labelling. Overall: Despite these issues, we did have an enjoyable holiday. The resort itself is beautiful, the beach and facilities are excellent, the cocktails were fantastic and there was plenty to do without the hotel ever feeling overwhelmingly large. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the quality of the food was good when we were able to find suitable options. Shout out to Nataliia (apologies if spelt wrong), she went above and beyond during our stay. However, the handling of allergies was a significant concern for us. While we appreciate that the staff apologised and are working on improving the food offering, I personally would not feel comfortable recommending this resort to a family travelling with a child who has a severe allergy until these processes and staff training have improved. For everyone else, particularly those looking for a relaxed all-inclusive beach holiday with great drinks, plenty of facilities and a beautiful setting, we would still say it is worth considering and we would consider visiting again.

Our stay at Voyage Torba exceeded all our expectations. From the delicious food and premium cocktails to the crystal-clear sea and beautiful surroundings, everything was exceptional. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding service and warm hospitality. We would especially like to thank Mr. Oğuzhan Erbay and Bar Manager Mr. Pusat for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care throughout our stay. They made us feel valued from the very first day and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a perfect holiday. Every member of the staff was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Bodrum.
