Had a great time here,first I would like to thank all the staff,what a great work ethic,special thanks to the restaurant managers,Abdullah really went out his way to care for us,I would have scored it higher,there are a few issues with getting to the restaurant it's either up about twenty steps or going up a ramp,the toilets to the restaurant are down two flights of stairs or probably a fifty yards walk,the food was very good,breakfast fried eggs,omelette,scrambled,boiled,beans etc,there are a lot of chicken dishes which is expected,also fish and good salad options,the entertainment team worked really hard and very sociable,no live acts,probably due to costings,hisarano about 15 minute walk,we booked taxis 250 tl about a fiver,loads of bars and restaurants,went to TALK OF THE TOWN SHOW,absolutely amazing,£30 and you get a meal,we got a ground floor room,there are lifts to other floors,rooms kept clean,bathrooms are small but managed OK,yes I would have no problem going back

Wow what can I say had the most amazing holiday , Food was fantastic the staff were 100% polite, Fun and nothing is to much trouble for them , the entertainment was brilliant, see you next year we have already booked 😀

What an amazing 2 weeks spent at this hotel x entertainment team were amazing very friendly and get everyone involved and become family by the end of your trip. Great holiday xx

I've just spent 3 days at this hotel due to being placed here by TUI due to a cancelled flight home. I'll be honest, this hotel isn't somewhere I'd consider as I like to be close to a beach on holiday but I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I would have given it 5 stars if it was near to the beach. The food is outstanding, lots of options and so unbelievably tasty. There are two entertainers who are great and the hotel itself is so clean and so modern. There are lots of drinks included in the all inclusive option, including cocktails. I never had any issue getting a sun lounger. I would definitely come back here. An amazing stay

We came back as we had our 15yr granddaughter with us, we know the hotel and surrounding areas ,and its ideal for all ages with plenty to do. Have to start by saying, where was the evening entertainment? We stayed last year and they had some amazing, acrobats, break dancers etc. This year only the basics with the animation team.( they do a great job,) but its the same things, kids disco, karaoke, bingo(which is €10 )😐 Now the good bits, the bar, restaurant and reception staff are all very friendly and helpful they even remembered us from last year. There's no need to have your towels ready for action at silly o'clock, there are plenty of sun loungers to go round, the pool is perfect, with only one issue, the steps into the pool at the deep end are very unstable, they were just the same last year, so should have been sorted. The food is a little repetitive, but there's always something, they have changed the coffee machine, it now doesn't dispense hot milk, (this is my go to at breakfast.) or hot chocolate😒. Don't miss out on the burgers from the snack bar, the ladies behind cooking the said burgers are jolly and nothing is to much trouble. There is a lovely lad that clears the tables at the snack bar, he is always on the go, but he is the most helpful, happiest person in the hotel. Would recommend, but remember this is not 5* as some people on here think
