Sundia by Liberty Oludeniz

Sundia by Liberty is a fantastic hotel for all types of travellers, whether you're a couple, family, or group of friends. Its location is absolutely unbeatable, right on the Oludeniz strip, with shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions all on your doorstep. If you enjoy venturing out and exploring, you couldn't ask for a better base. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and something different to try every day. Having stayed at a 4-star hotel in Lanzarote earlier this year, I can honestly say that Sundia by Liberty would easily be considered a 5-star hotel in many destinations, including Spain. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The housekeeping team were lovely too, always greeting us with a smile each day. The pool area was spacious with plenty of sunbeds available. We visited at the end of August, when most UK and Irish schools had already returned, so it may have been a quieter period, but we never had any trouble finding a place to relax. The snack bar food was particularly impressive. The pizzas and burgers were outstanding and far exceeded the typical all-inclusive snack offerings. In fact, they were of a quality you'd happily pay for in a good restaurant. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, with tall palm trees, lush greenery, and even a few friendly cats and kittens wandering around, which my daughter absolutely loved. Being located on the strip means everything is within easy walking distance, including the beach, which is only around four minutes away. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, with both a double bed and a single bed. It wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate, especially when visiting Turkey in August, where most of your time is spent by the pool, at the beach, or exploring the local area. The only thing I would say is that if you're someone who prefers to stay exclusively within the hotel for the duration of your holiday, you may find it difficult here because the location is so tempting. There is so much to see and do just outside the hotel. If we returned, I would probably choose half-board rather than all-inclusive, simply because we spent so much time eating and enjoying the local restaurants in the evenings. A special mention must go to Deniz, who was in contact with me via WhatsApp before our arrival and throughout our stay. She helped arrange our room upgrade and assisted with all the final details. I also had the pleasure of meeting her on our last day. Her customer service is truly impeccable and she is a real credit to the hotel. Overall, I've given Sundia by Liberty five stars because it delivers everything it promises and more. While it may officially be a 4-star hotel, it is an exceptional one and fully deserves a 5-star review on TripAdvisor. I wouldn't hesitate to return

Had a week here with my children and grandson. Rooms are small especially when you have an extra bed but they are clean and bedding changed regularly Pool are is large with small kids pool Plenty of sunbeds Restaurant is lovely and big and tables are kept clean food is very good and hot Staff work hard and are very friendly Entertainment is good with kids entertainment too Location is fantastic right in the heart of Olu Denis. Would definitely stay here again.

Currently staying at this wonderful hotel. It ticks all the boxes. Great location, food is so good and available nearly all day. Staff so friendly and eager to look after you. Plenty of activities for everyone. Hotel is spotless and beds so comfortable. Booking again for next year

Recently returned from this fantastic hotel, have been visiting this hotel for a number of years and have found that it has become our second home. The hotel location is perfect to the beach, bars and restaurants. The hotel is always kept to a high standard and there facilities are excellent. The hotel management team are always on hand for questions or just general conversation. The staff really make this hotel and genuinely care and make the hotel a fantastic place. The hotel manager Bulent Bakir is one of the nicest guys you can ever meet, he is always around talking to guests and interacting with everyone checking if everything is okay. Now to name some of the staff - Muhammet - Adult Pool - Fantastic Bar man and his English is brilliant, keeps the adult pool looking great and serves great cocktails Ugur - Department manager, really great guy and always smiling. Pool bar Restaurant Staff Ibrahim, Siam, Tomer, Romazon, Muhammad are always working hard and cannot do enough to help everyone. Serdar who speaks fantastic English like the other staff in the hotel makes the Pool bar restaurant a really enjoyable place to eat and relax, always speaking to guests and making sure your having a good time. The Food is always freshly prepared and I prefare the food at the pool bar restaurant of an afternoon. The chef is happy to personalise food if required for guests aswell. Lobby Bar and Restaurant All the staff are so nice, the food is excellent and there is lots of verity. Staff like Naz, Grace and Bushra are always working so hard making sure you have a drink in your hand and checking you are having a good holiday. Reception The staff on reception also need a mention, if you have any questions or problems they are quick in answering them or sorting things out. Ugurcan aka Mike is one of the first people you will meet at the Hotel on reception, he can answer any questions or queries and will always go that extra mile for the guests. Entertainment Absolutely Brillant… always interacting with the guests, and I find the shows are always top notch and great to watch. If your looking for a fantastic hotel, great staff, great food, and great entertainment then the Sundia Hotel is definitely worth visiting.

Location is brilliant everything on your doorstep! Walking to the beach took 5 minutes. All staff have been amazing, nothing is ever a problem! Our room was great plenty of storage, cleaned everyday, new and modern! We were close to the quiet pool but could still hear the entertainment from the main pool, which was fine! The rooms are solid never heard anything from next door? The bathroom was modern clean and had little luxuries added, towels changed everyday other day! Excellent value for money have stayed in 4 star hotels which didn’t match this hotel, would recommend in a heartbeat Busra from the bar near restaurant was a breath of fresh air! Always smiling and happy to help! Her cocktails were amazing too!
