First time to Turkey and what a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful although not new it is spotlessly clean and well maintained. It has a calm laidback atmosphere our room was very comfortable a large comfortable bed plenty of storage immaculate bathroom with good quality towels changed daily. Pool towels provided. The gardens are well kept pool areas clean with comfortable sun beds. We enjoyed the food always plenty of choice All the staff were polite and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them the entertainment was very good and bar service was quick and efficient. The resort is easy to get around very clean shopping is brilliant very entertaining. We are going to return next year and sample some more of this brilliant hotel

Loved this hotel. Location - perfect. Got a bit of everything, turn left out of the hotel, 10 steps on you’re on the strip. Could shop for days on end. Got traditional Turkish shops too with spices, Turkish delight etc. Loads of bars and restaurants, I’m glad we were all inclusive because it does feel a tad expensive to eat and drink out. Similar to Essex prices with cocktails being about £8 each. Rooms - rooms aren’t huge but they do the job. Balconies are small. The cleaners are excellent and lovely too. They do a very good job. Grounds - the grounds are kept beautiful. The pool areas are spacious and clean. The cats are gorgeous, I love coming into the hotel and seeing them so cosy on the sofas. Food - I can’t believe the reviews that say the food isn’t good. Every night all of us found something tasty to eat. The food isn’t varied as well so you dont end up eating the same thing each day. Salad bar is lovely & pancakes at breakfast always go down a treat. Drinks - this is the one area where the hotel is lacking. The drinks are okay but not great. It usually depends on who is making them. Pina colada at the pool bar is lovely but not at the hotel reception bar. Wine is fairly warm and needs to have ice in it to make it drinkable. Also didn’t like that they replace rum cocktails with vodka, made the mojito horrible. The menu is big though so I imagine everyone could find something they like. Staff - the staff are brilliant. They go above and beyond. I could not fault them. Friendly, approachable and helpful.

☀️☀️ Our first family holiday abroad, we were there for 10 days, and we will most definitely be back ☀️☀️ 🏨STAFF & HOSPITALITY Firstly, I’d like to say how welcoming each and every member of staff has been throughout our stay! From the moment you arrive, to the waiters, bar staff and entertainment team, everyone has been pleasant, friendly and lovely to speak to. The security were also brilliant at the hotel. A special mention to – Masha, Kerly, Oreana, Citra, Seda, Kyrie, Ibrahim and Umut Süer & Muhammet ❤️ They’re an absolute credit to the hotel! 🍽️ FOOD & DRINK The food was absolutely amazing, different food every night, Pool bar / snack bar - there are light bites available, including burgers, homemade pizza, pasta, salad, chips and chicken tenders and a lot more – perfect if you fancy something easy-going around the pool. Food was amazing Evening meals - There’s plenty to choose from inside and outside - there is something for different tastes. Desserts & fruit: Loads of puddings and fresh fruit to choose from, which is always a bonus! Our daughter loved the ice cream 🥺😂 🎤 ENTERTAINMENT There’s a good variety, and it’s brilliant fun to get involved! Whether you want to sit back and watch or join in, there’s something to keep you entertained throughout your stay. Our daughter loved the kids disco they put on every night. 🛏️ Room We were shown to our room, it was so spacious for a family of 3. They did put a travel cot out for our daughter but she preferred to sleep on the sofa bed which was absolutely fine as we knew she was comfortable. Our room was absolutely lovely, with balcony. Our room was so spotless, was cleaned every day, fresh towels/pool towels. Our mini bar was stocked up everyday also. The facilities are handy, and there’s enough wardrobe space for your holiday clothes. 🏊 POOL AREA / KIDS CLUB The pool area was clean around the main pool and kids pool. Our daughter loved both pools. Everything was kept tidy. We took our daughter to the kids club, she absolutely loved it there, she enjoyed the soft play, painting and watching Disney films that they put on for the children. Everything was kept clean and tidy. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again for all being amazing and so welcoming from start to finish.

Stayed here for 10 day with my son and Family and wow what an amazing experience the staff go above and beyond for everyone, first holiday for me and my son and we loved it so much, all the staff were friendly and the activity staff were amazing!! The kids club was so welcoming my son loved it so much!! So many activity’s to do by the pool, honestly can’t fault this hotel!! Will definitely be retuning ❤️
